  1. If you are, you’ll be doing better than our masters. For them, family is a loveless business relationship. And they have no friends.

No wonder they thought nothing of cancelling Christmas. It means nothing to them but an excuse to avoid work.

Today’s not a day to remain angry with them. Pity them, instead.

  2. My wife spent a harried 20 minutes trying to figure out how to hook up video-wise our Montreal son and girlfriend with us and her Cambridge, Ontario brother and his girlfriend. Once she figured her iPad was incompatible with everyone else, a fifteen year old, rarely used laptop was dusted off for attempts with Skype (no go) and then FaceTime (successful). An enjoyable hourlong chat with everyone and no fistfights or cleaning up afterwards.
Say, this social distancing nonsense might have its good points.
    Merry Christmas to all.

  3. Merry Christmas to all & as my Wife kindly says with a smile “We can say Merry Christmas in Our Own Homes again” Christmas Cheers to all: please remember __ Wearing Red on a Friday is also remembering and paying Respect to Those who became casualties and sacrificed everything to Protect Freedom of Speech and maintain the _ The Exceptionalism of Real Sovereign Ordinary Average People: remember the sacrifice is for Humankind to paraphrase George Washington; POTUS # 1__

  4. I found it rather depressing looking at empty places. It serves as a reminder that we are now chattel and have flushed our freedom in the name of government and a flu virus.
