    1. A life full of government control and what are we doing, kissing government ass and bending over. We get we what we tolerate. Has anyone had enough yet? Not one shred of evidence that lockdowns do anything except destroy lives and businesses. Mountains of proof that masks cannot stop the spread of a virus yet we ignore that fact. Go out everyday with the same winter jacket on and shop at wally mart then come home home and hang it up, thinking that because you wore a mask the virus cannot possibly be anywhere else, morons. Have food dropped off on your door step with no idea how many people handled the food from the farm to the finished product, idiots. Pump sanitizer on your hands and wash them until all the useful bacteria is destroyed and your skin burns, beyond stupid. Wake up all you intellectually sleepy people, the flu is not going to wipe us out only our own insanity will achieve that.

      1. Since this Pandemic started, has anything the government been doing changed this system in anyway to the better?
No, they kept this system and really have not changed anything except add more laws, restrictions and regulations with even more penalties and fines.
And this is suppose to attract investors with the constant threat of lockdowns and more penalties?

Our governments promises of this vaccine bringing us back to normal is full of shit like usual.
This is the new normal as another new virus is just around the corner and we’re more ready this time around.
But boy, its getting expensive this idiotic government spending that we have to pay back even though much of it is forgivable loans which I didn’t get but will have to pay for some government inventive way.

        1. Yes, I have encountered a few spitters in my life. Fortunately not one of them ever made me ill.

      2. “Do Lockdowns Save Many Lives? In Most Places, the Data Say No” (from WSJ). I made essentially this point on the CBC site yesterday, and my comments were disabled. Very absurd, since many people were confused about this and wanted further explanation. One woman thought that since Australia had severe lockdowns and now does not have any cases, this is “proof” that lockdowns work. It was not possible to explain to her the error in her thinking. Sadly, this is ” logic” for far too many Canadians.

      3. OWG
        Yep, Yep n Yep…
What I’d like to know is where are the testing centres on Calgary are that are finding 900+ “cases” daily.?? We had one set up in Shawnessy and it’s been gone for at least a month.

I get the felling these numbers are complete Bullshit, regurgitated out of a 386DX60 in some backroom of the UCP….

Planned Planned Planned…every fucking aspect of this global Coup. I do not buy any of it. Vaccine made in under 9 months
        Seasonal Flu disappeared
        Small Business Destroyed
        Populace completely cowed

Follow the Money and you’ll likely find Every rotten mofo from Soros to the Rothschilds, Schwabs, Obama’s, Trudeau’s, Windsors, the Gates-Fauci Conglomerste along with the top echelon of Hollyweird & the Dementocraps…..gleefully clapping.

Western Hemisphere residents seem to have forgotten that democracy is not a permanent system of govt. Nor what’s taken place over millennia.

Top down Autocracy is and it’s clear that’s what we’ve had for at least the past 70 years…they’re just coming out into the open now…confident in their total control.

Theres 8 billion of us and and a mere million or so of them….when do we take it to them hmm..??

      4. If I can spread the disease by engaging in a normal human metabolic function (i. e., breathing), how is it that my clothing, which I surely must have breathed upon, is considered uncontaminated?

        Sure makes sense, doesn’t it?

    2. I saw a comment on social media that Kenney has been under enormous pressure from bureaucrats and other politicians, and media of course to conform to the lockdown protocol.
He has tried to resist and actually asked for prayer.
Commenter claims it was direct info from a friend of Kenney. I believe it.

      1. bureaucrats and other politicians

Otherwise known as the sniveling service and the NDP.

In his typical fashion, he proved to be spineless.

      2. I have said the Canada is a Bureaucratic Dictatorship. The senior civil servants are the ones running things. The Federal Parliament and Provincial Legislatures are, to them, just a place to rubber stamp their policies into law. The more bloated the government, the worse it gets.
Any time a citizen wins against the government in court, the bureaucrats make the politicians re-do the legislation and make it effective retroactively. “That’s not our intent!”, is their battle cry.
The bureaucrats would love for all laws to be made by regulation. That way they would not have to go through politicians.

  1. I miss captcha, I never see parking meters anymore.

(PS Seriously Thanks! Not playing spot the traffic light might be the best Christmas present I receive this year…stoopid kids).

    1. Sammy Hudes is just one of the reasons I dropped my Calgary Sun subscription. He essentially takes Dipper talking points and presents them as “news”.

Don’t be surprised if the Sun papers disappear in the near future. Possibly, you will have Sun Herald in Calgary and the Journal Sun in Edmonton. Either way, the “former” Sun papers are now just copies of their previous competitors.

  2. Yesterday,  December 8,1980…

It was 40 years since John was taken from us.
I was a few miles away from him in downtown Montreal when he staged the Peace and Love Bed-in at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel,
from May 26 to June 1,1969.
    Shown here:

Watch “WOMAN. (Ultimate Mix, 2020) – John Lennon (official music video HD)” on YouTube
    https://youtu.be/ZhfWiU8wGCc

John Lennon looked more handsome than ever in this video.
Too bad he died so young.

