  1. I have a feeling that NATO allies (or at least one of them, the U.S.) told Justin to kill the whole thing …or else.

      1. ixnay on the inemay urchasepay – we’ll do it aterlay, when the eathay dies down. 😉 😉 😉

  2. Trudeau’s treason was showing just a little too much. China does not allow Canadians to fully own Chinese companies. Canada should not allow Chinese to own or control Canadian companies nor should we allow colonization by the Chinese. Chinese owned companies should be limited to say 2% Chinese national or targeted immigration Chinese workers. Since slave labour/organ donor camps are a way of life in China, Companies with over 25% Chinese ownership should be required to have a union chosen by the Canadian Labour Congress.

    1. China, its agents and anybody connected to the communists of the Chinese government should not be able whatsoever own in part of whole any company on Canadian soil.
That of course should apply to any foreign government good or bad.
If Canadian enterprise can’t do it, too bloody bad.

That being said, nothing is lost, watch closely how they get around it with the help of the swamp of civil servants and the so called “Liberal” governmnent of Canada.

  3. “The Trudeau govt has just nixed a Chinese govt firm’s plans to buy TMAC Resources (…) Bravo!!”

Ok Must vote Liberal. Got it.

    1. Ahmed, or the confidence that the Bin Biden Crook will get installed in the WH, jan 20, is not there any more.

  4. Thank God. For once, a rational decision by the feds. This had a real possibility of drastic consequences.

  5. Juthtin: “Oh I think any company with dong in ith name can’t be that bad. Look, even my thockth have dongs on them.”
NORAD General: ” Ok, I’m calling in an airstrike if that Weirdo up in Canada says one more thing.”

    1. Buddy, thank you for the “Justhin” crack. Still laughing, and I hope you do not mind me reusing the gag later on. Made my day.

  6. A simple solution, which will never see the light of day in Ottawa, is to ban any company that is own in part or in whole by any communist party run government.
This allows the government to nix any proposal as long as the communist party retains any power in China.
    But I digress.
Something happened or someone was told to nix the deal.
Who and by whom, is pure speculation, but it would be coming from ministerial direction.
Sort of narrows it down to who got told to about three people. Who was doing the telling is the question that has true relevance as that direction would be from within the government or from outside. It’s a good bet the direction did not come from anyone squatting at the vice regal’s cottage.

  7. Sounds like Trump kicked his ass on this one. We still have the DEW line up north correct?
The turd would never nix China on his own brain cells…i know, I know….what brain cells!

  8. Or.
Why sell them the company when you are giving them the territory?
People forget, those who got here first, came from China.
    As the Chinese tell it.
So when China takes over,it is because they are protecting the rights of their citizens abroad.
Under this concept all “Native Lands” are Chinese territories.

And if you find this laughable, this is how they took Tibet,Nepal andHong Kong.
And the “World” did nought but learn to speak Chinese Better.

  10. It remains a pity that these producing assets discovered and developed by a junior company are against a wall on their financing (sufficient funds on-hand to endure until mid-2021):
“… the company had $71.5 million as of Sept. 30, as well as a positive cash flow, which means it has enough money to fund its 2021 sealift. TMAC is now going to focus on how to pay back an unspecified amount of debt, which is set to mature at the end of June 2021.”

I wouldn’t doubt it was Liberal policies that limited TMAC’s access to sufficient capital to ramp up production to self-sustaining levels. These same policies, plus the exemplary state of Canadian politics today presumably continue to frustrate their efforts to capitalize the project.

So, great news, Trudeau and his army of incompetent buffoons have “made a rational decision” (Calgary68). Yet, the investors remain stuck with a technical mining success that’ll be worth little because of our incredible government.

“Hey, rich US hedge fund, come on up and steal a great asset for a little paper” … Yup, more Canadian assets to give away.
