56 Replies to “Is Your Neighbour A Nazi?”

  1. There’s never a shortage of snitches or dogoodniks. I don’t know what the psychology behind it is but for the life of me I can’t understand how it is that people can’t mind their own effing business.
When I was a youth I was horrified that someone would actually notify Nazis on the whereabouts of a Jewish girl hiding in an attic…now that I’m older I’m surprised she managed to avoid them for that long.

      1. I saw that story – doesn’t really surprise me.

I have actually visited the Anne Frank House. Fascinating to actually stand there where she and her family hid. Difficult to imagine the constant fear while they were there. Going there made the whole story very real for me, a very sobering experience.

    1. Burton…..Did you ever see the newsreels of the corpses being bulldozed into trenches after the Americans liberated the camps? The Germans were made to stand and watch as they said they were not aware it was happening. I was quite young when I saw it and it is burned in my memory. Fools who said it can’t happen here are the same types who think people who refuse to be poisoned by the government should be jailed. I will physically beat the living shit out of anyone who tries to accost me about taking an experimental poison into my old body.

  2. My friendship group has shrunk substantially over the last two years.some of the people who were comfortable with fascism and unquestioning obedience surprised me. If this is howhumans are, how on earth did we survive the dangers of life over the last million years? How did we get to where people have had every survival instinct or ability to balance risk bred/educated out of them?

  3. I don’t know anybody who would like to see the unjabbed in jail, other than the Turd and a few libtard politicians.
That 1:4 sounds about as realistic as numbers from the CDC: Panic Porn.

    1. I hope you’re right. But polling at the beginning of the scamdemic showed that 85% of Chinadians were happily on board with ratting out their neighbor for any type of violation of health Nazi edicts.

      1. I’m old enough to remember the Wild Rose party polling predicting a landslide for them, just before the NDP came into power, and let us not forget “Hillary by a landslide.” They call ’em polls for a reason: they serve the same purpose as the poles shepherds use.

        1. In fairness to your Wild Rose example, there was that tiny, small, niggling issue of the leader crossing the floor…

          1. One has to still wonder what the hook was for the crew that crossed the floor….I’m betting a few million each..from somewhere..SOROS comes to mind….no.?

They had that election in the fucking BAG polling over 40% AND then..?? BOOM….That was no coincidence…. $$$$$ talks n bullshit walks.

        2. But Hitlery did get a lot of votes and the NDP only won because the vote was split.
Polls may help to push policy and even if they’re not even close to accurate.
Many often just look at the headline to confirm their bias.

          1. Shiny Pony may be having his sycophant media preparing the way.
Notice how they touted “More than 1 in 4 Canadians support jail time for unvaxxed”?
First of all, it was 27%, which, although their headline is technically accurate, makes it smell of an attempt to overplay the Narrative.
Secondly, wouldn’t a more accurate headline have read “VAST majority of those polled do NOT support jail time for unvaxxed”?
Almost makes one want to write the NP saying “I see what you did there.”

          2. Driving down the street, where large pickups and 4X4’s were parked out front back then. Each yard had a Joe (feces) Cici sign. Seemed I was the only one with a Wild Rose sign. I decided Albertans had all suffered brain death.

          3. first timer, just throw it back in their faces: 7 out of 10 Canadians didn’t vote for the lying, racist, misogynist, brain-dead Baked Potato.

          4. I decided Albertans had all suffered brain death.

            MikeT:

I know what you had to deal with. I have the misfortune of living in Rotten Rachel’s riding and the majority of people are to far to the left that they’re in the infrared.

During the last federal election, the overwhelming majority of party signs were for that useless Dipper Heather Macpherson, whose predecessor was that commie lump Linda Duncan, who was equally as useless.

Back in October, I voted for the conservative mayoral candidate, Mike Nickel. Unfortunately, in my neighbourhood, the signs were whole hog in favour of that failed Prinz Dummkopf cabinet minister Amarjeet Sohi. He’s been in office for just a few weeks and he’s already demonstrated that he’s as useless in his new job as he was under Dear Leader.

          5. Can you imagine NDP in power these past two years of Covid? No thank you! BC NDP, and Others, were already talking about rationing care even before Covid.

    2. Trudeau. Same guy who tells us we are systemic racists, etc., etc. Did you hear about NPR planting and spreading a false story about a rift between two SCOTUS Judges over wearing a mask? Totally false. Maybe now they know how Trump and Carter Page feel.

  4. No shit, Sherlock.
And don’t kid yourself, they also want your money and your stuff.
At the very least they want to tell you what you can say, do and think.

