Who is killing Who in Chicago?
It is pretty hard to officially tell who is doing the killing. Last I looked at HeyJackAss(dot)com, the Chicago Police had about a 10-15% Homicide Clearance Rate. Not Conviction Rate, Not even Indictments, just paperwork saying we think this guy or gal did it. Sometimes it is because things happen, like Ray-Ray gets hisself shot to death after he capped Dog Bone, but before the police could make their case.
But according to HeyJack Ass, out of the 267 people shot by June 1 of this year, 237 (89%) of the assailants have not been identified. The 30 IDENTIFIED Assailants include 3 police, one selfdefense killing, 4 Hispanics, one White Devil, and 21 Poor Innocent Oppressed Blacks. My cynical and heartless guess is that of the 21 +4 +1, most of the identified assailants were standing over the victims screaming “I Did IT! I killed the &#@%$!!!,” as the police drove up.
As far as the victims? 82.8% are Black; 13.5% Hispanic; and a HUGE! 3.7% (/sarc) are White or Asian or Other.
For some odd reason, I don’t think the Klan or Top Secret Police Death Squads are going into black neighborhoods and killing Blacks or hispanic neighborhoods and killing Hispanics.

Now if Chicago was in Merry Old England, they would have a very low Murder Rate.
In Formerly Great Britain, a Murder is not officially listed by the Government as a Murder until the court convicts someone of performing the murder.
Think of it as lying by statistics. “What Murder? It hasn’t been classified as a murder.”
It’d be interesting if they broke out known members of gangs versus bystanders, odds are the ones that the Chicago police have closed without conviction are often public interest murders, with the suspect shot dead by another gang banger
I just wish Chicago would fill in and block off that old canal to keep those chinese carp out of the Great Lakes. That’s my biggest concern. What other cultures choose to do with their firearms is their problem and it would be racist on my part to criticize what they do with their downtime on the weekends.
