  1. I see the US is now telling Russia that all water is navigation waters and their boundaries don’t matter anymore.
Couldn’t provoke Russia the old way, now a new tactic. Direct in their waters confrontation.

Need to go after the CEO’s fines never worked, try jail time for them.
While your at it….politicians need jail time too.

    1. Do you really want a legal regime where the CEO of Newmax or could be jailed with spreading falsehoods?
How about the CEO or Exxon for “climate crimes”?

      Free speech cuts both ways.
You either defend the right of corporations to act in ways that undermine your political preferences or you suffer the consequences when the frankenstein monster regulations are used to target corporations that support your political preferences.

      1. Imagine a world where a blog owner could be forced by law to put a public apology on their masthead for weeks because of a random comment left by a user OH WAIT

        1. Hey Tucker, do the Murdochs and Paul Ryan allow you to say the things you say?

Because it sounds like sympathy for the GOP after trashing them through your dumbness with Sydney Powell.

Isn’t that taboo now at the traitorous, FOX NEWS.

      2. You miss the point. Those tech companies are the ones blocking free speech. No one is telling them not to allow pto-Biddn messages through. We are saying stop blocking conservative messages. The techs – as carriers of information should be neutral.

        1. “Those tech companies are the ones blocking free speech.”

You don’t know how free speech works or what it is.

” The techs – as carriers of information should be neutral.”

Says you. How about you chunk up and establish your own ‘carrier of information’.

          1. The only chunk here is you, shit chunk.
You don’t know the difference between a platform and a producer.
You’re as stupid as you think you’re smart which is beyond calculation.

  2. So, Epstein who believes in “democracy,” supports the party undermining his putative beliefs. Oh, he is an “academic,” now it makes sense.

  3. And someone else will come up with a “study” that shows that 6 million votes were “stolen” by Fox News and other pro-Trump sources spreading salacious but blatantly false information. It is a completely ridiculous claim.

    Google and Twitter have competition.
You want punish Google and Twitter because they have biases you don’t like then use their competition.
There is nothing like a free market driven boot to the crotch to make businesses think twice.

We get enough big government disasters from the left.

    1. Timmy, why do you not understand the difference between “free speech” and lies, as to stolen votes, an executive of Dominion stated that he would make sure Trump did not fucking win. Try keeping up girl.

      1. 5 million votes were counted in Georgia by voting machines on election night.
5 million votes were recounted by hand and proved, beyond any reasonable doubt, that the machines count votes correctly.

Given the overwhelming evidence that we have now, no court will entertain “voting machines stole the election” conspiracies. I suggest you read the judgement from the long time Republican and Federalist Society member who mocked Trump’s lawsuit in Pennsylvania. The fact is multiple courts have ruled that there is NO evidence of widespread fraud and clinging to these conspiracies just makes you another unhinged loon like the “destroy capitalism” antifa types.

BTW: don’t move the goal post by whinging about mail in ballot signature checks. The recount still proved there is no machine induced error in the results.

        1. Rather a simplistic thing there.

          A) were all the votes re-counted .by a bipartisan set of counters, like we do here in Canada?
          b) were all the legal votes, only, counted?
          c)were votes verified as legal?

This is why people are asking for an audit, not a sham recount by the people who committed the possible fraud in the first place.

I maintain that the Biden plan (not actually his) was to skew the vote. Then they realized that skewing was not enough, as the early voting was going Trump, contrary to usual expectations for the Dems. Hence, the 3 AM malarky.

          1. And you forgot all those strange ballots delivered at night with just votes for Biden and nothing else as well as no creases and no matching envelope, that looked like they were printed out by the thousands. Sure the ballot count and the machine matched but it’s the same old garbage in-garbage out that makes the people running the computers so not trustworthy.

          2. Another chance to find out, via The Gateway Pundit…
            https://www.lifenews.com/2020/11/24/pennsylvania-michigan-and-arizona-legislatures-will-hold-hearings-on-election-fraud/

And once the ballots are out of the fraudulent envelopes and the signatures can’t be checked anymore, the initial vote counters and allowed invigilators were set to be 90% democrats, and invigilators are 1 per 10 tables and can’t get closer than 10 feet or so, the vote count will come out exactly the same as the first count in that riding. Hopefully those values match the final tabulations.

          3. the top comment from The Gateway Pundit as referenced above:

Here is my latest assessment of Sidney Powell. Sidney Powell says “multiple people” were watching the fraud happen in “real-time”. So, let’s look at things that substantiate this and the actions we have seen recently:

