201 Replies to “O’Toole Out”

      1. Yes. That would make perfect sense. Unites the Right once again.
Make it policy that anyone who attended the Young Leadership School at the World Economic Forum to be backbenched and NEVER serve in cabinet.
That keeps Scheer and Remple et al from fiddling with OUR government and future Conservative policy

        1. Hey Moe & Kenney – Are you listening yet??

LEAD right now, end everything or Step down with what dignity you can, lest you be thrown out in utter shame!

          1. Kenney in particular should step down before he drags the entire party down with him. His political career is over.

        2. Quicksilver, damn it yes!
Was thinking recently that in future political campaigns there needs to be a serious FOCUS on the evil WEF. Conservatives need to run against Castreau, the WEF and the 50% of the cabinet “penetrated” (Klaus’s word) by the WEF. Only a tiny percentage of Canadians are aware of this organization. I’d feature a few clips of that James Bond super villain Klaus Schwab. His face and voice will give any normie the creeps.

          1. If the Conservatives dont isolate them and run ads condeming ALL CDN politicians that the WEF and Klaus Schwab have compromised then the PPC should. Theres no one left as leaders, including Mark Carney. They are politically radioactive…
I would keep replaying that clip ad nauseum xMenticide.
            This is a POPULIST Revolt.
The members of the WEF UNIPARTY should understand this YOU WORK FOR US NOW.

      2. Yes — if not Max, a leader who understands his strengths and knows how to invite him back.

        1. Agreed strongly. Leslyn Lewis sounds just about right. She was the candidate I supported when Scheer left. Max won’t do. He’s driven too much by sheer personal vanity. The only effect of his People’s Party was to split the vote to no effect.

          1. Leslyn Lewis has some scary left wing opinions when you look into her. She isn’t the messiah everyone thinks she is.

          2. If conservatives want to win back PPC voters they need someone with a proven record of standing up for Canadians i.e. lower taxes, support for the oil industry, anti covid-lockdown measures, shrinking the number of meddling bureaucrats etc. Someone who’s not afraid of bucking the NWO vermin. Besides we already have a black prime minister.

          3. Thor, what leftist skeletons are you finding in her closet? I do know leftists would get the vapours if she ran, what ammo can they shoot at that candidate??

          4. “The only effect of his People’s Party was to split the vote to no effect.”

Personally, I thought denying O’Toole an election win was a pretty good effect.

Yes, I know…it gave us at least a couple more years of Justin Trudeau as Prime Minister, and that’s a shame. But I just COULD NOT accept and reward O’Toole’s betrayal. No way. I understand that at least a few people here think that voting PPC was a case of “cutting off your nose to spite your face”, and they are of course entitled to that opinion…but sometimes you have to vote on principle alone. I’d do it again, in a heartbeat.

          5. Personal vanity??? Because he’s pissed the party loaded the membership with dairy farmers who were told to vote against him? Vanity because he started a conservative party when he was told he had no place in CPC? What kind of shit are you talking about?

So you’re saying more of the same will be the winning formula. In a pig’s eye!

            !

          6. Fred from BC …

Completely agree with you . I could not stomach voting for O’Toole and voted for PPC even though I knew he would lose in my riding where he contested Michael Chong … another RINO to use a US label.

          7. Seams Right.

I can’t find it now and can’t remember exactly, but I’m pretty sure she believes in some pretty left wing climate change garbage. And I think she Is also in favour of restricting cannabis laws.

Either way, it doesn’t matter to me. The CPC lost me after Scheer’s fiasco of a term as leader. Maverick and Buffalo all the way.

        2. I could see Max “merging” if the CPC turned back to conservative policies and connected with grass roots like the Truckers.

      3. Brad Wall for me! And a statement that Anthropogenic climate change is a fraud, hoax, and terrible science!

      4. This is getting foolish. Please name ONE leader from Quebec that has been Canada first!

        1. Thank you. Not one in the 117 years since Alberta & Saskatchewan joined confederation. I could care less who Liberal-Lite elects as a leader. I want out.

The Stool has been flushed. Good enough for me.

      5. Stick a fork in him. The Grand Maxipad is irrelevant. The party sent O’Toole packing without him, and they don’t need him to lead them.

