  1. This green energy electric bs is going to fall flat on it’s face!

We better start drilling, cause those fighter jets ain’t going to work without jet fuel.
I’d say some traitors are setting us up for an invasion!

  2. Nice.
In the Honk Capital, Ottawa, they’ve gone full throttle and spent like Liberals to acquire electric buses.
If they work, great. I’m a taxpayer so I hope so.

Warning, the link has the picture of a big blonde dummy in it.

But if they don’t, somebody needs some corporal punishment.
I was also informed by my city councilor that the garage’s fire suppression system was upgraded.

    1. The 74 buses were supposed to all be in service by 2023. That’s about two months away. Any updates?

      (The article was dated 2021.)

  3. Just hook the trailer diesel generator to the back of the Bus.
    Problem Solveded.
    CAUTION,
Will not work over steep inclined roadworks or mountains.

  4. If I had FU money, I’d buy an EV, install a trailer hitch, and pull around a plugged-in and running smoke belching generator.

In fact, if I were running for office, I’d deploy as many as I could afford adorned with my opponent’s campaign stickers well displayed.

    1. Yes, and at the same point we will still have burn “fossil fuels” to generate said required electrical energy. Windmills, mirrors and solar panels just can’t and won’t cut it!
E = MCsquared is the only immediate solution. ‘Immediate’ may mean 5 – 10 years in the building. Not including the palm-greasing process.
Methinks we are a bit tardy.

  5. This is what the warmmongering politicians are doing in Calgary.

Calgary council to review $491M electric bus proposal
The fleet transition is meant to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and work toward the city’s climate change strategy
    https://calgaryherald.com/news/local-news/calgary-council-to-review-491m-electric-bus-proposal
    …..Each of the 40-foot, battery-powered buses would cost an estimated $1.2 million,….

The mayoress of Calgary is full, flat out warmmonger.
Thinking, how many diesel generators with pickups will it take to keep the busses on the road.
It is a mystery to the warmmongers where the energy to charge up the busses will come from.
There is this obnoxious law of thermodynamics that says that you can’t get energy without energy input (sic).

    1. Alberta deserves All that it gets. Ugly Bird and Batt killing Spinny Things and solar being pushed when you can literally canoe up the Athabaska River and fill a bucket with Bitumen and burn it for heat. Also you elected the NDP so enjoy your woke misery. FILTHY LIBERALS

    2. Enmax (city elec system) has a nice 800MW natural green gas turbine in Shepard that does about 1/2 of city elec load. The former CEO who got that built was canned for having Tom Cochrane party with staff. Really? Did The Hip feel cheated and squealed?

  6. How will a battery even keep a bus warm at 30 below much less move it? Edmonton had electric buses. The knuckle dragging, window licking, communist morons in Edmonton only ripped out their overhead wire powered electrical bus system 20 or 30 years ago. That system worked great. Battery power doesn’t.

    1. The battery will be too busy trying to keep itself warm so that it can take a charge.
The LiFePo4 batteries will be destroyed if charged below 0 deg. Celcius.

  7. Putin is no dummy. He funds the useful global warming idiots to protest against everything that strengthens our economy.

Someone should ask Trudeau why he is so supportive of Putin’s efforts to destroy Europe’s energy independence.
