Margin Of Fraud

The war reported over, the battle for Maricopa County rages on: Maricopa County Supervisors Could Soon Face Arrest as Arizona Senate Fast-Tracks Contempt Vote

Arizona’s state Senate is turning up the heat on Maricopa County officials who refused to comply with a subpoena demanding they hand over election equipment.

In December, the Arizona state Senate’s Judiciary Committee voted to issue subpoenas and seize images of mail-in ballots, detailed voter information and machines made by Dominion Voting Systems that were used in Maricopa County.

At the time, senators said it would be a way to lay to rest any concerns about the integrity of the election amid unproven claims that the machines could be targets for ballot manipulation, but the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors refused.

The issue lay largely dormant through January, as the high tide of allegations about the machines receded in the aftermath of the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion. The state and county went back and forth over terms of an audit, and the county said it would audit its system, but not the November election results.

On Friday, state Senate President Karen Fann said the Senate would hire its own firm to audit the results of the November election, saying that the audit Maricopa County agreed to do was insufficient, according to the Arizona Republic.

  1. And if they find that one Maricopa County official spit on the sidewalk, send them to prison for 20 years.

  2. But… but… leftards have been telling us for weeks now that every single court case ever filed over 2020 election fraud has been lost or dismissed purely because of lack of evidence!!!

    LOL…. in their fantasies.

I have seen the following sentiment expressed all over and it rings true with me, also…. If the Democrats are truly innocent of widespread voter fraud, why then are they acting so guilty? They look and act as guilty as a dog sitting next to an overturned flower pot, to me.

If widespread election fraud claims are a hoax, you would think they would be enthusiastic to prove it. But no, sunlight is the last thing Dems ever want shone on anything they were a part of.

    1. CO, and you can not “try a case without the evidence, that is what discovery is all about, so the dems sabotaged all those cases (62 in all) by with holding the evidence needed to try them.

YOU GIT THAT UNDORK YOU IDIOT

    2. In a related Story … The Hunter Biden “job” on the Ukraine Energy Co. Board has been *ahem* *cough* *cough* … “thoroughly investigated”.

And if you don’t believe that … “conspiracy theory!” … “conspiracy theory!”

    3. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/02/exclusive-breakdown-80-cases-related-2020-presidential-election/
When looking at the number of cases related to the 2020 Presidential election that were decided on merits, there were only 21 cases decided so far. Of these cases, President Trump won 14. The President won 14 of 21 cases decided on merits which is two-thirds of the cases.

  3. This is worth following.

The Arizona Senate seems determined to conduct a thorough, credible and transparent audit. They know they can’t screw around because the world is watching (with the notable exception of the main stream media who are touting this as the most pristine election in human history!). If Arizona finds major issues, other states won’t be able to ignore the result. Major fraud claims exist for Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, etc.

So far the Arizona senators are hanging tough and the Republicans are staying united. They are facing enormous pressure to just bury the whole thing. The optics of putting the Maricopa County officials in the slammer would be tricky but they are playing it smart by allowing them to exhaust all other options.

    1. PJ, the problem for the dmoKKKraps is that there is still a legal option for the Trump team to reverse the election results, and that is why the resistance is so great. I think the dims would/will go to the slamer, just for that reason.

  4. I sure would like to see someone punished and there are a lot of someone’s who need to be punished.

    1. Your shrieking objections which sound like a bratty little girl who wants another chocolate donut … says it all. We’re finally getting over the target.

    2. The County officials agreed with the Senate to hold a comprehensive audit but reneged on their promises by ignoring subpoenas and setting up a sham audit of their own with a very narrow scope and using conflicted auditors.

They claim that the sanctity of a confidential vote would be compromised by having a meaningful audit and that such an examination would be unconstitutional. This is silly. What reason is there for a law to hold the evidence for 22 months after the election except to have it examined if necessary?

It clearly is necessary now because a large proportion of voters don’t trust the system – Democrats included.

What problems do you have with clearing the air? If there is nothing wrong, it’ll shut up the Republicans. You should be cheering this on!

      1. The air has been clear the entire time. It is time to stop indulging a group of sore and deluded losers.

It’s also abundantly clear that any audit that doesn’t find the evidence you want to find will be deemed a ‘sham’. You people don’t even know what you’re auditing for.

        1. “The air has been clear the entire time. It is time to stop indulging a group of sore and deluded losers. ”

A ‘group’, you say? What…a few hundred? A few thousand, maybe? Not even close, sorry: it’s MILLIONS.