      6. Max is closest to a Trump but what about Pierre Poilievre?…(Note: I haven’t followed Canadian politics in a long time since I thought our country was a long gone, past best before date, far left cesspool run by the most pathetic laughing stock of the world but I have seen bits and pieces of Poilievre and he quite impressed me…Plus he is perfect bilingual which should get Queerbec on side )
        Your thoughts

        1. Pierre said he don’t want the leadership, so that kinda makes it moot.
          Unless he is playing coy.
Hard to tell with these professional leeches.

Yes leeches, tell me one politician who has served the public for free, in modern times say last 100 years, other then Trump.
For the good of the country and her citizens.

          1. Trump was not a politician. He was a business man who entered politics without fully realizing how massive the swamp actually was.

    1. “At last! Now if they have the sense to choose an actual conservative as leader…..”

Agree completely. I’ve been saying the same ever since the election. O’Toole deliberately betrayed most of the people who elected him as CPC leader and took a huge gamble on winning the election (the only thing that would have saved him). He lost, and he *should* have immediately resigned. I think he’s a typical Red Tory who mistakenly thought that were enough other Red Tories in the CPC to prop him up as leader and grant him another shot for the next Canadian election. He was as wrong about that as he was about adopting Liberal policies in his futile attempt to get nominal Liberal supporters to vote for him.

      1. Anyone who thought O’Tool was conservative would have to be smoking the same stuff as Trudeau.

    2. Thank you, Truckers!! You might just be bringing Canada to your “Donald Trump” moment. The moment when the conservative voters STOP believing they must “go along to get along”. Stop believing that conservative-lite is the only way forward.

Brilliant job, Truckers … simply brilliant! And all your supporters.

    3. Dirtman. That last few conservatives that were in the party were dumped as the party has not been conservative in decades. I was a serious, card carrying, nominating committee, dues paying supporter for a long time. The party left me as they were as far from being responsible conservatives as the liberals and n d p are.
The party needs a conservative with balls, no more milquetoast weasels .

  1. Good Riddance.
I called my MP to make sure he knew where I stood. O’Toole is a Liberal. Conservatives were hijacked.

    1. YES! I did the same!

      Hooooooooooooonk!!

The last 3 elections were run by fools! if they had any integrity they would have resigned in shame.

Next get rid of the so called advisors!

      Hoooooooooooooonk!

      1. Yes get rid of Laurentian Elite advisors who run both parties. That’s why Max is the man for the job. His platform is completely conservative and obviously he his not swayed by the people who run both parties.

        1. BJ Dichter who was on Tucker Carlson as a convoy organizer telling his digital passport experience at the border spoke to Gad Saad Jan 31.
Dichter is a sophisticated ex-Conservative party insider with connections in the Ottawa Machine who chose to be a trucker.
          https://youtu.be/9DEH6hZZP70?t=1351
At 27:30 BJ reveals its THE SAME LOBBY FIRM (Katie Telford, Rob Silver and 2 others) that advise BOTH the Libranos and Conservatives with policy decisions.
          Its a 3 minute listen.
Watch the full video. 1.5 to 1.75x playback if you lack the time.

          1. I watched that Gad Saad and Dichter interview / conversation. Best 43 minutes I’ve spent in a long long time. I worried less about Trucker fizzle after this.

      1. Jagmeet reminds me of duck hunting. You bag a few and one falls into the spread. I’m waiting for the “hounds” to go into the water to retrieve him…

      2. Today would not be soon enough!!
There have to be a few toadies that have heard from their constituents.
        Wait…
oh, silly me. They no longer represent their constituents.

    1. I’m not so sure, Liz J.

The Libs see the pressure the GOP is under down south from ‘real conservatives’, I believe an upheaval in the CPC smack dab in the middle of a massive populist uprising just may be one of their worst nightmares.

But, as I have stated before, the stank in the current CPC goes far beyond just their choice of leaders.

      1. People are watching the Truckers and seeing how leadership are responding. You would have to have a brain tumor to like Turdlys actions. This is all good for Cons.

    2. “Happy day for Justin and his Liberals and NDP.”

O’fool was their best inside man ever, they can’t really be pleased internally.

  2. Lots are out today. CNN’s Jeff Zucker just resigned for not disclosing an intimate relationship with a colleague. At least it wasn’t a child like the rest of the pedos at the network.

