It took the Cons almost 18 months of failed conservative leadership and a disastrous election in 2021 to rid themselves of that bum. And it was still rather a close vote, 73 for and 45 against. Had 18 flipped, O’Toole would still be leader.
After that moron Scheer, the Cons got the even bigger moron, O’Toole.

I’ve said before, I’m done with them all. It’s also an insult to conservatives to even allow the great flip flopper Charest into the race. I like what Lewis and Pierre is saying about the firearms issues, but after the last few years, I don’t trust any of them. If the new/replacement leader actually acts and behaves like a real true conservative (unlikely) Only then, might I consider supporting them again. Lewis might be a breath of fresh air as well, but I’ll continue to wait and see how it all turns out, before I support any of them again! The firearms issues beginning with Campbell was what got me into politics, I know there is much more to be concerned about than just firearms, but heavily restricting the ability to own and use firearms is a giant issue for me. Legal lawful firearms ownership is, to my mind, the bedrock of freedom and liberty for any true democracy!