    1. Remember the Japanese-Canadians in World War 2. No shortage of envy, racism and greed then and now.

      1. Okay, farmerboy, had kin were were up the west coast at that time. There was a serious concern that some of the Japanese-Canadian fishermen were taking soundings along the coast and sending the maps back to Japan. Reality was that, no matter where the Japanese Canadians considered their loyalty was, the Japanese government saw them as loyal only to Japan and would call on them to behave appropriately. And don’t forget that there was already a serious Chinese presence in Vancouver, and they were getting news back from China as to the Japanese invasion (think the “Rape of Nanking” and they were very anti-Japanese. So the initial removal of the Japanese from Steveston and environs was probably justified given the Japanese determination that they were to aid an invasion. Where I have long drawn the line is when – late in the war – their possessions were confiscated (would really like to know which families benefited from that), as that was just opportunistic greed by some politicians and their buds.

  5. NP trying to rile up the lunatics? First they assert a majority of Canadians, no it’s not a majority of Canadians it’s less than thirty percent. Once again propaganda tarted up as fact to justify the pandemic porn.

  6. One in four would probably support jail time for the obese, alcoholics, drug addicts etc. if you posed the question. This is how totalitarian states get their start.

  7. “Canada ….One in four support jail time for the unvaccinated.”

So lets ask those 1 in 4 to sign a public petition and make their names known for verification.

    AllanS – you sign first.

  8. Checks out historically considering how Canadians treated Japanese Canadians in WW2. The idea that Canadians are more ethical or more civilized is just a convenient, self-serving myth.

This moral cowardice hidden behind conformity and self-righteousness carries through all levels of Canadian society, especially those in leadership roles.. There is no DeSantis type government in Canada. Every government in Canada followed the script : the fake tears theatre at a news conference, the “My patience is running out ” speech, the “I have Covid but I’m so thankful for the vaccines”. Plus mandates and passports even if they declared them unethical and unCanadian mere weeks before.

Cowards can never be moral. – Mahatma Gandhi

  9. I would like to know who paid for that survey? This is just more intentional propaganda to ensure Canadians think that most other Canadians support these Nazi tactics such as jail time for the unvaccinated. One reason seems to be clogging up hospitals. They seem unaware that Ivermectin has been proven to reduce hospitalizations (e.g. Mexico — dozens of studies) . But in Canada, we do not treat Covid early,so we end up with excessive and unnecessary hospitalizations. They also are unaware of increased deaths in highly vaccinated places — undoubtedly also pressuring hospitals. I think we can be pretty certain that the survey is an indication of where Canada is headed. Time to leave if you can. I have lost all respect for the intelligence of other Canadians. The country is run by facists with enthusiastic support from the general public.

    1. it’s not identified in any of the releases of the data, but they do claim they don’t do any polling for political parties… best guess, the government did it

      1. Maru does polls for political parties. I received one that was nothing but Dipper propaganda.
“Now that you know how much better Knothead is, how would you describe her now?” My response is not reprintable here. I told Maru I did not appreciate propaganda disguised as a poll.

    2. The people “clogging” up the hospitals in 2022 are the same demographic that “clogged” up hospitals in 2020 and 2021…the elderly, the unhealthy and the severely overweight, regardless of vaccine status. Plus, I suspect, many of the “unvaccinated” hospitalizations are vaccine injuries and those with temporary vaccine induced immune deficiency (because of the absurd definition of unvaccinated).

Any blame should be directed at governments who have caused inadequate capacity in the health care system after decades of neglect/mismanagement and those who have denied people early treatment for covid for 2 years. This health care crisis is caused mainly by government. Blaming the unvaccinated is a cynical tactic of distraction and misdirection by those in power who have failed in their areas of responsibility.

      1. “Plus, I suspect, many of the “unvaccinated” hospitalizations are vaccine injuries and those with temporary vaccine induced immune deficiency (because of the absurd definition of unvaccinated).” I think this is a very big factor — completely overlooked by media and public “health” authorities. In virtually every country that has had a vaccine “rollout” — overall deaths are up. The unacknowledged negative impact of the vaccines is deadly. I know no one who has died of Covid. I know at least 5 people (suspect more) who have had to seek medical attention after the vaccine.

        1. No one is allowed to talk about non-covid excess deaths in the 18-50 year old age group…yet. The reaction to even mentioning the subject is identical to the initial response about myocarditis, thrombosis, menstrual problems…denial, aggression and threats. The previous issues have now been shown to have merit so I suspect they will eventually have to come clean on excess deaths.

    3. Even here in the States people are told not to go to the hospital if they simply think they have WuFlu, but instead wait until things get really bad before showing up at the ER. Having been in the hospital a few times since this all began (not CD-19, but other stuff) it’s been interesting to witness how things change from visit to visit, including both the policies and procedures for staff and what is expected of patients and visitors. For example, the cloth mask someone kindly made for me was fine for one stay, but not the next because it was deemed not good enough. Of course, the only way I didn’t wear the same hospital-provided mask for several days is if I asked for a new one, but I usually didn’t wear them at night so the O2 alarm wouldn’t go off. For the most part, the nurses were just fine with that.

There is also the issue of hospitals being short-staffed because no jab = no job.