  3. Want to see how my MP voted. I e-mailed him last night to vote in favour of dumping O’Stoole.

The corrupt MSM will spin this as a victory for Dear Leader. The Trudeau cult following can’t help it self.

    1. It’s actually a defeat for Le Turd.
He loses an ineffective opposition that let him skate on pretty much everything he has done.
      A cozy relationship.

If the new leader is smart, they will hold Blackies feet to the fire.

      1. A new leader can try. But with Parliament operating under the Emergency Powers statute, Justin doesn’t need to appear in the House and he can continue to govern by Cabinet order in council. And the Turd will continue to have the bought and paid for MSM to cover for him with the public.

        1. The libranos cannot form a government without the NDP and thats why the NDP support of the libranos needs to be focussed on. Do NDP MPs support vaccine mandates, do they want to lose support at the next election?

Frankly after two years of Emergency Powers it is time for the Governer General to step in and dissolve parliament it is obviously illegitimate and verging on dictatorship.

One socialist “leader” down, two more to go canada.

          1. The NDP love lockdowns and vaccine mandates. They can work or idle at home, and feel superior to the rest of us. No way they will support freedom.

    2. Just tried to contact mine, see which way the wind blows. In session now, the office promises to get back to me.

Based on their past performance, I ain’t holding my breath.

      1. Surprise, surprise, surprise! Got back to me. Didn’t know how she voted, read me the press release, didn’t answer any of the questions, told me 73 had voted for removal, didn’t know how many CPC MP’s there were total.

        So, about normal.

  4. Now pray the party appoints a firebrand as interim leader, someone who’ll take the fight to Trudeau and not worry about the lying propagandists in the MSM, not another dead fish like O’Toole.

    1. forgot about the rule where interims cant run for leadership.. this should be training camp for the up and comers.

  5. I don’t want to see the word “inclusion” from any Conservative tweet again. Why do we play their game?
State your objective and leave all the DEI out.

  6. Ousting O’Toole is not enough. The backroom idiots who advised him, and others previously, must go too. Sadly, I doubt this will happen.

    1. Soliman and DeLorey are done with the CPC. Dean Skoreyko had listed a few on twitter who were O’Toole/Ontario PC insider who needed to go but those two are at the top of the list.

    2. Correct: Ben Dichler, one of the convoy leaders, has said many times the CPC backroom boys are the biggest problem. He ran a few years ago.

  7. ‘Conservatives’, check. Next, make loudly known which Liberal (socialist) MP’s are doubling down like Trudeau. Need the NDP’s be mentioned?
Do not forget senior civil servants either.

  8. Sets a good example for Liberals. You too can do this. Also NDP. We want Canadian leaders who support Canadians and fight against tyranny. Traitors Jagmeet and Justin should both resign.
Conservatives should bring back Harper as interim leader — just to get over the hump. Harper’s presence will remind Canadians of how much better the country fared under his leadership vs. the ” never will be ready” Justin.

    1. Harper as an interim has some merit.

Brad Wall? Could he be talked into the job?

Then Brad could invite Max and the whole PPC back into the fold.

    2. I agree. Harper would be just about perfect for the interim job. People seem to forget that the interim leader cannot run in the leadership race, that would open the field for PP and LL to run. Pick a pro who steer the ship on even keel until a new leader is elected.

  9. “They gave him a parade to get in front of” and he stepped in front of the bus instead.

  10. Thank you to the truckers. The straw that broke the camel’s back.

Also, thank you Mr Bernier for your principled conservatism that prevented this fraud from triangulating the CPC to the LPC in the last election.

I would be alright with PP, Ms. Leslie or Max as replacement. NO to Michelle! Is Mackay even a possbility.

I’m sure the CBC, CTV, Toronto Star and all the bought and paid for MSM will claim it was ‘The Russians’ and ‘neo-nazis’ , ‘white supremacists’ that brought down their Manchurian candidate.

Good things come in 3’s. Zucker, Legault backtracking on the ‘vax tax’ and now this.

I might even pony up some cash during the next election when the CPC telemarketers call!

