4. It isn’t a “homeless” problem, it’s a drug problem. People who are homeless don’t drive RV’s from out of State. People set up shop in Venice Beach because of the accessibility to drugs.
   And if those who live in Venice Beach can’t bring themselves to admit the root cause, they’ll deal with this forever and the residents in Beverly Hills, Sand Section Manhattan, Malibu and other places will laugh at them only because if they’re in Venice Beach they aren’t where they live.