            1) She is military lawyer who was born in Durham.
            2) Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity May 11, 2017 to January 3, 2018.
            3) Executive Order 13848 signed September 12, 2018
            4) On Election night, Trump and his campaign team assembled in the Eisenhower Building
            5) Know what is there? A SCIF facility.
            6) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. (SCIF)
            7) SCIFs are NSA run that is the combination of all data collected from intelligence agencies.
            8) They were monitoring the fraud in real-time.
            9) Then, CIA removed from briefings.
            10) FBI removed from briefings.
            11) CIA server farm raided in Europe.
            12) Bryan Ware fired from CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency)
            13) Krebs fired.
            13) Chris Miller consolidating all special forces under him.
            14) General Flynn works directly with her and he is no ordinary general.
            15) He commanded every WET team in this nation.
            16) McInerney works with her too.
            17) Even though retired, he was #3 in the Air Force
            18) Soros, Obama, Dominion, Smartmatic, and foreign nations all mentioned
            19) Her charter is longer than the Dec 14th certification date.
            20) That coincides with the 45 day timeframe set up in 13848

Perhaps Durham was just a smokescreen. Perhaps it was Sidney all along working in the background. After all, she is from Durham. Sorry folks, no matter how much she might say it, she isn’t just a small independent lawyer. She is on someone’s payroll and my guess is that it is the DIA or equivalent.

Someone told me that Trump signed an executive order allowing civilian lawyers to try military cases in certain circumstances. I cannot find information on this. Does anyone know? Feel free to add comments. I look at all of them and then go research.

          4. You keep moving the goalposts.
The accusation was the machines did not count votes correctly.
The evidence shows unequivocally that they do count the votes correctly.
Suggesting that a Republican official did not make sure there was no opportunity for partisan cheating is nonsense even if the exact process is not clear.
Accept that as a fact before moving on to your next complaint.

Your next complaint over legal votes is based on the premise that any vote that did not comply with any aspect of the election law is “illegal”. That is nonsense argument that has been tossed out by multiple courts (the most recent is Pennsylvania supreme court). The principle in law in you have to show evidence that a significant number of the ballots in question were actually cast by people not eligible to vote before votes can be tossed out for petty violations of the election laws.

This is not my opinion – this is the opinion of US courts which makes it law. That means ballots that failed the signature check are NOT illegal ballots unless there is other evidence to show they are actually fraudulent. Is there any evidence of this? So far none has been provided which makes your claims of massive numbers of illegal ballots bogus.

        2. timmy, I see you are not a good annalist, butt a great analist, there is too much evidence to brush this aside like you are doing. If there is no fraud, why is there so much resistance to audits. As to the judge you refer to, the GOP’rs in Georgia are also crocked
once you understand that it is bipartisan, and the corruption has been so for at least 60-70 years then you may just start to sound informed. There is/was also corruption in the last 2 elections here in Canada, and you fail to grasp that you along with many of your fellow travelers will be some of the first to lost your freedoms, the Jews, gays, and gypsies would have largely been those who voted for the National socialists, and their were killed off to the count of about 20 million. The lefties always start inside the tent, as those are the unknown quantity that may turn, outside the tent is a known quantity .

        3. Good lord Tim – do you watch anything other than MSNBC?

CNN Must seem positively right wing to you…

        4. “no court will entertain “voting machines stole the election” — Oh yes they will. You just wait until the Supremes step in. The steal was just way too obvious, and much evidence is available to prove it. We have not got to the main event yet. There will be a correction from the court.

        5. Of course they did. They counted the same 5 million votes because the fraud ones were mixed in with the legal ones so they had no way of know which we legal and which were fraudulant.

        6. No one checked signatures on those mail-in “ votes “ so you are a liar from the word go, Tim G.

The multiple courts you refer to are all stocked with Democrats, and they are all crooked.

Be ready to say that courts threw out Biden’s PA “ win “, when they rule on the massive equal protection violations the Democrat machine committed in PA .

  4. As Kate indicates in her headline (“Break Them Up”), the issue arises because Google has a near monopoly in online searches. If Google were, say, one of five or six companies each with less that 20% of the online search market, then Google could do what it wanted to bias searches with little damage to democracy.

U.S. legislators realized over a hundred years ago that monopolies or near monopolies were incompatible with U.S. democracy so they passed laws (e.g. the Sherman Act) to enable government to prosecute monopolies and, if successful in the Courts, break them into smaller pieces. That’s why Kate uses the headline “Break Them Up”; if U.S. democracy is to return to being fair and just, Google must have its near monopoly power reduced, and that can only happen if it is broken into smaller and separate companies.

    1. Ottawa , sedition is a crime, and enabling sedition is therefore also a crime, and that is what fakebook, twit, and google are doing, so they are criminal enterprizes, full stop!

    2. ” Google has a near monopoly in online searches”

That’s 1) not really true and 2) only true to the extent it is because Google is awesome. They do an amazing job.

“U.S. legislators realized over a hundred years ago that monopolies or near monopolies were incompatible with U.S. democracy so they passed laws (e.g. the Sherman Act) to enable government to prosecute monopolies and, if successful in the Courts, break them into smaller pieces. ”

They were FOS then and those laws are wildly unconstitutional and Kate is a fascist.

      1. The projection is strong with this one.

Fortunately, so is the entertainment value. “they’re not a monopoly, and if they are, that’s good.” “UnMe is not the village idiot, and his village misses him.”