Whether that ‘group’ of 34% of registered US voters who believe there was significant election fraud is 52 million or 70 million people (depending on the actual number of registered voters, which no one seems to be able to figure out for sure), that’s A WHOLE LOT of people you are trying so hard to ignore. Good luck with that.

        2. UnMe

          Who’s ‘we’?

You fancy yourself a Libertarian but you gut those principles at every turn.

    3. unDork, there you go again, making UNSUPORTED BULLSHIT posts. A full audit would settle the question of integrity, nothing less, nothing more. And all 62 election cases were dismissed over “standing”, not thrown out after being heard, why do you lefties insist on lying, or are you clinically stupid?

      1. ” all 62 election cases were dismissed over “standing”,”

That’s a lie. Many were also found to be devoid of any actual evidence. That’s why Giuliani would talk up a big game about fraud charges and never bring those charges to court.

        1. See the links at my post above. Of the 21 cases that have come to a resolution so far, Trump has won 14 of them. The majority of cases were dismissed with no review of any evidence. That doesn’t mean that there is no evidence, it means that the court refused to see the case. Kinda like when you are presented with overwhelming evidence of the stupidity of one of your points and you put your fingers in your ears and repeat NYAH-NYAH-NYAH-NYAH.

          Here’s the case list:
          http://wiseenergy.org/Energy/Election/2020_Election_Cases.htm

          1. So you’re agreeing that when cases are actually heard by the courts, Trump is found to be in-the-right 2/3 of the time? Thanks for finally admitting that.

But, being a swamp creature yourself, you’re comfortable that once your side has stolen something, it should remain stolen? Doesn’t that make you like the Taliban and “the tragedy of Andalusia”?

    4. To be clear, what’s happening here is that the Mariposa County Supervisors want to prevent the Arizona Senate proving that the Mariposa County Supervisors ran their share of the election fairly and honestly and that there was no cheating.

    5. This blog is allergic to sanity. They only thing that keeps them going is their wish fulfillment interpretations of “news”.

        1. It is embarrassing that this exists in Canada, and beyond shameful that they’d like to see a successful Canadian company (Dominion) destroyed just so they can lick Trump’s boots. Even though he’d prefer to kick them in the face.

          1. Enron was a wildly successful Energy Co. It seems as though Financial “success” isn’t really a measure of much of anything.

    6. Sounds like you’re afraid. It’s not like election fraudsters are gonna lay out evidence like a Saturday morning garage sale. It’s good to dig. When others are hiding something it’s the only way to discover what and why. Then let the legal process handle it. Out in the open. Fairly. With appropriate consequences. The “Anglo-American” way which covers everyone. Not just the “right”.

      1. Those ‘consequences’ include multi-million dollar defamation suits that get Lou Dobbs off the air. Yeah, maybe this isn’t all so bad.

        1. Defamation suits by those who ignore, bury, twist and burn truth? How did that work for Mann v. Ball? It may take a decade but the lefty liars will lose.

  5. The U.S. electoral system is a mess and very vulnerable to manipulation. Historians seem to agree that Kennedy beat Nixon thanks to voter fraud in Illinois.

Over a thousand vote fraud cases have been successfully prosecuted in the last few years. An untold number got away with it. It’s well known that many counties have way more voters than people, for example.

Both parties are guilty of bitching after a loss but ignoring the problem. A substantial portion of Democrats (including Hillary) are still saying that Trump “stole” the 2016 election with help from the Russians.

If the Arizona audit takes place and is conducted credibly the consequences could be far-reaching and highly instrumental in cleaning up the mess.

  6. Rasmussen is the most credible of the polling organizations. They got very close on the last two elections. Here’s what they report.

As political pollster Rasmussen tweeted Wednesday, a lot of voters agree with Trump that the election process in America is deeply flawed: “Almost half of ALL VOTERS are concerned about US election integrity: – President Trump left office w/ a job approval of 51%. – 47% of ALL VOTERS believe there was election fraud in Nov 2020. – 45% of ALL VOTERS want a debate on election integrity.”

