Margin Of Fraud

Now that mid-terms are over…

On Wednesday, Los Angeles County prosecutor George Gascon dropped criminal charges against Eugene Yu, CEO of the Michigan election software company Konnech.

Yu was arrested in October, and stands accused of storing data on poll workers in a China-based server, which was a breach of the company’s contract with LA County.

In a statement, the district attorney’s office said that it had dropped the case due to concerns regarding the “pace of the investigation” and the “potential bias in the presentation” of evidence in the case.

“Mr. Yu is an innocent man,” said Gary Lincenberg, Yu’s lawyer, adding that “conspiracy theorists” were using the arrest to “further their political agenda.”

Related. Tripp County, SD does a hand count of 13 precincts prior to the machine run. I won’t spoil the ending.

Arizona is out of control I don’t think I’ve ever seen this before. But everyone should understand that Arizona is not going to report any GOP favored batches from Maricopa or Pima tonight. They are only dropping the remaining DEM favored batches. Tomorrow is a holiday but they say they will count.

  1. Gee, Haven’t they been bashing Mike Lindell for the past two years for telling everyone the same thing?

    Midterms haven’t been decided yet.

  2. If there was a trial, discovery would open a can of worms that would show the Dominion machines were accessable by the Chinese, and could allow that. Poor unDork would have had a bird.

There is no evidence I tell you. No evidence.

      Are you looking?

No comrade. As I told you there is no evidence, so there is no need to investigate.

      1. “No comrade. As I told you there is no evidence, so there is no need to investigate.”

Kinda like the alleged 60+ “election fraud” lawsuits that the Trump campaign supposedly “lost”…you remember, the ones that weren’t actually even *about* election fraud? Where no one presented any evidence of fraud, and the judges therefore never looked at any such evidence?

  3. And George Soros funded the election of George Gascon so this action is not surprising. George Soros makes his money in collapsing markets by shorting stocks and what better way to create that kind of a market than with political chaos.

  4. It’s complicated, kinda like Hunter Biden’s business deals, therefore we’re just going to drop the whole thing. Breach of contract? National security? Possible cheating and definite lying about it? What’s a little corruption among friends? Or as we always say, wai chung hai fang.

  5. Civil suits probably could be filed in other venues. Hopefully True the Vote will do so.

“Pace of the investigation.” He was only arrested less than a month ago. So, we know this is nonsense. “Potential bias in the presentation of evidence”. I’d like a clarification on what that means. It’s well documented over the last 5 years that a democrat ideologue will NEVER admit bias much less act on it to the detriment of their cause(s). They will go so far as to destroy hard drives. They will hire special prosecutors to promote known false accusations. They will corrupt the FISA warrant application process. They WON’T let a criminal off the hook unless it benefits them personally.

On a side note…there have been some D.C. tourists rotting in jail for nearly two years without trial on trespassing charges after being invited into the Capitol by the same arresting officers. Now, let’s apply “pace of the investigation” and “potential bias in the presentation of evidence” on that scenario.
