25 Replies to “The Trust Is Broken With Our Leaders”

  1. Most Canadians with a brain stopped trusting their “leaders” when the Sun King Himself revealed his middle finger to the plebs in Salmon Arm. He couldn’t be bothered to tell them to eat brioche, just eff off and die.

  2. True, but this inglorious Shitshow, running two years and counting, has proven what so many of us cynics had said.
Trudeau’s “Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms” is worth nothing.
Government at every level is corrupt and useless.
    Government is destroying our country.
After our Parasitic Overload decreed Covid to be a Crisis, they then showed us all.
How they behave in a crisis.
    We have no choices left.
If you want a country with law, order and civil society, then every one of these creatures infesting our institutions must be rewarded.
Fired from the public payroll and fired out of a cannon for some of the most egregious..
Time we started the down cycle,”Big Government is Good”?
Well we just ran that experiment..
    Draw your own conclusions.
I will not be lifting a finger to support any part of Can Ahh Duh,nor this Fourth Reich our Parasites so desire.
But I have an idea or two for minions within my reach.

Government and especially Minions,do not tell me what my rights or freedoms will be.
Western Canada was built on British Common Law and the rights of Freemen.
At a minimum we will instil respect for these rights and responsibilities that worked.
Trudeau and his swivel serpents took our Magna Carta rights and superimposed a blatant Lie.
The Gift of Dread Covid Theatre..
    All the masks are off.
Shall we call our new and more perfect union,Buffalo?

    1. Ya, what you said!
Really quite enjoy reading your perspectives and thoughts.
      Thank you.
And thank the many other who to put their thoughts and perspectives that can be read and enjoyed.

  3. And “scientists” and “experts”. Got to keep the fear flowing

    https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/coronavirus/expect-more-worrisome-variants-after-omicron-scientists-say-1.5741464

I’ve just had enough of this crap. Obviously governments want to keep the control going and th epopulation impotent.

If there are any demonstrations in Ottawa that anyone knows of, please post details here. Mind you, it’s a bit cold today, cold enough to freeze the spike off a covid.

    1. Omicron demonstrates clearly that as viruses mutate, they largely become more infectious and more benign. Any scientist that keeps screaming about increased toxicity from mutations should have their income inspected for pharmaceutical infestation – being paid to lie. And if they are unwilling to disclose the nature of those relationships, they should be shunned.

      1. “should have their income inspected for pharmaceutical infestation” Oh I like that. I’m going to steal it.

  4. I haven’t done a lot of leader trusting in my entire adult life, which is sadly quite a long period of time. This has just made things worse in that regard. My distrust has shifted from concern about motives to certainty about motives.

    1. Politicians. politicians and those that pry for political gain have been a part of family and I learned early it’s dirty and ruthless. I took up trades and prospered and slept well. Post script.Hard hands on work kept my body fit and healthy not fat and apathetic.

  5. Our “leaders” look out for number one. The always have.

There was no golden age where kings loved their people more than themselves. That’s why God tried to talk the Israelites out of electing king Saul. At best, God uses powerful humans as a tool to drive even more wicked men from his sight.

What’s happened is that men of good will are slowly realizing that only God is trustworthy. Even family can be turned, as good people whose families used Wuhan flu as an excuse to ostracize them have discovered.

The woman who died of Wuhan flu, strangely enough, seeks to have been lucky in life. She had a husband who loved her and mourned her death. Few of our “leaders” would shed a tear if their trophy wives died.

    1. Was the wife dying from the wuflu?
I just understood “dying”….could have been cancer, or cardiac…we don’t know. Pathetic, and we have heard of many similar incidents
What a shameful sad state of affairs.