    🙂

    1. John.

I agree – the Truckers pushed him out. Yes he was already under seige…but refusing to go speak with anyone from the Convoy ..??
That ASShole nailed his own political coffin Shut with that. Good F’ing riddance.
I’d take Leslyn or Bernie back ..works for me.

      Screw Harper…just another Globalist.

But they had better elect someone NOT Paid off by SOROS, Big Pharma or the filthy Libs….and make Damned sure this person can kick some significant ASS in Parliament and towards the Trudeau ass kissing MSM.

As noted, we need a firebrand – not some slack jawed Wanker.

    2. I always thought that Conservatives treated Dr. Kellie Leitch terribly when she ran for the leadership . She would be a great leadership candidate now .

      1. Colonialista – So who picked him to be interim leader? Justin Trudeau? Everyone I talk to from coast to coast likes Polievre. A street fighter with lightning reflexes and brains. When the press asks him an “I got ya now conservative whacko” question, he turns them inside out, like the question they directed to him about white supremacists supporting the truckers.

        1. Nobody picked him. Candice Bergen was picked. Fine choice. PP will continue in his role, and yes I would support him for the leadership, if he runs or LL runs I will buy the party membership again just to vote for them.

    1. Yea, he’s my personal favorite. He has a back bone, speaks loud and clear and doesn’t spend his days mewling out media approved nonsense like Ofool did.

    2. Richard I like Polievre or Brad Wall as leader! I think Linda is onto something with Stephen Harper—- he would make a great interm leader!
The course would be corrected that’s for sure!

  11. This is BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!!

I’ve lost count of how long the truckers have been in Ottawa. But officially hasn’t it been less than a week?!?

Conservatives Rising! Freedom Rising!! Tyrants and CINOS, bye-bye!

    1. Exactly, the tally of victories so far:
      O’Toole out
      Kebek unvaccinated tax out
      SK restrictions out
Promise by AB to get rid of restrictions within weeks (I believe when I see it).
All the fringe minority people suddenly realizing they are not alone in their unacceptable opinions (call it a Trump effect).
Ottawanese NPCs having memorable glitches and very cute tantrums.
      Did I miss anything?

Well done truckers, keep on the pressure, you’re winning!

  12. As much as I’d like to see someone who would represent my views, it won’t work as we have a signifigant portion of the vote on feelings or external. Image equates power and leslyn has that power to make trudeau very uncomfortable considering his past history.
Trudeau has zero substance, but his external and last name is what got him into power so we have to fight this on the same level. It’s all about getting him removed from the levers of power in this country.

    1. I am hoping that the ” feeling” that people vote on next time is loathing for Trudeau. There is a lot of momentum on that right now.

  13. I would advise against bringing Stephen Harper back. He is now a member of the committee of 300 which serves as an advisory board to the folks at the WEF. If any is wondering why a close Harper affiliate like Mr Kenney in Alberta is acting like a globalist thug, well this is why.

    1. If that’s true, then I agree, but not very long ago, the globalists were very keen to get rid of Harper. He is smart and I believe he is a nationalist. He has written a book which confirms his understanding of he impirtance of nationalism (Right Here . . . Right Now). He also deeply understands the importance of national symbols as a way of uniting people. He would not go along with the demonizing of the father of our country.

      1. Harper was a Globalist through and through.
All those chances to chop the CBC, to call real bullshit on Global Warming, to set policy so federal funding would go to idiot professors and institutions aligned with the global warming carbon dioxide scam.
Harper can write as many books as he wants, wear as many hockey shirts and go to hockey games as he want, when he had the power, did not act like a nationalist. Oh What? Forcing every fed agency to put a picture of the Queen on the frigging wall. National Symbol you say?. It’s a symbol of Globalism my friend.

  14. Any common sense, hard working, hetrosexual, family man, Trucker would work for me. Preferably from Alberta, but not an absolute requirement.

  15. I watched PP in the House taking the side of the truckers very forcibly. Trudeau not there of course but neither was O’Toole. Right there I knew that O’Toole was like my breakfast this morning, toast.

        1. You’re right, of course. Today’s news caused my head to swim with hope. Call it a moment of irrational exuberance – to coin a phrase. 🙂

      1. Rachel Maddow is stepping back with occasional appearances due to the Biden sh!tstorm she helped create

  16. The CPC (or UCP for that matter) could run Jesus as leader and they wouldn’t get my vote. They both had a gallery of MLAs or MPs that stood beside them through all the carbon taxes and tyrannical mandates. They don’t become blameless all of a sudden, just because they got rid of a weak leader that couldn’t get them the reins of power.

