  2. Here in the People’s Republic of CA … the State Building Code MANDATES photovoltaic solar panels on the roof of every new house. Every new home MUST have solar panels. That’s how you create a FAKE marketplace for solar. And because that’s not yet enough … the State PUC keeps approving PG&E rate increases. The State is busy creating energy poverty … to economically FORCE poor people to consider solar.

    The so-called Eco Left are disgusting human beings. They are intentionally crippling the family budgets of average Californians.

    1. Kenji, I’m curious as to whether these requirements for solar are statutory and approved by the legislature, or are they simply regulations promulgated by a state agency? It seems that if they were simply regulations, then there should be multiple avenues for legal challenges and even political challenges as the true cost becomes apparent.

      I’m in Texas, and to me California law is as well known as the dark side of the moon.
