1. Another difference:

   It is not a matter of if the Hong Kong rebellion will be crushed, but when, and how much blood the dragon will bathe in and how many of its own children it will devour.

   What is president Trump waiting for? Send the army to Portland and start using live ammunition.

   Because here’s the most important difference. None of the antifa actually care to fight an enemy that can shoot back, much less to be the last to die for their paymasters. Fire a few rounds in the air and nobody will see or hear of them again.

   Hong Kong’s rebels know the PLA is on their doorstep. They know nobody is coming to save them. They have simply decided it is better to die free than live as vassals of the Middle Kingdom.

   The rebels of Hong Kong are an example to us all.

         Yabbut, they won’t sacrifice THEMSELVES. The Soviets placed machine guns behind their troops so that there would be no retreats; the Antifa leaders might like to do that but their pawns are not (yet) ready to die and the leaders don’t have the wherewithal to make them.

      2. No, antifa is aiming for a disproportionate response. Or, rather, the people pulling their strings are. They want someone to react to antifa provocation with deadly force, because that allows them to create the narrative that peaceful protestors were set upon by right-wing hate squads or government fascists, take your pick. The worst thing the right can do is a small, violent response – that gives them the Garner/Trayvon/Brown moment they can spin into recruiting dogma. The second worst thing the right can do is nothing, which is what we’re doing now.

         The least worst thing the right can do is to go full Pinochet on antifa, round them up, charge and convict them, and scour Portland of its traitorous public officials that have allowed this to happen. Metaphorically salt the Earth as a warning to others and to ensure this can’t happen again for a generation. They’re going to hate you no matter what you do; may as well achieve something worthwhile for it.

      To the left, certain young white men beating up other people is not white supremacy, they are the “resistance.”
      Resistant to the will of the voters. Resistant to the longstanding views of the American people, like supporting state of Israel.
      Antifa are the brownshirts of the DeMarxist party. Like Hitler, the Dems will purge these useful idiots when time is right.
      That time is when they feel they have enough popular support so will let the blackshirts/Squad take over citizen intimidation.
      That will never happen imho. The American left is in opposition to its citizens on immigration, healthcare and economics.
      With a relatively popular Obama they were able to incrementally implement socialist policies, the Squad has no such patience.
      The squad is killing the Democrat party from the inside, exposing their totalitarian methods, unfit for election.
      As in Canada, independents will eventually break for one candidate. In the US that will be Trump imho. Canada? Not so sure.

2. That Tim guy is an absolute clown, but he did get one thing right; Portland is what it looks like when communists are in charge. Random people getting beaten, etc.. But, they voted for it, so they deserve to get knocked out and pepper sprayed for getting coffee at the wrong time and place

   And I suspect, they will reelect the mayor/police chief who is enabling all of this. You either get out of Portland, or you shut up about it.

   1. Nothing will change until ANTIFA burst into the average Portlandian’s home screaming “criminal!” and breaking things. So long as ANTIFA are clubbing “right wing hate groups” … nobody (in Portland) cares. But ANTIFA will eventually grow bored, and the Portland City Council will send them on some “special errands” on their behalf.

      Yeah, Portland IS Communist China. And let me add that Portland is also as “ethnically pure” as Mainland RED China. Just as lilywhite as China is … pure Chinese. Not quite so multi-culti as they claim.

3. Is it true what I’ve heard is that the Antifa hooligans started their mini-mayhem, notwithstanding one fellow who likely received a concussion, after the Proud Boys right wing supremacists had exited peacefully?

   One note to the author though, being a serial provocateur is not grounds for a gang beating, ideological or otherwise.

   I checked at CNN and there’s no mention of this. I guess it didn’t happen after all. Or is it over all?

4. Antifa’s end is rapidly approaching,without the media cover they are gone.
   So their attack on Ngo,the reporter, is the beginning of the end.
   Soon enough they will be attacking all reporters who might expose them.
   Even CNN will have trouble ,their useful masked idiots will attack them too.
   president Trump will help,by tweeting the hypocricy and idiocy of the media’s support for these domestic terrorists and their enablers,he helps the public fester.
   They are pack animals,always too savage for the circumstances and feeding off of each other they always run amuck.
   Every farmer knows what you have to do with a pack running unchecked.
