Now I’m hungry, that looks delicious. I thought it was small for an ostrich, maybe it’s an emu? I know what it says though… it’s in English, which is helpful.

That cooking looks tricky, but likely fairly edible. Note: no women at the BBQ, thus no brining, no sauce, broth or gravy. Stuffing? Does not look like a side dish, but would add a spicy flavour to the meat with all the hot peppers …. Or plates

I see parallels to roasting a turkey on a charcoal grill. If it stays moist, it should be pretty good.
On second thought,I can think of a whole bunch of 200lb turkeys who would be much improved by this same cooking method.