    1. That is correct. Rather than argue about switching captains, knowledgeable people should check/repair the condition of the ship.

    2. Now that’s a little unfair, Johnboy.

Jesus wouldn’t reduce Himself to running for the Tories.

But He could run as an independent. Supporter of Israel, against abortion, blue-collar worker, nice head of hair, class act all the way.

Watch as the Liberals attack Him.

  17. That was fast. It just seems like yesterday someone suggested a leadership review. Oh, that was yesterday?

  18. This produces a humorous image: Jugmeet Singh riding a windmill powered electric bike to Harrington Lake yelling, “The Conservatives are coming! The Conservatives are coming!”

  19. Why do I have a strange feeling that if Quebec citizens bring the heat then the Bloc will join the Conservatives in a no confidence motion and Justin Tofu becomes Minister of Soy Emeritus.

  20. WILDROSE INDEPENDANCE

…..is the only Viable Alternative in Alberta – for Albertans.
I’ve seen Canada….and for the past 2 years do NOT Like what I Saw at all.
    Adios…

  21. Maybe O’Toole will cross the floor and join the Libs. Then he can run for leadership there. Might even win.

  22. This has been a great day. Almost spoiled by listening to the twat Stepfanson spew about vaccines being the only way out of this and thanking the 87% of Manitobans who did the right think and urging everyone to get vaccinated. Rousolinni seemed really he was going to be to some very minor tinkering with assorted mandates. Not touching the vaccine passports but if you’re vaccinated you can go to a tournament again. Plus if all us little Manitobans do the right thing we might get a pat on the head and maybe maybe maybe we might get more restrictions and mandates lifted. He is only doing the restrictions because he has to and they will only be in place as long as they have to be, not one moment sooner. The press opened immediately with how can we lift restrictions when the elderly are still afraid of COVID? The reporter even managed a tearful catch in his throat as he asked the question.

So I shut that off and went and celebrated the demise of O’Trudeau instead.

    1. The ” vaccines” are obviously NOT a way out of this. What is wrong with these people? I guess they don’t read. The way out is for government to stop pushing and start retreating.

    2. Zero restrictions lifted for those who have chosen not to take the shot. Even though Manitoba’s own Covid stats show the majority of Cases, Hospitalizations, ICU admissions, and Deaths are incurred by those that have had the shot.
The gig is up. She is to stupid to realize that those who have said, no thanks to the experimental, approved for emergency use only, gene therapy will not succumb to their bullying, threats and coercion. Manitobans are tired of being lied to, and the masses have spoken from the ditches and overpasses all across the Province and deserve to be heard.

  23. “For reference to my fellow Americans, O’toole makes Romney look like Ron DeSantis. He’s awful.”

  24. The CPC has a chance but they are starting out with one foot in the grave
Their past performance is absolutely a joke. Their only hope is to have a leader with the ability to take on the media and the liberals with no holding back. Anything less than a full-on offensive that appeals to the loudest group in our country right now will be digging their own grave. They’ve lost a lot of us already, and I’m not sure they ever get some of them back. The parts of the party that are closet liberals, globalists, and people of little character need to be purged out of there to regain trust that’s been lost. Another party is a great thought but nobody else is in a position to really capitalize on this present set of circumstances in a way that can make use of it to its fullest. It is certainly an exciting time to be watching

  25. This is a sad day for the LIberal Party… they have lost a loyal agent and a colossal POS.
The Stool has been flushed, hopefully we will never have to see or hear from that talking POS ever again.
Now do the executive class of the CON Party, you know, the assholes that told Arum the Stool what to say and what to do.

    Thank you Truckers.

  26. So now that OToole is resigning there is a timeline to get a new leader and then no doubt the liberals will engineer a non confidence vote of their choosing to frame the election on.
This puts that timeline at around 8 – 9 months.
Inside of that timeline what are the issues that liberals like to campaign on that they will use as wedge issues, with the goal being to get the next conservative leader to backtrack on?
Those would be in no particular order.
    Cutting benefits.
    Abortion
    Turtle island grievance industry

The job of the next leader isn’t to satisfy the criticism from the usual suspects, it’s to encourage the conservative minded voters that their vote won’t be wasted and they won’t modify platform or policy.
Whoever it is will need to be able to defend their position, and deconstruct the opposition position.

