  1. “How Hungary Is Successfully Fighting Woke Culture ”

By establishing a freedom-hating dictatorship far worse than ‘woke culture’.

    1. Freedom from communism-leftism and other forms of mental masturbation that result in the actual deaths of thousands? Yeah, that kind of freedom-hating is actually very good. Loser.

      1. That’s not freedom. That’s use of government force to create safe spaces for right-wing snowflakes who don’t understand what freedom is and in fact hate it.

    2. Hungary’s crime in UnMe’s eyes is the firm commitment backed by action to maintain Hungary’s national identity by controlling immigration, for example. They have accepted a million Ukranians, showing their humanitarian side, but with the understanding that it is a temporary solution.

On topics such as the woke invasion by the press and academia, supported by the European mob, they wisely asked for and got broad public support to nip it in the bud – to the tune of 92%.

Giving the populace leadership they want is “dictatorship” when the left disagrees with the policy.

      1. 1) The ‘national identity’ issue is just one of their crimes. No, you don’t have a right to have a ‘national identity’ foisted on an entire country; its popularity does not matter. Freedom of movement and freedom of identity are however rights.

        2) “On topics such as the woke invasion by the press and academia, supported by the European mob, they wisely asked for and got broad public support to nip it in the bud – to the tune of 92%.”

Nip it in the bud = oppression by a dictatorship. Again: no one has a right to any of this regardless of popularity.

        1. Hungary is insisting on the right of a sovereign nation to control its borders to prevent a fundamental change to its ethnic and cultural make-up.

          You disagree. Correct?

          1. Indeed. Countries aren’t clubs. You only have the right to control borders for the purpose of filtering out criminals and spies and the infected. Not right-wing social engineering.

      1. Why? He’s just a pitiful little troll. A gamma soiboi masturbating in his mother’s basement. Critters like him get their self-worth debating “nasty” right wingers because that’s all they have in life.

  2. The interview is well worth watching.

The Hungarian leadership has well thought out and communicated policies based on traditional family values, parental influence in the education system, love of country and the importance of preserving shared customs. They are not jailing or harassing individuals with opposing views. All of this earned them strong support in free and democratic elections.

All the stuff that drives the left nuts! This gets them labeled as “dictators.”

    1. “policies based on traditional family values, parental influence in the education system, love of country and the importance of preserving shared customs.” = fascism

“They are not jailing or harassing individuals with opposing views. ”

Incorrect: “Hungary’s media watchdog has concluded that an animated Netflix series broke a Hungarian anti-LGBT law at the heart of a bitter rights dispute with the European Union when it showed “two girls profess their love and kiss each other.”

Orban’s government is also taking radio stations he doesn’t like off the air: https://rsf.org/en/viktor-orb%C3%A1n-s-regime-continues-crush-media-pluralism-hungary

Elections aren’t a pass to oppression. And Orban has manipulated the legal ability of the Hungary expat community to give him an advantage.

      1. I see nothing wrong with what Orban is doing. I’ll bet little socialist shytes like you who never got a punch in the nose for being obnoxious in high school get remedial treatment in Hungary.

        1. That’s because you’re a sociopath and a loser whose so insecure that you need to bully others vicariously through third-rate dictators of second-rate backwaters like Hungary.

          1. Nah. If I could find your ass in real life, I’d gladly beat the living f*ck out of you. You wouldn’t be the first useless mouth breather.

And that’s “who’s” not “whose” you illiterate baboon.

          2. You’re never going to do that, no matter if we meet or not. Also lol way to prove my point that you’re a sociopath who can’t think.

  3. Here’s Babylon Bee’s take relevant to the topic at hand:

Do you think you’re just a quiet, patriotic conservative with good old-fashioned family values? Oh no! You may be a dangerous fascist!

Study this list of fascist tendencies so you can do better and be less fascist!

You’ve been to a 4th of July parade at least once in your life: All that flag-waving is a classic mark of fascism. You’re supposed to love the leaders and corporations that the corporate media tells you to love, not your homeland, ya’ Mussolini!

You voted for Trump: this one’s too easy. His election was not just a threat to our democracy, but a threat to all democracy – and maybe to the universe itself. Do better!

You have more than one kid and you love being a parent: Dedication to the family is a distraction from service to the state. Just abort, you fascist – don’t you want to be liberated?

You didn’t let your teenager go to that sleepover when LITERALLY EVERYONE else got to go: Ugh, so fascist!

You use fascist dog-whistles like “Merry Christmas”, “see you at church on Sunday”, and “I don’t really like Amazon’s Rings Of Power”: Just come out and say you’re literally Hitler.

You want people to make their own decisions about their kids’ education and what things they inject in their bodies and crazy stuff like that: This is hard-line Nazism – individual responsibility instead of state control. Terrifying.

You wear a tiny mustache and goose-step everywhere: honestly, you should probably get yourself checked for fascism if you have any kind of mustache…

You give a speech flanked by marines in front of an ominous red background, accusing your political opponents of being enemies of the state: Wait a minute, is this list taking a turn?

You use federal law enforcement to intimidate and attack political opponents: Only a dictator like Trump would do this!

You use the media as a puppet to spread great propaganda: For example: “The Afghanistan withdrawal was the greatest military accomplishment since the Berlin airlift.”

You dehumanize the other party to the point that your followers are literally trying to mow them down in the street: Trump again! Obviously.

Your name is Joseph R Biden Jr and you’re 78 years old and you are currently president of the United States: If this is you, stop being a fascist – or just silence anyone who says you are!

And there you have it – know the signs of fascism and you won’t be blindsided!

  4. “Indeed. Countries aren’t clubs. You only have the right to control borders for the purpose of filtering out criminals and spies and the infected. Not right-wing social engineering.”

There we go. We disagree on what a country is!

We also disagree on the fact that espousing the values held by the Hungarians is “right-wing social engineering.” You would not be surprised if most sane people would refer to the woke stuff you promote as vomit inducing left-wing social engineering.

    Vive la difference!

    1. Yes, the difference is that my position is compatible with a free open society and a government that protects individual rights. Yours is not. It’s for people who want to use arbitrary force against people they arbitrarily don’t approve of and call it ‘freedom’.

      1. Speaking of individual rights I wonder if the Hungarians have frozen the bank accounts of dissenters?

How do you think the inquiry into the “justification” of the War Measures Act, Rev. 1 will work out? What about Peckford’s lawsuit regarding the government’s unconstitutional curtailment of Canadians’ mobility rights guaranteed in the Charter?

These are good tests to see if Canada still has a functioning judiciary. The U.S. clearly has not,

        1. “Speaking of individual rights I wonder if the Hungarians have frozen the bank accounts of dissenters?”

They’ve done much worse. See my links above.

          1. And yet you’re still here piddling on Kate’s rug like the incontinent puppy you are. Clearly the Hungarians are just getting started.
