    1. 1988 I was in Tanzania…..local in Dar told us that the Chinese were building the railways…seemed to think it was out of the kindness of their hearts.

  1. Joe Biden, who had left the vice president’s office a little more than three months before, was flying into Los Angeles to speak at the prestigious Milken Institute Global Conference and would be joining them at the bar within the hour.

Let me add that scumbag grifters flock together. Michael Milkin STOLE $B’s from pensioners by selling them worthless junk bonds via Boiler Room high-pressure sales. He knew these securities were worthless … but stole their money anyway … dooming hundreds of thousands to a miserable end of life. Jao Bidinh is a fellow grifter … and fellow traveler.

Milkin was slapped on the wrist … retained most all of his ill-gotten gains … and has been desperately trying to recover his image and legacy ever since. His multiple charitable (with other people’s money) activities are memory-holing the horrific damage this THIEF wrought. It’s no wonder Milkin and Bidinh are such good pals. They’re both high profile THIEVES.
