  1. Good riddance to Communist swill. But have no doubt that Davos and the Bilderbergs will choose her replacement. Just as they do for almost all Western “leaders”.

  2. I swear to God … I just watched as local Bay Area Channel 2 Newsreader, Gasia Mikaelian, of the (extreme leftist) Fox New program “Mornings on Two” read the following statement @ 7:22a … and I QUOTE …

“German Chancellor Angela Merkel says she will not seek re-election and that she’s prepared to step down as leader of her Conservative Party”

They followed this OUTRAGEOUS bit of mis-information with video of Merkel sitting next to Trump in the Oval Office. And of course the news makes no mention of which Political Party (or coalition Govt.) will replace her. Gee … it couldn’t be something even MORE conservative than her “conservative” party? No wonder HALF the population is confused. No wonder MY President correctly calls it FAKE News. The left are SHAMELESS. So some 22yo hate-filled leftist news writer in a cubicle decides to smear conservatives by attaching Merkel’s FAILures and resignation to a mythical German CONSERVATIVE Party!!?? What next? Brazil just elected a brave new Socialist leader?!

    1. Every socialist failure means the blame must be shifted.

      The national socialists WEREN’T socialists.
Stalin just didn’t so socialism CORRECTLY.
      Mao wasn’t a TRUE socialist

That is why I prefer fascists; they don’t lie. It is the one difference between fascists and socialists.

No one has ever uttered the phrases “true fascism has never been tried”. “fascism has not been done correctly”.

From socialists? “true communism has never been tried”. “socialism has not been done correctly”. You hear it 25 times a second from those pathological lying filth.

      1. being a totalitarian just hasn’t been perfected yet. not enough people have died and even fewer have had frontal lobotomies.

    2. Yes. She leads a “conservative” party.

And Poland and Hungary are ultra right-wing.

And Venezuela is just left of centre.

Do we see how the media continuously arbitrarily moves the centre?

      1. eureka !!! to the media, politics and reporting on it in the search for truth is . . . . is . . . . . . . . .
a variation on the old ‘find the missing pea’ game !!!!

  3. Not a surprise. The losses in Hesse simply confirmed the earlier setbacks in Bavaria.
She’s done, which leaves only Macron in France, the deadwood in Brussels, and our own twit-in-chief as the principal ‘progressive’ national world leaders.

  4. As it is in Canada with leaders like tudo la doo, McGuinty, and Wynne – Ault Angela is just a symptom of the real problem: an unbelievably stupid electorate.

  5. Wondering who will be the next European Union Bureaucratic (nee Monarchial) controlled Puppet. Will the French Bureaucracy be running hard for their Candidate to become the bigger Puppet On the Strings?

  6. I’d compare the damage Merkel has done to Germany and Europe to that done by Hitler, but it will probably be another 20 or so years before it becomes apparent that Merkel was worse. Though “Dolf” did have a negative impact, Europe recovered, after Merkel,it may not.

So,for now, good riddance to the worst of the progressives leader trio of Macron,Trudeau, and Merkel.

  7. I don’t understand Germany politics….

She’s stepping down as chancellor….but to be chancellor you have to be in polices first
…does this mean she’s still going to hold some elected position just not chancellor

    1. The Chancellor of Germany is the head of government in Germany under the President. No she said she’s stepping down as Chancellor. Her political future may be where all unelectable Euro politicians go: the EU bureaucracy in Brussels.

  8. Other then declaring Islam the official religion of Germany & Sharia the new system of law there is not much more damage that she can do to Germany. At least she’s wise enough to see that her time was up just not wise enough to have realized a decade ago the damage that her policies would cause to Europe. It will be interesting to see what or who comes next in Germany.

  9. I doubt that survival instincts had any role in her decision but more likely her unpopularity at the polls. In her new Germany, it would have only been a mater of time before fundamentalists from her favoured “immigration” demographic likely attempt to put her down due to her gender regardless of her actions to promote their “resettlement”. What follows will likely be less tolerance for the totally intolerant.

What is more interesting is whether or not the Euro will survive, necessitating a more comprehensive fiscal take-over (and assumption of debt liabilities) of Southern Europe or a breaking up of the uber-bureaucracy and re-establishment of national currencies with internal abilities to deflate as required.

  10. A childless East German, she never needed to worry about a future. Will be jetting off to the sun leaving a smoking corpse of a country

    1. BC, in Europe there are only leftist, by degree. What is called extreme rite by the lying urnolists is actually soft left. Some of my relatives over there think they are “rightwing”, when in fact they are close to TurD’Oh lefties

  11. Oh she’ll not be living in any multicultural suburban squalor that is for certain.

High walls, plenty of security camera’s, fencing, dobermans, and guards with big guns. The only cultural diversity Merkels future holds is Vodka or Schnapps served by very white butlers with German genetics going back centuries.

    The little people, ha.

  12. Good riddance. I look forward to her Stasi file finally being made public.

    The real one, this time.

  13. Too late for Germany. If only 1 tenth of 1% of the ‘immigrants’ she let in are bad news that’s a 1000 POS and that can be a lot of trouble. Not, as has been noted, it’ll ever affect her remaining years.

  14. Merkel the Commie/Globalist is most likely very pleased with the damage she has wrought upon west Germany and probably wishes she had done more damage… alas the old cow is now unelectable so she passes the baton to some other anti German commie. What happened to the days when fascists like Merkel were lynched with piano wire in the public square…?

  15. Germany rocks economically! What a bunch of stupid comments. Oh, well. As the idiot in the White House says, “we’ll see what happens”, as the leader of the free world moves on.

  16. Saw this on another website.

Angela Merkel goes on a holiday to Poland.
    Polish border guard: “Country?”
    Angela Merkel: “Germany.”
    Polish border guard; “Occupation?”
Angela Merkel: “Not this time, just sightseeing.”

  17. Angela did/does not operate in a vacuum, she has been enabled by a majority of German politicians and voters for decades.
The stupid goes all the way to the bone.
    Just like Canada.

  18. Can somebody explain why the media cartel calls Merkel center right?
The division is an artificial construct devised by totalitarians, socialist, fascists and such for the masses.
    It means nothing.
For example the socialist extremists that run the government of Alberta constantly say that the conservatives are extreme right. Heh, where the socialist extremist a looking from, everybody and their grandmother is extreme right. Liberals are as close to the socialist extremist as you can get and they would call Liberals extreme right.

Such are the bombastic hyperboles employed by the socialist extremists.

  19. I’m sure Justyn is disappointed. Now that she’ll be out of German politics soon, she’ll take a run at becoming UN Secretary-General, a position that Justyn was trying to prove he deserves, by destroying Canada.
