1. We’re currently in a system of redundancy…
   Rather than fix the problem our governments are trying to achieve, they just added to it rather than close that program or system. Insurance is a redundant system that was supposed to be replaced by our social safety net. Instead, the corruption just added it on.

   Nothing is truly getting fixed, just adding more funding and bureaucracy to this broken system.

Took over the Conservatives after that Andrew Who guy, declared he was gonna’ upend a whole lot of Liberal programs and foci, and assert Conservative principles, and then in the actual election campaign he turncoated every last one of them, and adopted a platform that was just like the Liberals’ except he was gonna’ change the names – remember the result? Where is he now? – not that I give a $hit; just curious or something.

         And THAT’S what happens when we fight as dirty as them – we offer no alternative to what they’re doing already, so what’s the point of anyone voting for our side? I won’t do it; but what the hey, see Point #1 above.

   That ain’t happening.

8. The Tuberculosis story really irks me. Do these activists believe everyone is stupid? Genealogy is one of the fastest growing hobbies of the last decade or so. Almost everyone who has done extensive genealogy has encountered TB. The death toll was horrific until the 1950s. I’ve seen many documentaries, and, I recall, but can’t find the specific one, that claimed TB killed 1 in 7 of all the people who ever lived. There are researchers who claim that TB existed as far back as the paleolithic, and it’s well established to have been present for, at least, the last 9000 years. There are Old World strains, but there is also a New World strain, that existed in Pre-Colombian America.
   Speaking of diseases, I’d also point out that impact of Syphilis is way underestimated.

    Now CNN says the recent drop in US prices is like getting a $100/ month raise. Forgetting that under Biden prices are still about $200/month higher than before Biden took office.
