Margin Of Fraud

The Hill;

Eleven Senate Republicans on Saturday announced that they will vote for objections to the Electoral College results Wednesday, when Congress convenes in a joint session to formally count the vote.

GOP Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Ron Johnson (Wis.), James Lankford (Okla.), Steve Daines (Mont.), John Kennedy (La.), Marsha Blackburn (Tenn.) and Mike Braun (Ind.) and Sens.-elect Cynthia Lummis (Wyo.), Roger Marshall (Kan.), Bill Hagerty (Tenn.) and Tommy Tuberville (Ala.) said in a joint statement that they will vote against accepting the election results until there is a 10-day audit.

“Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states,” they said. “Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed.[…]

The objection on Jan. 6 will not change President-elect Joe Biden’s win, but it is putting GOP incumbents up for reelection in 2022 in a political bind because they will have to pick between supporting claims of fraud, which many of them have spoken out against, or voting against the president and potentially fueling a primary challenge.

If an objection has the support of a member of the House and a member of the Senate, the two chambers separate and debate it for up to two hours. Both the House and Senate would then vote on whether to uphold the objection, which would require a majority in both chambers to be successful.

Update: every Republican president since George H. W. Bush has seen Democrats vote against accepting the legitimacy of his election.

But that’s different.

  1. “The objection on Jan. 6 will not change President-elect Joe Biden’s….” Well, yes. This very well could change Biden’s “win.” Trump is NOT down and out.

Millions are praying Trump isn’t going anywhere but back to the White House. God have mercy on us.

    1. Biden – the most popular US President in history.

Do you see how absurd this “result” is? Fraud beyond credulity.

      1. I’m still waiting for UnMe’s video evidence of black voters that didn’t vote for Obama but did vote for Biden. (That’s people who were eligible to vote for Obama, but chose not to. Your side is saying that it was never-before-voting people who increased voter turnout in their counties to double normal levels, and that they turned the tide for Biden.)

        1. “I’m still waiting for UnMe’s video evidence of black voters that didn’t vote for Obama but did vote for Biden.”

I don’t need that video evidence. The election numbers are what they are. It is up to you and your fellow palookas to demonstrate fraud. You have failed utterly to do so.

    2. That bothered me also. The election was stolen. Trump is the winner. How can that not be changed? If it cannot be changed then all of this is pointless.

      1. How can that not be changed?

The same way Prinz Dummkopf won his second federal election. After all, he was caught with his hand in the till several times, he was openly politically incorrect, and he let some of his favourite companies get away with all manner of corruption, but, yet, he was returned to office.

  2. I just want to sucker-punch every asshole who calls Biden “president-elect”. He’s not the fu*king president-elect until the Electoral College says so. Before that vomit-inducing moment, he’s the Cheater in Chief. F*ck every damned journalist to hell. None of them are worth the oxygen they waste.

  3. Remember three days ago when SDA posted about this Jovan Pulitzer guy claiming that he had hacked into the GA voting system live during his senate subcommittee testimony, and everyone here believed every word without question?

Well, surprise surprise, it turns out he did no such thing. The poll pads that he claimed to have accessed are used solely to check voters in at polling stations on voting day. Poll pads are the only election infrastructure device that are ever connected to the internet, by design in order to securely download updated voter lists before the polls open for the day. ALL OTHER ELECTION INFRASTRUCTURE IS AIR-GAPPED, so there’s no electronic route for Pulitzer to go from that poll pad to anything else, including the actual voting machines.

I fully expect SDA to never follow up on this, or any other since-discredited claim of election fraud.

    1. To every cry of cheat, a repost. It’s almost as if it were organized.

It was going to be a normal case of fraud by tweeking the ballot count, the dead voting here and there, in a few key counties. But, come midnight, there was panic because of Trump’s massive lead and the printers had to be called in and the ballots recycled multiple times.

And it’s the fact that people overwhelmingly voted Trump in those key states, that had propspered under Trump, that bitterness will result. Not the Dementocrat childish gnashing and bawling that Trump won, but a mature knowledge that a crime was committed.

Expect Biden to us the phrase “One China” in an upcoming speech and later Tawain is invaded.

