1. Now I’m hungry, that looks delicious. I thought it was small for an ostrich, maybe it’s an emu? I know what it says though… it’s in English, which is helpful.

   The Minnesota Vikings even pulled off another last minute come from behind win again.

4. That cooking looks tricky, but likely fairly edible. Note: no women at the BBQ, thus no brining, no sauce, broth or gravy. Stuffing? Does not look like a side dish, but would add a spicy flavour to the meat with all the hot peppers …. Or plates
   oh well … Happy American Thanksgiving!

5. You never know when you will need this kind of information.

6. I see parallels to roasting a turkey on a charcoal grill. If it stays moist, it should be pretty good.

7. On second thought,I can think of a whole bunch of 200lb turkeys who would be much improved by this same cooking method.
