Margin Of Fraud

Open and transparent;

In a major escalation in the fight over Arizona’s Maricopa County’s refusal to comply with a Senate election audit subpoena, the state attorney general’s office ordered the county to give in or lose its state funding, which provides nearly a third of the county’s budget.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said that the county, America’s fourth largest in population, is violating state law by not complying with the Senate’s request for routers in its 2020 election audit and review of former President Donald Trump’s loss.

Huh, weird.

  1. The StAG gave them over 30 days to comply. It should have been immediate. Additionally, the county supervisors will do exactly what has worked so well for the FBI, State Department, and the Intelligence community. They will simply say….”we can’t find them….they must have been lost….sorry.”

  2. Giving them enough rope…. Don’t not think that the State Senate hasn’t hired a PI or two to watch these bad actors. There’s plenty of beans to spill over 30 days and a good chance a nervous Nellie will crack. It’s the waiting that’s the worst on the mind of the guilty. Even Michael Byrd who lied about warning Ashli Babbitt couldn’t keep his trap shut.

  3. How exactly would they be able to provide the routers without severely disrupting essential services? Its more political games from Fann. Its a huge joke.

    1. The routers are supposed to be special purpose units for election purposes only.
Also, the only thing required is brief access to the routers to run a digital image.

There is no valid reason to deny access.

  4. When routers and other electronic voting equipment are turned over, who is going to be surprised to find that their memory chips have been wiped?

    1. DaveK,

The ONLY reason for looking at the routers is to figure out whether the voting machines were communicating with the internet (which they claim didn’t happen). This would have made the results vulnerable to external manipulation.

There are no “memory chips” with vital data to be “wiped.”

You are buying into the propaganda from people with something to hide.

  5. As voting moves from paper ballots to electronic voting and tallying, how can examining a server be any different than examining paper ballots to VERIFY honest and error-free result?

Any blockade against a thorough forensic examination of the servers is admission of guilt.

If you truly believe in Democracy, then you believe in an ACCURATE and TRUSTWORTHY voting system. Anything less than 100% total and complete transparency is EVIL. PURE EVIL.

  6. This has been going on for months. Send State Troopers to serve the subpoena, seize the evidence, and arrest anyone who resists, hinders, or attempts to delay them. Break down doors if necessary.

  7. Oh YES! If they can just get a hold of the ROUTERS it’ll be all over the Biden!

    1. Technically, acquiring the routers is an effort to complete a thorough investigation. The basis, I assume, is to determine if the voting machines were accessible through the internet before, during or after the election. The router will show that information. If it does show a connection, then there is a BIG problem because:

“But Megan Gilbertson, spokesperson for the county Elections Department, has reiterated that the county’s ballot-counting machines are not connected to the internet.”

It won’t go over well if the evidence shows the opposite. Alone, that’s not all that important, but I think maybe added to whatever else will be presented, it would add weight.

One of the other things it would, also, do is show that the entity the election committee hired to cover their collective asses was bogus since they specifically stated the election machines were not internet accessible, but didn’t provide any data to back that up…which is a red flag.

      1. The servers were undoubtedly connected to the internet. What I worry about is whether we will ever get THOSE servers … from the election … or will the County serve up some replacement servers, and pawn them off as the ‘election servers’?

  8. You can bet your sweet bippy that if the shoe were on the other foot there would have been raids across the county that would have put the FBI/Stone incident to shame. The election equipment is owned by the people of Arizona since it was purchased from Dominion. It was not leased, therefore the refusal to provide the equipment to conduct a full audit when first requested was grounds for firing the Board. That is where the first mistake was made. An audit as deemed necessary by the State Senate to affirm the results of the election is not dependent on the Board’s willingness to comply, it is a function of the Board’s mandate to ensure a free and fair election, and as such their reluctance should have been countered by immediate arrests.

  9. Those “let’s just return to business as usual as it was before Trump and we will stomp the Democrats in the next midterm election” team red Republicans need to wake up. If individuals are not held to account and thrown in prison for not honoring subpoenas or otherwise obstructing investigations, then there will an even greater effort to corrupt the elections of 2022 than there was in 2024. There has to be a real fear put in the hearts of the cheaters that they will lose everything in their lives if they participate in the corruption of the election system or they will continue to do what they do.

I know I sound like a concern troll by mentioning this, but how severely will anger be ginned up amongst the good citizens when the Professional Left steals numerous elections in 2022, the radical left keeps or increases its power in the Federal Government, Joe Biden is removed, Kamela becomes President, and Michelle Obama is named as her Vice President?

  10. Start hauling every election official in front of grand juries. Sweat them and start working deals. If they turn in their boss they only get 30 days in minimum security jail. Works great for the FBI.

  11. Charge them with something and throw them in jail without bail. The first one to rat everyone else out gets out of jail. Like what the dems would do. Time to take off the gloves or we’re all gonna be swimming in a sea of tyrannical communism soon.