    1. My Social Justice Is Better Than Yours

The lyrics of “Imagine” are blatantly socialist. Lennon stated that the song is a political statement, and “is virtually The Communist Manifesto.” Lennon rejected socialism as practiced in Russian and China, but favored “nice British socialism.”

The idea that socialism can be British instead of brutish is based on unclear thinking. There is no doubt that the lyrics of “Imagine” have evoked strong feelings, but this is why its vision for socialism is unworkable. Lennon stated that the “no-religion too” part of “Imagine” aimed at ending the “my God is bigger than your God thing.” If we eliminated national borders, religion, possessions, all the things that at least appear to divide people, then we can supposedly achieve global harmony.

The problem is that Lennon’s vision is incredibly vague and undetailed; it allows each person to imagine his or her own personal utopia. This is one of the key defects of socialism: there is no one objective notion of a good society or social justice.

The proposed ending of possessions means ending private property rights. Ending private property rights would not end division among all people, it would maximize division. Instead of the “my God is bigger than your God thing” socialism must result in the “my social justice is better than your social justice” thing.

      1. Rizwan – Yes Lennon did reject Chinese and Russian “socialism” as noted in Revolution and he had very muddled thinking. Would he have been anti-Antifa with their minds that hate?

But when you talk about destruction
Don’t you know that you can count me out (in) (John also said “in”)

But if you want money for people with minds that hate
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait

But if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao
You ain’t going to make it with anyone anyhow

      2. Yes, it is amazing that Imagine, a song written in a heroin haze would become so iconic. Sign of the times I presume. One must separate the Beatles from his music, they were a true collaboration. He, on the other hand was self important of the kind that pop culture produces and naive as hell to boot. A musical genius perhaps but an intellect, not so much. If he wasn’t already deceased, Trump probably would have stroked him out!

    2. When I first heard the news, my first thought was “Huh?” I was never much of a Beatles fan, so I didn’t go into mourning like many people did.

The response of the general public, at least that part that I crossed paths with, was different. A record store in the shopping centre near where I lived at the time hastily scrawled a memorial sign and put it on display. One of my fellow grad students scribbled a tribute on the chalkboard in our office area.

It wasn’t the worldwide catastrophe we were supposed to believe it was.

      1. Lennon was not an intellectual by any measure. Check out his interview on Dick Cavett, which is on you tube. Yoko is insufferable, and John is petulant. And, hey, I am a Beatles fan. George was the smart one.

        1. I agree with Harrison being the real genius in the group.

Lennon was, basically, a fatuous git.

  3. Only the federal government could blow money on culling moose. Blacklock reports that Blackie’s government paid over four thousand dollars per moose to be culled. I guess there are no hunters in Canada that would do it for nothing.

  4. And now some things you won’t find on the CBC or CTV. Blacklock reports that confidential reports show that Adolf gave a lot more taxpayer money to that door to door company in Kenya than first thought. And Infrastructure Barbie spent money on tennis courts, free Wi Fi, and whiny indian art shows as part of her big infrastructure plans.

    1. Oh, I thought they meant they were finally going to come out of the closet and brand the big red L on all their CBC programming.

    1. More like going back to making homemade wine, the way things are going.
I made a hell of a good choke cherry wine once….drooling…
Most of it ended up on the basement floor when the hose plugged in the plastic jug.
But boy was it a tasty batch.

  5. All praise to the Supreme Leader (blessed be his name)! He has paroled, after 14 years, a believer who originally had been sentenced to life in prison for planning a mass murder in Toronto. The believer had suffered terribly during his confinement:

“He complained, however, of how his prison file was being handled. He was unable to get a transfer to a lower security facility despite promises, and his long-time parole officer, who supported his parole bid, was changed before this hearing with a new officer who did not support it, he said.

He was shunned by his fellow plotters and, because he did not adhere to prison culture, also by other inmates. Several asked for his cell to be moved away from theirs. He was assaulted at least twice.”

    1. No doubt that he will be a model citizen from now on and might even get a nice payment for mistreatment in prison from the little potato, when some bored, under-employed, lefty lawyer shows him how to do so. Then he too can buy a mall and bring over his relatives from the auld country.

      Diversity working for all Canadians.

  6. “Wir Schaffen Das” is Finally Paying Off

CHILLING INTRO (Corona-Germany) to piece at Gates of Vienna

What Napoleon didn’t manage, what the Allies didn’t manage in WWI and WWII, what Bomber Harris didn’t manage, what the Red Army didn’t manage — namely the utter destruction of Germany — Angela Merkel has finally managed with her Corona measures.

Not that she’s alone in this. Most of the world’s political and social elites have been busy destroying their own countries for money and absolutism, while the 24/7 muzzled cerebral amputees are happily clapping and conforming with more lockdowns and chafing at the bit to send in their Darwin Award applications.

  7. Here we are at the end. Has anyone caught on yet? Is anyone prepared to stop this? The answer to both is no.
