      I, FIRST AND LAST NAME, being a resident of Canada hereby state:
      That on/or about December 29, 2021 Justice Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, stated on a public television broadcast in Quebec, that those who have not been vaccinated are very often “Misogynists and Racists”, he then stated that “They don’t believe in science/progress”. Finally, Mr. Trudeau when on to make the statement

      “This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people? “And “that they take up some space.”

      As a citizen of Canada who resides in the Province of PROVINCE, and who is identifiable when proof of vaccine is requested or when I may participate in lawful, peaceful gatherings; these comments have now left me FEARING FOR MY SAFETY, AFRAID TO GO OUT IN PUBLIC, FEARFUL OF REPRISALS, FEARFUL THAT I MAY BE SUBJECT TO VIOLENCE, EXPERIENCING……

      These egregious statements were made for the purpose of promoting hatred and violence against an identifiable group, specifically; individuals who have not received any or all Covid-19 Vaccination doses.

      I am asking that charges, pursuant to The Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) s. 319(1) and 319(2) be
      laid and proceeded upon immediately.

      2. I submitted a report (Hate motivated incident) to Ottawa police on their web site, describing this very incident as a hate crime towards me. I used their reporting system, filling in all information that I could. I did this after seeing the video of the Ottawa chief of police asking people to use their reporting system to identify any locally occurring crimes. As they stated in their web site, they did get back to me within 24 hours with a decision. Their decision was to reject the report as:
        “the report T22002318 you submitted does not meet our online reporting criteria”.
        Their suggested course of action was:
        “At this time, we are only documenting these complaints from Ottawa Residents.
        Please file this report with your local police service.”
        While that is a possible course of action, does not the jurisdiction for a crime belong to the area where it occurs? (I’ve asked them that but have yet to receive a reply to that)

  40. Castreau can’t back down, according to his theory of politics, even though omicron has made the vax completely obsolete in terms of slowing the spread. There is a way out for him, drop the mandates and passports, cite omicron, and everybody goes home. I worry that those farmers are going to have that expensive equipment seized, though.

    Why he chooses to demonize the demonstrators rather than talk is beyond my understanding, that’s for sure.