  6. The trust is also broken with our so called professions. Certainly, large swaths of institutionalized medicine do not deserve respect. Consider, too, the cowardice of other professionals, the teachers in blue cities and states accompanied by Early Childhood Education experts, Pre-K educators, Pediatricians, Special Ed., and Educational Psychologists. No heroes there. They just stood by without even issuing warnings or PSAs to parents. What has been done to children is monstrous in more ways than one.
If you are a parent or relative of a pre-school child who is in a masked day care or Pre-K setting, double down on the following: reading aloud with feeling, teaching nursery rhymes and alliteration (Peter Piper picked a peck….), clearly enunciating phonemes (the distinct, individual sounds composing a syllable or word), and as much interactive speech as possible.” I spy” games are useful, I see something that starts with “b”. You may or may not know this, but your verbal memory, required for reading and writing, is stored in the brain as phonemes (sounds).
Pre-K Educators, Pediatricians, and Educational Psychologists, and other experts know this. This has become indisputable over the last 20+ years, not to mention that it is common sense. Children must see your facial expressions, the movement of your lips and mouth as you speak, as well as hear clearly and distinctly the separate sounds of our language. Think of how little difference there is between the sounds, “t” and “d”, or the other “brother” sound consonants. Nobody is born with the neurological pathways to read or write. This bears repeating,…. nobody….. is born with the neurological pathways to read and write. Birth to Kindergarten is a crucial time for activating, establishing and networking those areas of the brain required for these skills. This is disrupted and impeded by masking.
Remember, Why Johnny Can’t Read? Will this expand the demographic of struggling and straggling readers with all that entails for their future economic wellbeing, leaving them dependent? An ounce of prevention…..
I am not going over the damage to social/emotional damage, but that too.

  7. “The Trust Is Broken With Our Leaders” – LOL the word “understatement” comes to mind.

  8. Trust is earned.
The Government, the Bureaucracy and the Health Cartel have earned nothing but distrust.
    They reap what they sow.
(The media can go fuck a duck as they count for shit.)

    Untrustworthy Cowards.
    I like it.

  9. I’ve never trusted any Government because I grew up in one of the most corrupt nations on the planet run by some of the most loathsome and mendacious characters the world has ever produced, Turdholeland, formerly Canada.
I did “trust” the Reform Party movement once, turned out it was just another Laurentian elitist scam full of weak dishonest people making sure the Liberal Party stayed in power… fool me once.

  10. My standard tongue in cheek answer is – assume everyone is an asshole until they prove otherwise because it is better to be pleasantly surprised than horribly disappointed. In practice, I’m polite and friendly to everyone but trust and respect must be earned.

  11. I’ve always trusted Prinz Dummkopf….. to do something stupid and to do the wrong thing.

  12. Remember this everyone…

The Banks own ALL your money except $100,000.
Part of this human experiment game that’s being played out.

  13. Funny push-back anecdote do give you a wee smile.
Young 20 something roughneck gets the jab at girlfriend’s insistence. Promptly gets Covid, then comes down with myocarditis and is rushed to hospital.
Attending doctor explains that the Covid gave him the heart inflammation and not the needle.
Roughneck states he caught Covid from his unvaxxed friend and he didn’t have any heart troubles.
Doc replies that unvaxxed friend needs to get jabbed.
Roughneck lad tells doctor he needs to stop being a f*€king idiot.

Doctors might need to hear a bit more of that.

  14. Neil Oliver has an eloquent and respectful way of telling the truth about how honest ordinary people feel about and have endured the insanity of the past 2 years.

Our so-called leaders and opposition could learn much from his thoughtful observations. Sadly, I don’t think this crop of world leaders are capable of looking away from their parties/summits or navels long enough, to make a difference. They are confident that the majority of their subjects, expertly guided by the media, will put up with almost anything.

Given the high number of adverse events reported to VEARS and other reporting agencies around the world, this hubris might be their downfall. The deaths of the elderly and those with serious prior health conditions are very sad losses. Loosing a young healthy child forced to be “vaccinated” is exponentially more of a loss. Even the most self centred and obtuse among them must see this?

  15. Sadly, for 90% of this GD “country,” trust is not broken with leaders or “experts.” They’re continuing to lap up whatever garbage spews forth from them, eager to prove how virtuous they are and feel morally superior in their own minds. Most people aren’t particularly bright and have such short memories they don’t even realize the goalposts haven’t stopped moving, and even when they do get the vid, keep believing the vax saved them from certain death.

  16. Related:
From that bastion of intellectualism The Toronto Star—
“The unvaccinated cherish their freedom to harm others. How can we ever forgive them?”
I don’t know what “freedom” this stupid git is talking about, but we won’t be asking for forgiveness.
You will be and none will be given.
