“Three of the four in the intensive care unit were fully immunized,” said Dr. Charles Gardner during a COVID-19 update on Wednesday.

Still, he said this isn’t unexpected.
“In fact, if you’re not immunized, you’re 10 times more likely to become a case and 23 times more likely to be admitted to the hospital,” Gardner said.
Which statistic is borne out by the three out of four in the ICU and the 39% of the hospitalized being vaccinated. If you don’t know anything about math. Man, if I could get my bookie to give me 23-to-1 odds on a 39% probability.
We figured out how they create this “scare” statistic. They separate the vaxed from the non and create two denominators. So, the much smaller non-vaxed group only need a handful of cases to create a bigger percentage. When 80% of your population is vaxed, you have a massive denominator, and loads of people can get sick in that group and you still can have a small percentage.
To simplify,
20/100 non vaxed
80/100 vaxed
20 people show up in ER, 5 non-vaxed, 15 vaxed. You have 25% non-vaxed showing up and a measly 12% percent vaxed.
So even though far less non-vaxed show up, they make is sound like it’s the majority.
And to add, if they expressed the percentages as one group: 20% of the population went to the ER, 5% were un-vaxed, 15% were vaxed.
That would not be a very good stat for the narrative….hence the number massaging.
I don’t know if they break statistics down into sub groups like this for other medical news.
And its absurd to even be arguing over how many vaxed “can be sick and it’s ok”. I have a very different fundamental definition of effective. With such an obvious reservoir of coof in the vaxed its magical thinking that it would just go away “if only”.

Despite my eligibility… I am NOT getting a 3rd jab with this leaky (at best) vaccine. I will, likely, get a flu shot as I do annually … but Pfizer’s concoction is dead to me. I’ll take my chances with COVID as opposed to a vaccine-induced cardiac “event”.

Speaking of law, the Reasonable Man underpinning of western law (English/Napoleonic) has struck the same SJW iceberg. Making non sequitur of the law, it’s not just for activist judges anymore.
As Brian Peckford said on Andrew Lawton’s show, the governments are violating and ignoring the Constitution. If they think section 1 gives them the right to suspend our rights they have not met the smell test. They are required to give justification for doing so which they have not and it must be a law passed in Parliament. Peckford has written all the Premiers and is aghast that not one has responded.
He went on that this could be put to bed in less than 6 months but the Premiers won’t do it because they know what they are doing is illegal. A provincial legislature could ask the provincial appeals court to rule if what they are doing is constitutional. If the appeals court says it does not (which would be the correct response with no justification), it goes directly to the Supreme Court.
They would have to take the case setting aside whatever they are working on.
Then we would find out if all those Liberal judges work for the people (who pay them) or the party that put them there.
It would also confirm if our beloved “Charter” is worth more than the paper it’s written on.
Not one Premier has the balls to do this.
They gotta start counting “none of the above” and reporting it to the people with election results.

Peckford has way too much faith in his charter. If 80 percent of the population think locking us all up and forcing an experimental drug into us to “cure” a disease with a 99.9 percent survival rate is “reasonable”, to use the word of the “charter”, it follows that parliament will consider it “reasonable” and if you took it to court they would consider it “reasonable” too. The purpose of the charter was apparently to protect minority rights, what we got instead was a system in that if the majority consider something to be “reasonable”, the minority have no rights at all. The people who drafted the charter, including Peckford, either knew this at the time, or were too stupid to figure out that this would eventually be the result.
Peckford said no one thought the suspension would ever be used.
My answer to that was why was it not deleted?

If, on the other hand, the perspective is one of a premeditated agenda of population reduction by a self-interested elite, this could be seen to be working perfectly. And there’s the rub – either way the vast majority will die – and sooner rather than later. What’s wrong with that picture? The elite would need to protect themselves and their chosen serfs from the ravages of the disease. So, there would have to be in existence an effective “real” vaccine but only they, and not you and I, would get it.
