And that our 2 year CA “drought” … also caused by Global Warming … still isn’t over despite receiving more than 7 inches of rain in 24 hours last week + another inch Monday, another inch coming tonight and MORE to come next week.
BTW … this is what the FRAUD titled “The Drought Monitor” is insisting about CA despite the rare EARLY, EARLY, HUGE saturating rainfall that dumped anywhere from 7-10 inches of rain two weeks ago on N.CA …

Harper was well-competent in many areas, but uninspired and simply stupid in so many others, too.
