When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal.

Victoria Taft, PJ Media;

The special counsel tasked with chasing down the origins of the Russia collusion conspiracy perpetrated against candidate and President Donald Trump reportedly has issued more criminal indictments in federal court. […]

Techno Fog has been connecting dots between this additional reported indictment and the reporting from the New York Times alleging that “Tech Executive-1” is Rodney Joffe, who’s also a Perkins Coie client. Joffe tried to frame Trump with DNS data he allegedly lifted from the Defense Department.

Ready to get into the weeds a bit?

Good.

Reporter Chuck Ross of the Washington Free Beacon opined on Twitter that these new additional indictments, which are still under wraps, could explain why another Democrat attorney, Marc Elias, quit Perkins Coie right before Sussman’s indictment prompted his ouster from the same law firm.

Elias is the Clinton lawyer who hired Fusion GPS, which then hired former MI6 spy Christopher Steele, to create “evidence” of the Russia collusion scandal “dossier” and shop it to reporters and intelligence operatives.

Some believe the plan to smear Trump with the fake Russia scandal was hatched to distract from the Hillary Clinton email and server scandal, which was huge in the months leading to the election. Clinton deleted thousands of emails against the House Select Committee on Benghazi’s legal order to preserve them. Clinton destroyed the emails and used a service to “bleach bit” her computers and server.

And don’t forget the alleged DNC server “hack,” which also fueled the Russia collusion story line. Former Perkins Coie attorney Sussmann was also the attorney for the company CrowdStrike, which was brought in by Sussmann to check the DNC servers. The same day the company was hired to look at the DNC servers, CrowdStrike proclaimed the Russians were responsible. The FBI, which was never allowed to look at the computers at the DNC, took their word for it.

At Substack, Techno Fog provides some additional background on what surely looks like a conspiracy.

  1. Again, this is nothing more than a sloooowwwww roll out of pressure on the Clinton camp to keep them from wedging Harris into the White House and tossing Biden to the wolves. The powers that be made their choice (Joe Biden) and despite his efforts to screw up everything on every level…he is a useful figurehead to levy policy by those truly running the show (Obama).

As soon as the Clinton camp capitulates and accepts their position, the pressure from the DOJ stops.

    1. I do hope you are wrong. I hope with all my soul that the “mills of the Gods grind slow, but they grind exceedingly fine”.

    2. I agree this is about pressuring the Clinton’s to leave. All the legalese and bullshit cut outs will amount to squat when the DOJ wants you. Harris is Obama’s pawn. When Biden leaves, the Clinton era ends.

  2. You have to look at it from the perspective of who controlled the finances of the DNC when all this was going on. Clinton had co-opted all the coffers (remember Donna Brazille’s astonishment at that revelation). My guess is that they are telling Harris not only to back off on backstabbing Biden now…I’m guessing they are telling the Clinton camp that she will not be in the running for 2024 nor will any of their other hybrids.

It will be interesting to see whom they install next (and make no mistake, it will be an installation and not a win by votes). I’m guessing we’re going to start hearing a lot about Cory Booker or Deval Patrick. Obama still needs a legacy.

  3. I suspect whomever told the FBI that the Democrat server was hacked by Russians instead of being accessed by Seth Rich who was later murdered is going to be in a world of shit. The FBI suffer no consequences for building fake cases themselves but they really don’t like to be played. I suspect there might start being some guilty pleas with one or two year sentences. I wonder if she could wear an orange pantsuit instead of an orange jumpsuit?

  4. The spider web of deceit and lies generated by the DNC and the Clinton Foundation has started to unravel. The problem is, is Durham the man for the job? Anyone with two brain cells working in conjunction with each other is fully aware of the corruption that has been predominant in Washington. From the Clinton server to Benghazi, the Awan fiasco, Debbie’s involvement, Seth Rich’s murder, the trips by Durham to Italy and Britain, the Steele Dossier, and on and on and on. These all tie into the fact that the Democrats had to pull all the stops in the election to try and keep this under-wraps. There appear to be too many loose ends and perhaps there are enough sane people left in Washington that realize if this corruption continues the ramifications will be way beyond a replay of the French Revolution.

  5. Perhaps Durban’s glacial pace is because “Durban did not commit suicide”?.
    Time will tell.
Now the inability of President Trump to have documents released to the public, did even more to expose the corruption that is government.
Where did the JFK papers go?
The FIBs need fired and forbidden any “public service” positions for their lives.
Well we could “volunteer” them as first into the breech troops..
    Miserable failures,one and all.
President Trump’s gift to America grows each day.
The revelation of the level of betrayal, brings home how prescient the Founders really were.
