Margin Of Fraud

I’m told that this is a one in a million case.

Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson announced Thursday that the deputy director of the Milwaukee Election Commission fraudulently requested military absentee ballots and sent them to a Wisconsin state representative.

Mayor Johnson said during an unscheduled press briefing Thursday that he fired the city election official as soon as he learned of the allegation.

Oh, wait.

The election official in question is Milwaukee Election Commission Deputy Director Kimberly Zapata. Johnson said Zapata sought “fictious military ballots” from a state election website and had those ballots sent to an unnamed state representative. She did so, the mayor said, to expose a vulnerability in state law.

Which of course, it did. And that’s not permitted.

    1. Good! Let the Discovery begin. Let Mr. Andrew’s account for his movements and actions surrounding the ILLEGAL vote drop boxes. PS … there is NO MORE COVID “Emergency” … there should be NO MORE ballot drop boxes or weeks long voting period. Ever again.

      1. Mmmmhmmmm

Just like the “discovery” in all the Dominion and Eric Coomer cases. By the way, defendants aren’t always entitled to discovery.

The ballot drop boxes are up to state law. You do understand that the mail in ballots can be returned via USPS boxes too? Should we ban those?

        1. Yes the only valid drop boxes are in the supervisor of elections office, with an airtight means of tracking custody and maintaining integrity of them.

The only form of mail permissible for mail -in ballots should be Registered mail.

  1. Yeah … she was doing “research” … like Pete Townshend was “researching” child porn

    1. I don’t think you read the article.

Republican State Rep. Janel Brandtjen leads the Wisconsin State Assembly’s elections committee. In that role of elections committee chair, Brandtjen has reportedly promoted claims of voter fraud.

Milwaukee Election Commission Deputy Director Kimberly Zapata sought “fictious military ballots” from a state election website and had those ballots sent to Brandtjen to expose a vulnerability in state law.

Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson is a Democrat. He fired her as soon as he heard about the allegation that she uncovered a vulnerability in state law. No proof, no discussion, nothing. Fired for exposing the weakness.

      1. No good deed goes unpunished!
It all comes down to optics and spin.. If most people only read the headlines, you’d think “Good, they got what they deserved!”
but full comprehension might be that the Democrat fired the Republican because they exposed an avenue they were going to exploit..

  2. Republicans want in-person voting except for very limited circumstances, voter ID, smaller precincts, hand counting of physical ballots, results announced the day of the election, clean voter rolls. (Much like we do it in Canada)

Democrats want unsolicited mailing of ballots to everyone on sloppy voter lists, voting machines, waiving of voter ID and signature matching requirements, legal ballot harvesting, unsupervised drop boxes, no restrictions to Zuckerberg bucks ($420 million last election), etc., etc.

You can form your own conclusions about who is interested in clean elections!

Repeated surveys from Rasmussen, a credible polling firm, show that a majority of U.S. voters agree with the statement that “cheating likely affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.” The number of doubters is at 55% and growing.

    No wonder!

  3. The elephant in the room is the sorry state of the U.S. electoral system and the massive and highly effective media censorship.

Here’s a well referenced and documented source for election fraud and voting irregularities and other issues in all the swing states.

You have to hand it to the press. It takes extraordinary control and discipline to keep this information from the public. They have largely pulled it off!

    1. Voterga? No!

He claims that several counties deleted their ballot images. This is false, there is no requirement to make ballot images in GA. Yet he keeps pushing this lie.

      1. You’re picking a nit.
Look at the voluminous problems in many states. Are you ready to say that all these claims are false?

        1. They’re false, misleading, etc. The majority of issues are people simply not understanding how elections work. The Cyber Ninjas “audit” is a prime example.

There certainly is fraud. But 2020 wasn’t anything special, and certainly not enough to sway the outcome. Many also ignore how many cases involved registered Republicans.

    2. Two things.
Biden is the first president ever to win with the fewest counties while having the highest vote count ever recorded.
      I could stop there, and
Dems stopped whining about the electoral college right after he won.

      1. “Two things.
Biden is the first president ever to win with the fewest counties while having the highest vote count ever recorded.
        I could stop there, and”

…and he got more black votes than Barack Obama did, and he lost 17 out of 19 bellwether counties, and he won 93% of a county with a large military base, and tens of thousands of people filled out their ballot for him but *not* the other Democrats on the ballot, and when Senile Joe suddenly fell far behind his opponent 5 ‘swing’ states were inexplicably forced to stop counting ballots despite the fact that 17 other states that used the exact same mail-in voting and counting systems did *not* have to stop their counts.

Oh, and then a miracle happened: hundreds of thousands of ballots for Joe came in all at once, in the wee hours of the morning. But wait: didn’t you STOP counting? You told us you had stopped counting, but if you really did stop, then where did all these new ballots COME FROM, exactly? Who counted them??

(and all of the above was JUST ON ELECTION night…never mind all the reports of irregularities, anonymizes and outright fraud that came in days and weeks later)

I can look past one or two of those things, but not all. Only an absolute IDIOT could believe ALL of those anomalies to be mere coincidence. Seriously.

“Dems stopped whining about the electoral college right after he won.”

Funny how that works, isn’t it? Also funny how they forget accusing the Republicans of fraud when Al Gore lost his own election (and taking them to court), and accusing them of ‘Russian collusion’ when Donald Trump won his first one.

  4. Back in 2000, bush gore, I was visiting friends at Marquette University in Milwaukee. Went to the corner store for smokes, on my way out was stopped by a community organizer type who offered me two cartons of cigarettes if I’d take a bus ride, fill out a ballot for the democrats. Tempting, but smokes were only $17 a carton then.

  5. Update to the story. Letter from Rep Brandtjen:

“Unlike Mayor Johnson, I have actually been working on providing Wisconsinites a safe and secure election process. We have uncovered so many issues that demand attention. I have been attacked by the liberal media, democrats who benefit from the system, and republicans who don’t have the backbone to take on the issues, including Speaker Vos, who has referred to me as a conspiracy theorist. All of the while, we have uncovered massive amounts of election disparities and a statewide Election Commission that has undeniably broken the law on numerous occasions. It’s time we do the people’s business, and that includes the media and both parties taking part.”

Rep Brandtjen will comment further as more information becomes available.