Finally, part of the problem is that there are people are being admitted to hospitals because they didn’t get needed procedures or treatments that were considered “elective” and therefore cancelled and now they’re paying the price.

      1. Yep, but the Canadian health care system capacity is much worse, if you look at the data.

Basically, the Covid19 playbook is a great template for what *not* to do in a pandemic or any other crisis. Never forget, never again.

        1. How about a better playbook:

          -Focus on the vulnerable.
-Minimize disruptions for the rest of society.
-Keep the economy and educaton open.
-Don’t turn citizens against each other.
-Don’t trample on human rights and civil rights.
-Don’t exaggerate fear or use propaganda and other unethical psychological techniques

        2. Don’t worry, I know about the joys of Canadian healthcare even in “normal” times. It’s always fun to argue about it with Americans who think it’s wonderful and think I don’t know anything about it even though I’m from there and still have family there.

        3. LC..exactly

They took the, I think it was in 2005 or so, a complete Pandemic globally accepted response plan and turned it 180 degrees around…to what we now have…ON PURPOSE.

    4. When the pandemic started most countries zigged left. And kept zigging left. Now that people are tired, the economy is in trouble, a US election is on the horizon, and Omicron is proving to be a bad cold, the people who count are starting to zag right. Canada is still zigging left. It will be interesting to see how much divergence there is between countries like Canada and Australia versus the USA and Europe. I give this insanity 2-3 more months before it starts to unravel. I can see Canada still arguing about sending the kids back to school in September. That is when you will know who runs the country, the people or the unions.

      1. We already know that answer, it’s the unions. They have kowtowed to mandates and have HAPPILY ditched their nogoodniks to sacrifice them on the altar.
Witness the new edict in BC, all school staff must declare their status. This, after government left it up to school districts to decide on mandates. Result? The SBs largely did not mandate staff to get jabbed. The province was scared of the BCTF and offloaded responsibility to SBs. SBs decided it wasn’t their fight either.
BCGEU, Nurses union, HEU, CUPE, etc, are quite happy to betray “Solidarity” for all their members. Now it’s MOST members agree, and FCK the remainder.
Jack Munro and Jim Kinnaird would beat these current union thugs from post to post over such treatment. I miss those guys, real salt of the earth tough SOBs. Didn’t always agree with them, but they stood their ground against any government.

        1. There was an interesting interview with a jabbing doctor on the US news last night. She has a couple of young kids. I won’t go into her description of kids masks after they have been playing outdoor (lots of snot references) but she concluded masks are 100% useless on kids under 5, calling the masks petri dishes.

  10. Not to mention those who believe that if you’re not vaxxed you should be denied health care and if you end up dying as a result, it’s your own fault.

One thing that is sad about all of this is there are people who will never lead normal lives again because they’re living in fear of catching Covid or being around people who haven’t gotten the shots. Meanwhile, others are being made to give up things they consider enjoyable and in some cases their jobs because, nope, you can’t come in without showing your papers. I’ve also read plenty of stories of people, including some posters here, who cannot visit friends or family members because no shot = persona non grata.

I also consider it interesting that in the push to require proof of vaccination it’s minority communities that are the most adversely impacted but government officials don’t really want to talk about that, rather allowing the narrative to continue that the anti-vaxxers are all knuckle-dragging white conservatives and if they’re in the States, they all voted for Trump.

  11. JUST IN – UK is expected to announce the lifting of #Omicron restrictions (“Plan B”) in England today (Daily)

    1. Apparently their CDC is quite a bit more informative as well. Re: info on Moderna, natural immunity, vaccinating kids etc.

  12. What this really displays is just how ignorant people really are. I did a bit of analysis and found that if you take the current data of the six largest provinces in Canada and chart them by percent fully “vaccinated” against hospitalisations and ICU use, you find that the best fit line indicates that the higher the “fully vaccinated” percentage, the higher the hospitalisation and ICU per million.

Perhaps it is the vaccinated that should be locked up.

    1. No one should be locked up but just to poke a hole in your thesis, the two groups (vaccinated and unvaccinated) are not easy to compare directly. More “sick” people will exist in the vaccinated camp because they are more concerned with avoiding covid and less confident in relying on their bodies to fight the infection. I agree that (especially with Omicron) the vaccines are proving to be useless after a few months.

  13. To the 70% who support mandatory vaccination; this is precisely why the Charter safeguards minority rights, or used to anyway. Now, who knows? Eventually, Beloved Leader will want to gore your ox too. Count on it!
To the rest, get the hell out while you still can. Sell your over-priced house, take the money and run like a thief in the night! I did.

  14. To the !vaxxed who want me locked up: I hope you catch the Chinese cooties and choke on your bile.

  15. I support a severe beating for those who support jail time for people who refuse to take experimental drugs that don’t work and are killing people.

      1. I am….100%

There absolutely needs to Accountability.. Be it jail time or outright hangings…we’re talking pre-meditated Murder here
