The Two Reasons Things Fall Apart

My New Years gift to us all, to be viewed before the word “resolution” passes anyone’s lips. Ten minutes with Dr.Jordan Peterson on the life lesson that is part of automobile ownership (and more). Great stuff.

I’ve set the video to begin at the relevant portion of the lecture, which continues until about the 25 minute mark.

  1. Interesting.
I see the entropy of social housing in my neighborhood compared to the attention that homeowners pay to keep chaos at bay.

  2. How timely, since my entire house is currently consumed by a massive remodel. Our life is in total chaos (with a goal of smooth sailing in the distance). A LOT of entropy took place since my last large remodel in the mid eighties. So now, there is ONLY about 20% of the drywall left clinging to the walls. The inside of our home is completely exposed to the outside (just one last section to button-up). But I have no more than a sheet of 6mil. Plastic between me and the 27deg. F nighttime temps. at the moment.

And the funny thing? My wife is thrilled. She’s not bothered at all by the dust, freezing temps., or inconvenience. Because SHE is the one who is always pushing me to slay the monster. She is the one willing to endure temporary hardship for lasting peace. I need to keep listening to how Jordan cites “the patriarchy” as necessary to tackle chaos … because in my home … the matriarchy keeps pushing me to don my suit of armor and go vanquish the dragon (or at least the slowly-draining sink).

My wife is 100% correct … it takes action, endurance, skill, and flat out hard work to turn chaos into tranquility. We’re about halfway there … but it keeps looking better every day. The goal is taking shape and is in sight.

We will look at 2020 as … an opportunity… not as a soul crushing year of chaos. We will look back on this year as being the MOST active and proactive we’ve (I’ve) been in years. The year we slayed the dragon of entropy and climbed higher than ever before.

Yes shit is going to break.
Faster if you don’t maintain it.
It is the nature of the universe.

We have a rich and luxurious life style right now,it will pass without into darkness if not kept up.
Our Parasitic Overloads financially punish and verbally mock those who do this work and carry these expenses.
We enjoy cheap energy from hydrocarbons, which has diminished slavery and the slave trade in our realm .
The sellers of slaves want that stopped.

The ticks are thriving, their number multiply every year, they cover host’s hide as a lumpy blanket.
The blood loss is so bad the host beast is staggering and unaware of its circumstances.
    “Post national Country” indeed.
When are we ditching these fools and bandits who infest our east?
Better be soon ,so we have somewhere to banish our local parasites to.
