    1. Max should be honest and tell us the reason he’s running is to keep Conservatives from winning. All that does is benefit Liberals, he’ll never win power. Those who vote for him are also helping Liberals and their cousins the NDP.

This is the second time he is running, along with over 300 others. As Scar says below, O’Toole and O’Trudeau – they are the same. They offer no way out of the torpor and miasma of today’s political environment and are all for tyrannical measures which are absolutely useless, except for maintaing more control over you and me. They just offer continuance of the same.

        That’s the problem with the CPC. That’s why the PPC is riding around 7-10%. It’s the only true Conservative party, espousing conservative values.

        When OFool talks, this is what comes to mind, if it walks, talks and sounds like a duck, then it is. He’s a Liberal. “This isn’t your fathers Conservative party!”

          My thoughts exactly. O’Toole campaigned for the CPC leadership with one set of stated values, then turned around and abandoned them for others. He SOLD US OUT. First on dairy products, then carbon taxes, then mandatory vaccinations, then gun control. He’s a Liberal, through and through, and simply does not deserve our support. I don’t reward betrayal, sorry.

          I also won’t fall for the “but but Trudeau!” line, and no one else should either. If voting for the PPC results in another Liberal minority, so be it. I can live with that, for the several months that it will take to find and install a new CPC leader who WILL represent us and our conservative values and WON’T try to turn us into the Liberal Lite Party.

          I do like Max, and hope he does well, but I’m not sure if Canada will ever accept him as a potential Prime Minister. We’ll see; if he does well enough (or the CPC choose their next leader poorly enough) I may just abandon the CPC entirely.

      6. Except to give a message to O’Toole to be conservative or gone. In a shoe-in liberal riding, I voted PPC after considerable sole-searching.

        Yes, Max should not have taken his football and gone home, when he had 49% support from conservatives in the Scheer-Max contest. His party will go nowhere.

I think that is highly unlikely but even if true, it works for me as O’Toole is no conservative and the CPC as lead, deserves extinguishment rather than continue as a gutless, compromising, power-hungry organ disparaging the name. The Spawn has broken it, he now owns it and the Canadian Eloi deserve it.

    About 2 years ago communist china committed an act of biological warfare.
    So far Canada’s only response by Liberals, NDP and regressive cons if elected, has been to punish Canadians.
    The Greens are just NDP on steroids and the PPC are Quebec.
    The only sensible vote is none of the above.

  18. This is useful information. Beijing have clearly thought better of replacing Justin for the moment. Their candidate to replace him (O’Toole) has no charisma and hasn’t demonstrated that he could run Chinada Province better than Team Justin.

    That’s why Hillary is endorsing Justin. And that’s why the CBC won’t shut up about Max. He’s their best hope to split the patriotic vote.

    Moving on:

    Bernie knows, or should know, a bit more about Canada than your average American globalist and must know the federal NDP is not fit for government and that Jagmeet has no serious plans for governing.

    That is presumably all right with Bernie. He hasn’t had to be accountable for anything since he left Burlington and hasn’t been worth a wet fart to Vermonters. He and Jagmeet deserve each other.

    (By all accounts Vermont was actually a nice place to live before the boneheads from New York started showing up.

  19. Someone with a twitter account should tell Obama, Hillbilly and Bernie that they should all flick out, as it is a rule, or used to be, not to comment or interfere in other country’s elections.

    Mind you, Americans are used to installing/propping up leaders in foreign counties, so perhaps they think this is normal behaviour.

    Even Trudeau, without many ethics, did not endorse anyone in the US elections, likely due to self-interest.

    Perhaps it is good to keep it overt, as previously $ went into trust funds.
