Good in Theory, Bad in Practice

If it doesn’t work that probably means it’s not a good theory.

From nzherald

James Cameron’s plans to convert his Wairarapa properties into organic veggie farms appear to have fallen short – with hundreds of cows now understood to be grazing in his paddocks.

The Avatar film director owns more than 1500ha of land in South Wairarapa, and has been outspoken about the need for New Zealand to move away from agriculture to curb carbon emissions.

Locals say he’s not walking the talk – with plans for crop farming giving way to more lucrative dairy grazing.

Their website proudly states that ‘Cameron Family Farms are dedicatedly leading the next generations of eco-warriors and farmers towards large scale animal-free organic eco-agriculture’.

At least he used his own money to fund his own ideas. This time anyways.

  1. Love your Heading!
It so matches many areas that our government pays for as good concept but bad actuality in real life.

  2. Mouthy multi-millionaires should be warned: STFU or FOAD.
Every single one of these pricks pollutes like ten motherfuckers.

    1. Ohhhhhhhh Mommaaaaaaaaaaa … how will we ever survive the CAGW-driven “Extreme Weather”? /sarc. Right? Any inconvenient weather is now deemed … “Extreme” … as if Magic global warming causes EVERYTHING bad, mmmm kay?

  3. Cameron has a long history of global warming hypocrisy. Wants to force the rest of us peons to cut our meager emissions to zero, saying the reduced lifestyle would be a worthwhile sacrifice, while at the same time making zero effort to reduce his personal massive carbon footprint.

And he knows it’s all a scam. A few years ago he put out a challenge for anyone to debate him on the issue at a global warming conference in order to once and for all, settle the argument. As could be expected, his challenge was immediately accepted. But then a strange thing happened. He kept contacting his opponent and changing the rules, making it more and more difficult for him. Like he was trying to get him to back out.

Finally at almost the last moment, Cameron backed out. For someone so convinced of the climate crisis that he issued the public challenge, that was strange behaviour. The only conclusion is that his fellow global warmunists told him something like, “Are you nuts??? The deniers are right and you will lose big, in public and embarrass us all!”

  4. I fully expect that Cameron and family will fly back and forth to New Zealand (when it reopens after the Wuhan Flu) from California on a private jet.

  5. Attack agriculture to curb climate change.

Do these “people” not equate that agriculture = food to eat?

  6. I’m certain the cattle are ONLY there to produce an organic source of nitrogen rich fertilizer … Right?

The wokeratti would NEVER partake in the tasty milkfat products, would they? Because they live their “enlightened” lives like the albino characters in The Davinci Code with a spiked cilice cinched tightly up their sphincters. Right?

They would NEVER enjoy a nice block of cheese or a plate of Alfredo with lots of butter and heavy cream … Right?

  7. “. . . animal-free organic eco-agriculture’.”

    The oxymoron of ecological suicide.