    2. So three days to come up with an explanation and this is all Dominion could come up with, after they were caught in a lie? Oh, yeah yeah, Pulitzer hacks into the live voting system, and shows that it is communicating with a company in China, causing both the Republicans and the Democrats present to unanimously vote for a further review, following which trucks are seen loading up the ballots that are to be reviewed for shredding, and your response is what?….nothing to see here?

And I suppose you think there is some rational explanation for Republican poll watchers being kicked out in Fulton County, after which suitcases full of ballots were pulled out from under a table and scanned when they though nobody was watching. Yeah….nothing to see here…..

There is no man so blind as he who refuses to see. Please excuse those of us that are swayed by actual evidence rather than the lame defences offered up by those who are about to be in the accused’s box.

    3. The star witnesses are the ballots and the stats.

Biden – the most popular President in US history 🙂

      1. Yup, because Democrats are still racists who can’t stand to have a half-black man have the most votes of any candidate in their party’s history. (/sarc)

    4. Well Even…., that surely settles it then. Forget about the mountains of evidence given in hearings testimony, witness accounts, mathematics and legal affidavits eh? I think there is something else AIR GAPPED, between your ears.

    5. Yeah so what about the thermostat talking to China eh? Or how about the way the Dominion data was shipped back and forth to Frankfurt, China and Iran. That has not been “disproven”. In fact US allies intelligence agencies like from Italy contacted the US about the data flying back and forth asking what was going on. So keep trying.

      1. Come on man! that fish tank device was air gapped and water gapped. It had a moat, man.

      2. It hasn’t been disproven for the same reason that Biden = alien lizard hasn’t been disproven. It’s so insane it’s beneath addressing.

    6. WiFi & Blue tooth are air bridges. Just sayin. Air gapped is not meaningful or convincing, even when capitalized. Devil is in the details and most people are not technical enough. Try again.

    7. No link, not surprisingly. Searching for “Jovan Pulitzer” air-gap found nothing like what you’re saying. Here’s someone other than Jovan Pulitzer talking under oath about what was supposed to be air-gapped and wasn’t. From the Georgia hearings on the election (watch the embedded video, timed to start at the appropriate witness, air-gap mention 2 minutes farther in – their poll pads needed updating on election day to reset the location, and it was done remotely without any hard-wired connections. All of those systems were supposed to be air-gapped.):

If you have someone under-oath saying the opposite, please cite where we can verify it.

  4. Doesn’t have to be war. It could be a peaceful and legal secession, like the kind of secession Quebec wants from the rest of Canada quite frequently but sporadically, in spats and phases and fits. A peaceful secession is my hope. The two sides are irreconcilable at this point. Compare Texas to California, Wyoming to Conneticut. Think: New York City, Los Angelos, Philadelphia, Boston – the voters in these cities demanding their government checks and weird woke curriculums – they get to control who is President of the ranger in Montana, the ranch owner in Colorado, and who makes the laws for people the wokerati despise, and who teaches what to the future generations? They get to control where all the money goes? No. Not anymore. It’s time.

    1. And Quebec does not want succession. That whole separatist thing is just black mail like a spoiled wife threatening to leave her the hardworking husband who supports her if he doesn’t give her all the pretty baubles she wants.

    2. Oh, Ann.

Do you really think global finance—much less their Chinese clients and trophy wives—are going to let the ranger in Montana and ranch owner in Colorado walk away from the debts racked up by the likes of Joe Biden using their future taxes as collateral?

Why do you think the financiers agree to finance standing armies at all—much less nuclear arsenals?

No. Americans are not getting their republic back until they are prepared to use lethal force to do it, and fight till victory or death. As they did in 1776. If you think there is any other way, you are too good for this world.

(The French Canadians weren’t serious about independence. Neither were all those ethnic minorities in Russia who helped the Germans tear Russia apart, and then promptly joined the Fourth Reich. Their shitty little countries only ever made sense as parking lots for German tanks a few hours drive from St. Petersburg and Moscow.)

      1. I pray you’re wrong.
Honestly, think about this … if the Constitutionally-minded States act upon this breach of contract – the contract that says that the United States of America is governed and united under the Constitution, but the States that cheated to make Biden their President violated that Constitution’s voting regulations – and these Constitutionally-minded States vote to walk away from the violated contract and form their own country … would the United States military seriously take up arms against these Constituional States that secede? Most of the military personal is FROM these Constitutional States. Someone said in an earlier thread that the U.S. military takes vows to DEFEND the Constitution. I think a legal, peaceful secession is possible.
But, like I said in an earlier comment on another thread, the new country will have to seriously guard its borders. This new country will be free and prosperous. Those stuck in the old union will be trying desperately, within a few years, to escape the corrupt government and economically destitute, tyranical, grey existence that leftist-dominated regimes impose on their populations.

