Trans Child Abuse Now Outlawed in England & Wales

In a landmark court decision, the High Court of England and Wales has made it much more difficult for medical doctors to violate the Hippocratic Oath that some of them were clearly so willing to do:

Children aged under 16 will need court approval in England and Wales to access puberty blockers after a landmark ruling on Tuesday amid a global debate about the age at which a child can choose to transition gender.

Three High Court judges said it was “highly unlikely” that a child of 13 or under was “competent to give consent” to puberty blockers, and it was “doubtful” that 14- and 15-year olds could “weigh the long-term risks and consequences”.

An interesting discussion on this can be found here.

  1. well… how about that? hope springs eternal and adults step in with some words of wisdom.

    1. My “brother from another mother” in Toronto has done extensive reading on this. Apparently, the United Kingdom were the first to allow the puberty blockers for “trans-gender kids” and they are now reaping the whirlwind of lots of suicides before the age of 25. Turns out, that the “trans-gender kids” were just mentally ill. Even after the gender transition operations, they were still mentally ill and as a result, most of them are not making it past 25.

  2. Good. Trans activists are the worst form of insect on the planet. Mentally ill garbage attempting to destroy children so they can feel better about the private hell in which they live.

  3. Hey Robert, good link. I posted that decision under the December 2nd SDA Reader Tips (that you set up LOL). Steakman and B.A.D. noticed. The guardian article I linked to had a few different issues covered including a link to the court decision.

The question is, after the UK Supreme Court hears the case, will NHS victim Keira Bell still be saying “I’m delighted to see that common sense has prevailed.

      1. Robert – no worries. You posted the material, that’s what counts. This is an important issue to many readers of SDA, and a growing number of citizens with “common sense”.

  4. GOOD! This fad of changing children was bad from the start. Hopefully this common sense reaction will spread to Canada.

  5. Unfortunately, this ideology has permeated nearly every institution and organization, treating it as actual fact.

I read through a book review in a recent issue of Science, which is published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The subject was about women in paleontology and the reviewer mentioned an I, Napoleonist who had “crossed the floor” like a certain movie actor surnamed Page. The reviewer was miffed that the author referred to that scientist’s birth name and questioned that person being included in the book.

Calling an I, Napoleonist by their birth name is, apparently, “deadnaming”, which, it appears, is considered disrespectful. The reviewer then babbled about including such people in writings about gender and that care must be taken lest someone be “harmed”.

Uh, I thought the book was about women in a certain scientific field….

    (facepalm)

    1. Page? You must mean ELLEN Page.
Oh I’m “deadnaming”?? Well I refuse to crazy-name HER.

      1. No, no, it’s Idiot Page. (There must be something wrong with my computer as I tried typing “Ell” and it came out “Id”, or is there…..?)

I yearn for the days when people like that had their own institutions, complete with soft-walled rooms, wearing jackets with sleeves that were so long, they had to be tied behind them.

  6. Well, I guess I won’t be diddling any red haired children in London anymore. I’ll just have to call Beijing for my pizza delivery from now on.

  7. No more chemical experiments on physically healthy adolescents to serve the aims of radical activists? The injustice.

  8. Children aged under 16 will need court approval

The same courts that put Tommy Robinson in jail for more than year for posting a video of public proceedings.

Yeah, I wouldn’t break out the champagne just yet.

    1. The high courts in Britain are not the final word anyway. They do not have the same power of judicial review that is supreme in the US and Canada. Lots of room here for Parliament to re-legislate an even worse law.

  9. Merely a flat tire on society’s drive to hell. They’ll fix that in a jiff and we’ll be going even faster knowing it’s been established that tranny’s feelings are more important than children’s lives.

  10. When I was 13, I wanted to transition to age 16 so I can legally drive anywhere.
When I was 16 I wanted to transition to age 21 so I could legally drink anywhere.
And now I just want to transition back to age 13 again.

  11. Ageing is linear, chromosomes define homo sapiens.
    Isnt that science?
    Anything else is fantasy.

  12. “What do you want for your 16th birthday dear?”
“Um, can I have my nads removed?”
    “Sure, honey. No problems.”
