  1. Well, at this point, the FDA is just the marketing arm for the pharmaceutical companies. Meanwhile, governments are the muscle for Big Pharma and they are making you an offer you can’t refuse. Basically, it’s “take this vaccine or else” at this point. You have the “choice” of giving up your health to a faulty vaccine or giving up most of your liberties.

    1. Nobody will FORCE me to take a vaccine (again) that they admit doesn’t work very well. When they fully … fully … explain the science of why it doesn’t work so well … I’ll consider it.

    Ask to see their study results of the Authorization which would have everything on testing, results and opinions.

    It is should be published all the testing and results on FDA website when the testing is completed.

  6. So does the approval and licensing of the Phizer jab not nullify the EUAs for the jabs from Moderna or J&J? According to their rules, I believe it does.

    1. The FDA approval is for Comirnaty which doesn’t exist. It is practically identical to the existing vaccine. Since the approved vaccine doesn’t exist the existing vaccine is still being used and still under the present EUA. So the so called safe vaccine is still being used with no pharma indemnity. The NEW Comirnaty vaccine makes Pfizer liable for adverse reactions. This is a classic bait and switch.

  11. So, a hold harmless agreement remains in place on the “emergency” vax. But, when the “approved” vax unveils, standard civil liability procedures apply. What I find interesting is that the exposure won’t just be with the manufacturer. Any politician, employer or the like who applies mandates are, also, liable should there be an adverse reaction or unforeseen side effects down the road. In short, what I’m saying is that it better work, or at the very least, be harmless, or the list of defendants will look like a who’s who of the swamp.

    Granted, most politicians are exempt for civil suit due to sovereign immunity statutes. However, most states allow the sitting state legislature to revoke sovereign immunity. States like Pennsylvania have a far left sitting governor who pushes hard for the vax and a republican legislature who he has shat on continuously over the last two years. Private businesses, on the other hand, who have required the vax to remain employed will have a world of exposure if this new vax is a lark.

    RTWT Please. The arguments are legalistic. It is needed to cover both Pfizer Labels, and the need to use up the older stocks of vaccine. The vaccine is the same, the FDA approval is only allowed for new production, COMIRNATY.

    1. Why are there two Phizer labels for the same vaccine?
      If it’s the same vaccine, just new production, then it’s the same vaccine.
      Unless it isn’t.

    2. Makes no sense. Why is the old stock not completely approved if the two are the same? Why is Pfizer changing brands in the middle of the approval process? I think they are trying to pull a fast one.

  17. Yes, Comirnaty is FDA approved. The label indicates 2 shots are required and says nothing about being compatible with previous shots.
    If you’ve already received a jab and then Comirnaty later on, it’s going to be near impossible to hold anyone liable for injuries suffered, because the previous jabs would be confounding. If you don’t get both jabs of Comirnaty at the recommended interval, there can be no assurance of effectiveness.
    Furthermore, all the supporting data for Comirnaty was from before the Delta variant so there’s no claim of effectiveness against it.

  20. AHS says, “all vaccines are tested until proven safe.” It doesn’t, however, indicate when “proven safe” takes place – before or after a person gets jabbed.