  5. So, after all the drama, will it all come down to the true colour of the VP’s hat?
    Then what?

    1. No because the VP doesn’t have that power and it would be a bad thing if he did. Imagine if every time another election comes along the VP can declare the election invalid? Next time you get a Democrat in, the Democrats will never again let any other party put anyone in power. Nope, this is going to be civil war unless Biden conceded. The Republic itself is at stake in this and the 74 million who voted for Trump, not the ghosts and dead people, the majority of actual real human beings are not going to stand for Biden as president. If Biden ends up president the USA is dead. The Republic is finished forever and will never recover. And Trump won by the biggest landslide in history so Biden is not winning this. It will be war.

      1. Another civil war to stop slavery. This time it will be to free the individual from the communist mob.

  6. It’s going to be war. It will be a short war, but it will be war. My bigger concern is Biden whining to the UN about being caught and then the UN trying to intervene. Trudeau would love to invite China in to help Biden in his claim of democracy denied. That is how Canada will end up occupied by China.

    1. You might want to look around Canada, China already owns us lock stock and barrel and we don’t have enough lock stock and barrel to do a damn thing about it.

      1. That’s exactly why I worry about outright occupation and Canada becoming one more Tibet.

        1. I am always concerned about just who will have to be killed to regain our freedom, voting is not doing it. I know we do not have the ability to take on the PRC Army, hell they could march a million men in here with nothing but handguns and take over.

  7. After hearing twelve hours of testimony a Georgia Senate committee unanimously in a bi-partisan fashion agreed that significant fraud had taken place. They are demanding a forensic audit of all mail-in ballots in Fulton County.
Georgia’s Secretary of State and Governor have been stonewalling the request.

If credible auditors can have access to the ballots to conduct an intelligently designed review we will learn a lot.

If Georgia results are revised, other states will quickly follow.

  8. Watch segment 2 of War Room Pandemic 625 from Jan 02 where John Eastman addresses the strategy going forward for the electoral college.
    https://youtu.be/F43lbnpf7ww?t=2110
Start with the State Legislatures calling themselves into session
Congress can’t count the electors from the States where they were illegally certified. The States ignored their own election law and the slates of electors are invalid.
The US Constitution grants VP Pence as the final adjudicator within the joint session for the electoral college.

Boris Epshteyn from the Trump legal team was on earlier at 8:30 and a good overview and covers some of the powers granted to VP Pence under Article 12 of the Constitution.

  9. Bannon and Epstyn et al. had my attention a month back. It soon became obvious that the talk re. overturning the fraud through the legislatures and courts amounted to nothing more than wishful thinking if not outright misrepresentations. Today the GOP is divided as ever with only 12 GOP of 50 senators opposing the fraud with McConnell telling them to stand down.

The Bible thumpers will keep praying. Things may well be unfolding as per the end of times prophecy. So why should we fret? On the other hand Deporables may be inclined to take more decisive action but I don’t believe anything will come of it. There will be no secession.

At the end of the day, we find ourselves living in this new reality: “”The goal of hard work and paying one’s way in life has been reduced to a game for suckers. Stealth taxation through currency debasement has turned workers into chumps. Small business owners who believe in doing things themselves have been made out for fools.””

You worked. You saved. You have been cheated. Things will only get worse. Don’t be grist for the mill. Change your lifestyle. Reduce your tax exposure. Relocate. Live with locals who share your values. Shut the rest of it out.

  10. The Republican strategy is brilliant.

With half the nation believing that the election was stolen, Cruz et al are asking for a ten day audit by a bi-partisan team. That’s the total extent of the ask.

The Democrats will have to defend themselves for voting against an eminently reasonable request to clear the air on a hugely important issue.

    Brilliant.

    1. It will be even more brilliant will be when Ted et al requests reasonable extensions when the audit actually starts exposing the fraud. This could take the U.S. into a spring election redo.
