My first thought was Iran, especially with Trump’s recent tweeted warning to them. This may be a way of Iran saying to Trump that “we have this capability, right in your heartland, so don’t try any funny business before you leave office, or else they’ll be no advanced warning next time.”
Russia would never do this. Perhaps China but I highly doubt it.
I doubt Iran doing this, but if they did the message would be one of “we are already inside you and you didn’t even know it”, which is pretty powerful.
Heard claims that AT&T have been contracted to carry out forensic examination of Dominion machines, so a message sent regarding that would be a possibility. Seems awfully well put together as a quasi-military operation. Any military-level contractors with Democrat/Biden family connections?

One thing is for sure: AT&T (the apparent target) owns CNN, so this will be on the top of the news cycle for quite a while.
Maybe the noise (news) cycle was getting too noisy about the recent election and what Trump may or may not do, and so decided to change the channel somehow.

There are obvious signs of manipulation in that video. The original clearly shows the source of the explosion is the same side of the street as the RV.