    1. Well, d’uh. Of course. But you forgot homophobic, transphobic, mean to snivel servants and socialists (BIRM)

  27. Finally, and it should have happened with a lot more dignity the day after he lost the election. At this point:

    a. Make Andrew Scheer interim party leader. He has stature and experience; perhaps diminished by the failure in 2019 but to some extent enhanced by all that has happened since; so will have “lessons learned” to draw on; and did win a million more votes – where as O’toole lost a half million);

    b. Immediately fire the whole “inner office” that has now supervised – if not directed – three failed elections; and thinks that raising money to waste on their games and lifestyles is their only purpose in life. Start over with a clean sheet;

    c. “Invite” the boards of Conservative fund and the “national” party to resign for their continuous failures in both federal and leadership campaign. Again, clean the slate and start from scratch; and

    d. The underlying failure here is party organization and the caucus and its interim leader need to assert themselves as at least co-equal arbriters on leadership and policy. The leader has to be more than “the chief spokesperson”. He or she needs to be accountable to both the party membership and to the Parliamentary caucus; but should not be subordinate to party councils and staff who work behind closed doors.

    1. Bullshit. Stop spinning your bowtie. It makes you look like the usual sort of cuckservative loser from party central. Not Scheer. Not now, not ever. He’s a nice guy but right now, this country needs an attack dog as interim Leader of the Official Opposition, not a wet blanket. Trudeau is on the ropes and we need a guy who can take a swing and knock him out. Someone who’ll go after Trudeau and doesn’t give a flying fuck about the MSM painting him as a meanie. Does that make you think of anyone? Anyone at all? Bueller?

      1. Sounds like a job for comedian Ricky Gervais.
Witness his roasting of the quislings of Hollyweird 2 years ago at the Golden Globes.
Talk about a guy that gives no fucks.
        Ah good times.

      2. Try not to name call. It doesn’t do anyone any good. Jab at least is putting gorth constructive ideas. Admittedly, the Caucus does need an interim attack-dog interim leader.

    2. They need to be ruthless in their own house. I agree with you jab, but Scheer isn’t the guy to get it done. Going to have to hack and toss to get us back onside. They used up all their goodwill out here in supporter-land. We need to see some casualties to know it’s heading in the right direction

    3. Jab; spot on, Sir! ‘Leave no stone unturned’ in winkling out these party Quislings.
Same goes for the MSM; bite the bullet and cut them off. No access until they mend their ways. “Wait; we need them”, you say?
Why? They’re only going to knife you in the back (gently, mind you).
Go with the media that’ll treat you fairly. Epoch News for example, has been supportive of the Freedom Convoy, and all the Internet media like True North…they have excellent journalists (eg Candace Malcolm).
If somebody is married to CBC nothing you say will budge them.

  28. The Conservatives have a lot of work ahead to become viable. They have to exist as a coalition where Max, Sloan, and others could hold respect and where the Laurentian elitists and their spin doctors get kicked out instead of the conservatives they oppose. They must speak around the media rather than going defensive and pussy-footing. They need to talk with the “free press” instead of treating them like lepers. Leslyn Lewis might make a good coalition leader but I don’t see her as good at the theatrics as Pierre P. It’s a good day to see O’Toole finally paying for his failures.

  29. The CPC is hopelessly compromised, as the voting records of every remaining “conservative” shows.
Even if one of them were to “jump in front of the parade” and ride it to victory, I’m pretty sure that all the truckers, and indeed all Canadians could expect from them is yet more betrayal.

    1. Meanwhile the cult of the most exalted, sublime and flawless Grand Maxipad … remains as irrelevant as ever.

    2. Whomever the CPC pick as leader will have their voting record reviewed during the next election. Knowing that, the Canadian public will give the new CPC leader that “golf course” clap when their name is announced.

The Canadian public will look for emotion from the leadership candidates. They want hope. They want strength of spirit. They want drive. They want character.

If the voter can’t find “It” in the new CPC leader, they will look elsewhere.
