Crowd Sourcing a Theory

Brett Cooper, a rising star at The Daily Wire, recently published this video (apologies that it’s on Facebook).

After watching the video, I got to thinking: We’ve all known for a long time that various governments launched PsyOps programs to frighten the hell out of their citizens over Covid-19.  Here’s but one example. A careful scrutiny of politician press conferences, “news” reports, and rhetoric from pundits in the legacy media all contributed to hype up the fear over the disease and suppress any dissenting voices.

Cooper’s video got me thinking: Is the growing violence in American cities, particularly “blue” cities completely random, or might it have been allowed to flourish, possibly even amped up because the fear over it actually benefits Democrat politicians?

Sorry for being late to the party on this, but only now did I have that lightbulb moment.  So, what do you think, am I in Vast Right Wing Conspiracy Theory territory or do you think there’s some validity to it?

  1. Welcome to the party! Go easy on the punch — I think someone’s spiked it with some Lucky Bastard Dill Pickle vodka.

While the individual violent acts are likely random, the blue cities creating the environment in which those random acts can blossom is deliberate. I do not know how this would benefit Democrat politicians in the long term, though: street violence seems to be a very easy thing of which to lose control. I suppose that it could be used a pretext for clamping down on everyone with draconian laws on firearms, public assembly, speech, and so on — which is what the Left in both the US and Canada clearly want to do. But it is easy to lose control of random violence and have it spill over into the Ruling Class enclaves or, even worse, drive voters to vote for non-left politicians. Not that such voting will matter — the bureaucracy that actually runs things is hard left, so it does not really matter who the legislators are.

Organized terror and violence groups — Antifa, pro-life arsonists, enviro-terrorists, Canadian news media, public service employee unions — seem to be pretty clearly controlled by the parties of the Left. There’s more than just ideological sympathy and agreement going on there.

    1. Look to Hitlers Brown Shirts in the early 30’s to see the playbook.
Mass Chaos ramped up upon the people with hyper inflation brought the masses to their knees in Germany.
Der Folk called out for a strong man to save them, the result is history.

      1. Don’t forget that Nazism was a reactionary movement. The Marixsts were attacking traditional culture, deliberately causing economic hardship, and using street mobs to take over German cities (much like what has happened in Portaland) after WWI.

The challenge facing the US now is to neutralize the Marixist revolutionaries without giving rise to an American version of something as hideous as Nazism.

  2. You must be a babe in the woods. One man dies of a fentanyl overdose in one medium sized American city and instantaneously there are violent mobs in the streets, not just in many cities in the USA, but in Sydney, Berlin, London, Paris, etc.? The Professional Left has been training agitators for decades. All it took was a signal from the top of the command structure to unleash global unrest.

Remember the reflexive outrage when the Trump Admin deployed federal agents to protect federal buildings and those agents began arresting, identifying, and releasing people blocks away from the battle lines between law enforcement and the mobs?

  3. “…or might it have been allowed to flourish, possibly even amped up because the fear over it actually benefits Democrat politicians?”

    Yes.

  4. It works only because Republicans fail to make people see the connection between the policies and what’s happening. They just assume it’s obvious but they should remember these are people who vote Democrat. You’ve got to talk slowly and in plain language with these voters.

There’s a big population though who think “he was a good boy dindu nuffin wrong just tryin’ to get his life back together” is real. Those people are lost completely.

  5. Blue shite holes can’t vote out the D’s because of corruption. Permitting violence reinforces the idea of being in a protected class. The two actions are related but not directly.

  6. I’ve always believed that the leftist chant of “white supremisy” is an excuse for failed liberal ideology. Those on the right desire prosperity for all, regardless of race. Leftist need to explain away the failures of their policies. I could wright a book of examples, as could most of you. Homelessness, drug abuse, and a host of social discourse can be directly attributed to leftist attempts to correct social ills. They repeatedly fail, but cannot accept the consequences of their actions.

  7. I have to keep repeating myself: It’s all part of “the plan.” THEY WANT THIS! They know the consequences, and they see the results of their catastrophic policies as nothing but “a few broken eggs.” Their end-game is within reach, so they’re now in an all-out push for the end-zone, before the clock runs out in November.

  8. I have long been of the opinion that the left destroys things, starting with economies because the resulting dependency secures more leftist support, but long debated if this was an intentional plan or simply a Pavlovian response ( destructive policy -> more voter support ). The sudden display of control, able to turn rioting on and off at will as suits their agenda, just like British coal miner strikes for every Tory government, and the WEF blatantly announcing their evil plans, not even attempting to conceal them, has me convinced that it is now something deliberate.

  9. I bought A State Of Fear early on in 2020. The truth in every page enraged me to the point I could only handle a page or two at a time. Manipulated fear.

It can certainly benefit Democrat politicians.
Think of it as white flight on steroids – call it sane flight.
The people most likely to vote Republican are going to think “I don’t want to raise my family in a war zone, we’re out of here.”

  12. Well, you’d have to be blind not to notice how the pretty much continuous rioting and unrest that began in 2016 evaporated entirely as soon as Biden “won” the election. This would lead me to believe that it was a “sponsored” unrest involving paid agitators. All of that went away when the Democrats won the election and it doesn’t take a detective to conclude they were the financiers. There’s probably hours of footage of Democrats openly calling for violence.

It’s very depressing because I don’t see an end in sight. There is no “end game” that the left is fighting for. It’s a more or less continuous badgering and harassment of the segment of society that don’t mobilize and march on queue. I.e. the people who work for a living. The nearest comparison I could make would be the movies where a peaceful settlement is attacked and everyone is taken as slaves and tied together in a big line and then marched to the slavers home city and put to work.

  13. “The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.”

    ― H.L. Mencken

Listen to Zoolander and Biden talk about threats to democracy.

  14. Is the growing violence … random or deliberate? Deliberate.

The entity behind this is not clearly defined (most members are hidden from the public; certain members specialize in managing public opinion), but there is some sort of organization; a common culture with shared loaded language, rewards, and, status indicators. The center of biomass of this entity can be identified.

So, how does this organization work? To get to the conclusion you are looking for quickly, this entity behaves like a cult, it shares a common ideological lens, it uses compelled reason. The definitions of these concepts, ‘cult’, ‘ideological lens’, ‘compelled reason’, are not well defined, and there is variability between people.

  15. I see this mostly as desperation. For decades the Dems had the black vote sewn up. in 2008 4% of blacks voted Republican, in 2012 6% in 2016 8%, in 2020 12%. Opinion polls indicate that the trend continues. They got the black vote by persuading blacks that Republicans are anti black. Now they are quadrupling down on that approach.

  16. The problem here is that there’s also been a large increase in crime and violence in many rural parts of America. There goes that entirely silly narrative.

  17. Good web site! I really love how it is simple on my eyes and the data are well written. I am wondering how I might be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your RSS feed which must do the trick! Have a great day!