  7. I like many of you believed that saner heads would prevail in sorting this mess out. Much as I have believed that the Democrats/Liberals were truly Nazis in clown suits, camouflaged to deceive us into being subjected, I naively thought that the truth eventually would come out. It now appears that I, we, are sadly mistaken. I thought that, although Canada was a lost cause, Americans would maintain their love of freedom, liberty and their pursuit of happiness. I believed that saner heads in the federal government, the federal administrative alphabet agencies, and the leaders of capitol and industry would find a solution to exposing and correcting the corruption, erosion, and degradation of the American ideal. It is now three months since the election and the evidence keeps mounting that the election was rigged, stolen, skewed, whatever adjective you want to use to describe it, but there is so much corruption within the body politic that there is no hope of ever excising the rot that has brought us to this point. The people now ensconced in the corridors of power now think that the electorate will accept everything that is demanded of them, unreservedly and unquestioningly. It remains to be seen how this will eventually unfold. A massive general strike until the election has been proven to be fair, another civil war, or total servitude are the only three outcomes that would at this point seem viable.

  8. I’m beginning to think there aren’t enough patriots that care enough to oppose this fraud. If there were, there would already be civil war on the horizon, which I predicted well over a year ago, but…..it seems the citizenry are just to complacent to be bothered to stand up and be counted, hell, they don’t seem to even want to sit up and take notice!

  9. The press and the UnMe’s of this world have been telling us that there is absolutely no evidence of widespread election fraud. Even suggesting such a thing got you banned on Youtube and Facebook.

How will they explain that the Supreme Court will take on cases without evidence or alternatively report on the story without describing the allegations of major irregularities affecting many millions of votes in multiple states?

    A challenging assignment!

  10. The longer they can hold off the audit, the more embarrassing it’s going to be that there was no fraud – aside from a couple of republican Qultists who wanted to “test the system”. And of course Lin Wood.

    1. Yes, because a staunch refusal to let others check your work is the best sign of honesty.

Most of us that are regulars here think that sunlight is the best disinfectant. Two of the systems I work with are subject to annual audits. The auditors cannot be associated in any way with the system to be audited.

The County board tried to break this rule about distancing and independence, and that’s why the state is doubling down.

      1. The Arizona GOP senate wants to check the vote with the ‘help’ of pro-Trump groups.

” An email obtained by the Arizona Mirror shows that the Senate wants Allied Security Operations Group, a firm allied with former President Donald Trump’s campaign that has repeatedly spread misinformation and false election fraud claims, to count hundreds of thousands of ballots and examine tabulation machines.”

        https://www.azmirror.com/2021/02/03/senate-gop-all-back-arresting-maricopa-county-supervisors-for-contempt/

        Nope.

        1. From your linked story, Despite a lack of any evidence that the outcome of any races were affected by fraud or misconduct, they want to conduct a forensic audit of those materials From the link I referenced earlier, 3 cases in AZ about this topic. All “Dismissed – Lacked Standing”.

The partisan hacks at that paper are closing their eyes doing the NYAH-NYAH-NYAH routine to not see if there were fraudulent activities. The leaked email that led to the smear of “deliberate misinformation” is the type of lie that makes it around the world before the truth has its boots on. The writing of that story is part of why trust in the media is at an all time low, with only about 20% of the US population thinking that they can trust their news sources to tell them the full story.

          Why are you anti-transparency, child?

        2. I’ve seen the Arizona senators in action. They don’t look to be idiots who are planning to fail.

Are you absolutely sure that the Arizona Mirror is an impeccable source.

  11. These machines have been violated with too many screwdrivers to be useful. Too late for future consideration.

  12. OMG – UnMe has a buddy in Antiq! Both have an IQ the same number as their shoe size!!

  13. And all this tap-dancing by the”holders” of the machines is PURELY to allow time for their tame nerds to “sanitize” the Dominion goodies.

Thus, when they are “released” they will be “squeaky clean” and thus be an “embarrassment” to those calling for their audit. The catch will be if they are TOO “clean”.

Are ALL the lawyers in on this caper as well?

  14. Let me guess, when the hardware comes to the possession of the auditors,it will be extremely hammer damaged,in a freak accident and the hard drives “wiped by accident..”
Just like Hillary’s equipment and in imitation of the Mueller Boy Choir handling of their government issue cel phones.
The required paper record will be shredded.
And the Democrats will boldly state that this means the election was properly conducted and records kept according to election law.
Followed by their assertions that “there is no evidence of election fraud”,because a small group of concerned patriots had to “Fortify the election results”.
For the good of the nation.

  15. Are we going to ignore that 4/5 supervisors are Republican and they would have to break the law to comply?
