  1. RCMP, government officials, and politicians are above the law.

But the fencing company conducted an illegal act, could they not be destroyed in Court?

      1. Oh that’s true isn’t it.

Well since they’re the only ones who could be held responsible in any way, it would be nice to see them destroyed just like other businesses and churches.

We’re all in this together! (Except politicians, government officials and the RCMP)

  2. Just voted. Currently, 60/40 against. It should be 99/01 against. What is wrong with these idiots? I wonder how warm and fuzzy they’ll feel when such stupidity affects them directly.

  3. Worry not, both O’Toole and Kenney will be here shortly to rescue us with their bona fide conservative credentials.

Doubt me? Just look at that glorious beacon of conservatism, Doug Ford, who is single-handedly saving all Ontarians lives while also locking them in their homes, freedom only to those who can explain their outing to authorities. Well f*cking done, Doug.

We Conservatives are in great hands.

  4. I just voted, poll still at 60/40. Maybe they built some kind of fence around the internet.

  5. I believe AHS is in “revenge” mode because citizens are not listening to their “rules”! We have had enough of this bullshit lockdowns, masks etc.
I was in Costco yesterday and the place was packed! So much for social distancing! But…..a friend that owns a small restaurant and gas bar in the middle of nowhere is back to not being able to have customers in her restaurant.
The whole world has gone nuts!

  6. It’s 2:30 pm Calgary time and CTV has already shut down the poll. They mustn’t have liked the results.

    1. I just voted @ 3:57 pm Calgary. That’s 3 times today! Plus the tally is a lot less when I last voted, 6000+ vs 670 odd right now.c This won’t be on the news when 76% vote NO!

HEH! Just voted again @4:03 pm. C’mon man, I voted NO, again.

  7. I find it ironic that the state was always so timid about going into mosques or Sikh temples where any suspicion of terrorist support might have been present, yet they close down a church just to change by some infinitesimal amount the outcome of this pandemic.

The factor that is not discussed much anywhere (in particular the mainstream media) is that we have freedom of religion for one essential reason — people believe in the power of God and their religious gatherings are the main focus for the study and the delivery of that power. The AHS no doubt would be skeptical but these believers presumably believe that God can and will protect them from harm. Also they have a different perspective on life and death, death is not the end of life to an evangelical Christian believer.

There are worse things than death — Solzhenitsyn wrote a famous book on that subject. If we are so afraid to die that we are willing to become the slaves of powerful forces in this world (forces who exempt themselves from most of the rules they place on us, it should be said), then we are not worthy of our lives at all.

Part of me suspects that there is a spiritual aspect to all this. For the second year in a row, there has been a strong move towards lockdowns at the Easter season. What is it that godless atheist globalism fears about Easter? That its message is true, that Christ died to redeem sinners and provide salvation. Those concepts are the exact opposite of globalism, which is the belief that everything is here and now, and we must obey others more powerful who have a wisdom we cannot share because they were “saved” by becoming “woke.”

It is really Satan’s variant of Christian belief, and we see its evil fruits all around us, not least of them, the ending of our personal freedoms and the open door to slavery. Don’t walk through that.

    1. Thanks Peter O’D. – very well stated!
I wonder where the Faith has disappeared too!
      I know where mine is.

  8. I may be a godless atheist, but I’m not for globalism or the new world order. I am aware of where my upbringing came from (Anglo Saxon Christian values) So even though I cannot believe in a god, I believe I have the right to not believe, as others of faith have the right to believe, and practice as they desire, without interference from me or a government, or a policing force, or an alternate political religion. I don’t go around demanding crosses and symbols of religion be removed from my presence because they offend me, they don’t, except the one religion that insists they have the only true religion of peace and demand all others, religions, agnostics, and atheists accept, agree, and be subservient to their particular idea of god whether I like it or not!
I can only accept that a live and let live existence, is what is truly needed.

  9. I heard a rumour that Jason Kenney was a Conservative.

This event clearly signifies he is not.

What a bunch of totalitarian revengeful thugs to do this!!!!

    1. Robert, I heard Ford was a conservative, butt he’s just an incompetent totalitarian thug.

I voted NO, and the count was 74% no!

  10. I can’t vote…when I clicked it was a new poll, and the poll about Grace Life was for *Wednesday, April 7.*

  11. .
None of this has to do with shutting down churches ….. It is simply that a church setting is just about the worst place to be if society is trying to stop the virus from spreading.

Folks sit side by side in the pews ….. the row in front is two feet away …. the row behind is two feet away … everybody singing , praying , breathing , or coughing or sneezing in close proximity to each other. These are perfect conditions to spread germs or virus’ …. it is just that simple.

Furthermore churches are typically only occupied for two hours a week so there is not a lot of ventilation equipment used in the building .

My church has split into several services on sunday so only a few well spaced seats are used each time …. but I choose to stay home because I am considered in a high risk group.

    1. heaven awaits you. There is too much fear going around. Go to church and feel happy.

  12. Still voting @ 0101 AM April 9, 2021. That’s at least 6 times in the last 24 hours. Count is 3187.
    I didn’t see anything on the 11 o’clock news.
