We were shouted down with such things as “two men getting married won’t affect the meaning of marriage”, and “we just want to live our [homosexual] lives in peace and not be bothered”. That’s not the way things worked out, is it? Children with three parents; parents no longer referred to as “mother” and “father”; pride parades which should be “X-rated” a norm (even a whole month of gayness) and parents jailed for trying to prevent their young children from dangerous and irreversible sex-change surgery.

So there is some sort of pre-qualifying system to keep the riff raff out and there seems to be regional zones with a set quota. For weight lifting there is the Oceania region. Since The People’s Republic of New Zealand is in Oceania as soon as this bloke was allowed to compete he jumped straight to the top and pushed everyone else down one spot.
