A state legislator in New Hampshire resigned Saturday after he posted a tweet that dismissed sexual assault allegations against Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden as unlikely because of the way women’s bodies are constructed.

Yes, excellent insights. One issue however, when someone prefaces an answer with “look …” it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re readying to mislead; in my experience that is a bridge to reframing the question, such as look, it doesn’t matter than Flynn plead guilty, he has withdrawn that plea and information damaging to FBI conduct has come to light.
Joe is attempting to reframe the question so he doesn’t have to answer it. But “look” is not a universal tell of one misleading.
Mika should be congratulated for stowing her scolding, as she is apt to do on anything Trump, and waiting for Biden’s answer.
Joe didn’t help himself. He never unequivocally denied the accusation. He can’t remember, though that may be truthful.

Taking an allegation seriously, therefore investigating it thoroughly, is not in the same universe as “believing” the complainant.
That should happen after, not before the investigation. Test the veracity of every aspect of the complaint, without delay.
If allegations are clearly false and/or politically motivated, consequences must accrue to the accuser acting in bad faith.
People who apply those standards consistently to the Kavanaugh and Biden cases are only one with anything relevant to offer.
Having said all that, it’s still delightful to watch Democrats wallow in hypocrisy with Joe hoisted on his own duplicitous petard.
We do not have Napoleonic laws in the U.S. Here you are [supposedly] innocent until proven guilty. That is, the onus should be on the accuser to show there is enough credible evidence to warrant an investigation.
The Kavanaugh and Biden cases are not the same and the same investigation standards should not apply. The accuser of Kavanaugh had no when or where, or who else was there. The accuser of Biden is very specific as to when and where, who else was there, and to whom she told immediately afterwards.
Likely the only vaginas Komi has experience with, are the ones where the vulvas been butchered and sown back up again.

Women on Twitter appear to be attacking Tara Reade more viciously than liberal males, although this particular male attacked her more crudely.
The Monica Lewinsky treatment is effective, and Tara Reade must have known it was coming, she won’t get hero status and a million dollars like that poor little girl professor from the University of California Christine Ballsy Ford.
It is astounding how little liberal women care about sexual assault in general, even liberal males seem to care a little more than liberal women. Rotherham child rape gangs, women don’t care, Prime Minister Trudeau having sex with a little girl student while he was her teacher, women don’t care, Roman Polanski drugs and rapes a child and Whoopi Goldberg from “The View” excuses it as not being ‘rape, rape’.
It’s as though liberal women don’t feel as though sexual assault is a big deal at all, they really don’t care.