  5. I am really not ready to forgive and forget Tucker’s arrogant assault on Sydney Powell. Maybe if he apologizes for being a total ass, demanding she hand him a scoop in a silver platter without bothering to do his own research, ect. but until then, I am simply not listening to him because I don’t trust him or the traitor company he is with.

    1. Listen to it again. Was he assaulting her? IMHO he was challenging her to put it all on the table. I fault him for not clarifying that in those situations the lawyers are limited.
Dave Rubin explained it well, and basically excused Tucker.

      1. blue, you don’t excuse stupidity, EVER!!!

And Tucker was stupid in this instance, he should know you don’t lay all your legal cards on the table!!!

        1. Tucker is typical of ALL media types. They think that its their god given rights to get any info they want.Ever watch a media person interview the grieving mother with a dead child ask how does it feel to have lost you son/daughter.
          Most of them are scum.

  6. I’d give you that if Sydney Powell wasn’t going on other shows including some on Fox and various talk shows and “lay all your legal cards on the table!!!”

  7. This is billions of dollars of marketing services that google has provided to the Democrats.

This monetary value should be viewed and treated as a campaign contribution.

This of course exceeds the allowable limits and puts the co-conspirators offside to the tune of Billions in illegal donations and services.

  8. Seth Lieberson (Phoenix talk show) said today that post election surveys found 45% of Biden voters had NO idea about the Middle East peace deals.
    Good job Tech/Media.
    Enemies Of The People

    1. Or the Nobel Prize nominations. You know something is way off when the media are so relentless and one-sided in their attacks on Trump. I started to give Trump more serious consideration when it became obvious that the media was pushing an agenda. That happened early on. The media (or maybe their CIA masters) has not been at all subtle in trying to destroy Trump. Now curious folk would wonder why that is. I think it is because he really is going after the corrupt deep state and all those corrupt, abusive phony politicians who are milking the system rather than serving the people.

  9. Where is my Kaboom?
Having a short attention span and a day job still,I have been waiting for the Kaboom as Trump has the traitors rounded up and charged, preferably by a military court as much of the civil bureaucratic “police forces” have been exposed as corrupt to the core.
How ever I do realize, even when you have your marks under surveillance and on the record conspiring to commit the crime, until they actually commit it,you have nothing.
    All of which takes time.

So the process has to play out.
However if nothing comes of the Presidents posturing and promising, that will be worse than military tribunals.

For then all hell breaks, for when the civilians are left holding the bag and all the bag contains is a huge bill and a future of slavery to fools and bandits for your children..
    You get real unhappy citizens.

On the other hand,Trump is a showman and a very successful one,so any “Election Drama” will be well staged and beautifully timed.
And from a dramatic impact point of view, letting your enemy believe they have won and thus engage in public strutting ,bragging and celebration, before you stick the shiv in..
    Is classic old school politics.

The Democrats have made it very plain, that there are no depths to which they will not willingly dive to punish all who oppose them.
That there is no limit to their malice.
And no end to the ways they will weaponize the institutions to wield and retain power.

They have focussed their madness and malice upon President Trump and his family for 5 years and made their intent very plain.

    So.
    IS Donald Trump a fool?
Are there no patriots loyal to the constitution left?
    Time will tell.

  10. I see Tucker doing damage control after getting spanked by Sidney Powell.
Nice to see as well that he realizes pissing off the wrong people will mean less butter on the bread.
    Attaboy Tuck.

  11. No, Silicon Valley did not win the election for Biden. Trump and his retarded cult did.

    Cope harder.

  12. I think it is fair to say that while Google, etc. own their technology, servers, software, etc. They do not own the social space. That is owned by users. Twitter and Facebook are nothing without their users. I would support legislation to regulate these tech giants. Other industries are controlled to support public safety. Techs should be too.

    1. “They do not own the social space. ”

Yes they do. They created the space so they own it.

” I would support legislation to regulate these tech giants.”

Conservatives are just slow-moving, unself-aware leftists.

      1. No — the participants who make that space what it is are the owners. Their rights are being violated. Legislative control is needed. I don’t think this is a left/right issue. Governments exercise control on utilities like hydro, on transportation, on food production, medical services, etc. – all in the name of protecting the public. This is the same. Maybe you would be happier in the jungle somewhere. Civilization demands some level of regulation or it is destroyed.

  13. Dominion, as a noun, is defined as being control. Lower case.
Also defines as govern and sovereignty
    Control.
    Doh. Minions.
Tuck may be a back peddling cuck.

  14. You can do all the
hgarping you want about big tech, bid media etc. While they certainly had an effect on the election it was fraud and corruption that did Trump in.
Lin Wood, the lawyer suing the election officials in Georgia estimated that had it not been for fraud Trump would have won ALL stats with 70% of the popular vote. With those kind of number big tech and big media are irrelevant.

  15. The tech companies and their social media apps may have snared my children…but I can guarantee that will not happen with the grandchildren. Already in the grandkids house, they have no cable TV and very limited access to the internet, the oldest grandchild has never joined any social media and has no intention to at all and yes he does carry a cell phone to keep in touch with the grandparents. So it will take time but it can be done to take your children and grandchildren off social media.
