‘New science is worrisome’: CDC recommends wearing masks indoors, again.

According to the new science, she said, fully vaccinated people with breakthrough infections from the delta variant have a similar viral load to infections in unvaccinated people. That means the fully vaccinated are more likely to spread the virus with the delta variant than the original coronavirus.

The goal behind the guidance may be to protect both the fully vaccinated and the unvaccinated, health experts say, especially vaccinated people who may be immunocompromised and children under 12 who aren’t yet eligible to get their shot.

Why does that sound so familiar?

Update: The C.D.C. now says fully vaccinated people should get tested after exposure even if they don’t show symptoms.

  1. Not sure I understand what the problem is here. If you’re vaccinated and get it and spread it with no I’ll effects who cares?

    1. Well, if you’re vaccinated and get it and spread it, it is not a vaccine and it does not work.

        Actually it is in the vaccinated that the breakouts are selected. Once out and infecting others, the process begins again, except for those who have survived the virus, and now have sterilizing immunity, so they can’t get it again.

        That is just one reason why it is an awful idea to inoculate everyone, because the more people with non-sterilizing immunity, the more potential variant factories you bring on line.

        It’s hard to imagine that they don’t know basic immunology; so hard, in fact, that one can’t escape the conclusion that this is intentional.

  7. The majority of the population believes that the current vaccine works by depriving the virus of hosts. The more that get vaxxed, the fewer hosts remain. It is becoming clearer that this is not at all the case.

    1. The death count attributed to Covid is a tiny fraction of what it was. The vaccine, or something, has effectively ended the threat from Covid.

      Now only the threat from the health bureaucrats and the government remains .

        Corona viruses are cyclical. They don’t do well in summer, so of course the death rate dropped. But the effective treatments are noe being used in more places, though Canada still won’t allow them I guess.

      The scientologists did not explain what it is that the concoction will do, only that it has this extra spike that they artificially manufactured.

      On Carlson this evening, he showed an alert from the purchase of Pfizer concoction by Albania, I think.
      Anyway it said something to the effect you take it, don’t blame us if it does not work.

    The vast majority of the population is healthy and has little or no risk for a severe COVID-19 infection. The focus should be on the most susceptible population for potential severe and lethal conditions. A new CDC study bears this out.
