    1. At no point does the Declaration ever state that abortion should be banned or should be allowed to be banned.

      The argument by Alito and Thomas that protected liberties must be ‘historically protected’ is so much tea leaf reading. Hell, Thomas literally went and rapped against an expansive protection of rights because-oh no!-it would protect prostitution and drug use! He does this because Thomas hates freedom. And Alito is far more malevolent still.

And note how broad, generalized, and interpretive each of her words are … ensuring SHE said nothing actionably libelous. Nope … SHE is just bitter, mean, and jealous that Justice Thomas can accurately interpret the US Constitution… and SHE can’t.

  9. Thomas was one year behind Clinton at Yale Law School, and was a rather ordinary student. It’s highly unlikely Clinton remembers him at all.

    1. But wouldn’t he have been pretty conspicuous? She probably didn’t know him, but I expect she remembers noticing and despising him.
