I don’t know why she has not hired a stylist. She dresses very unprofessionally, and undoubtly other negotiators have an image of her as a “little girl”. That has an unconscious impact. Her hair also needs work. Her image is typical of the incompetence of the Liberal team. Maybe this is not the most important point to make about her, but it is an obvious fault that could be corrected with a bit of effort. She would be an excellent candidate for What Not To Wear. Interesting that show always showed psychological motives for dressing badly. Maybe Freeland thinks the Little Girl image will cause people to go easy on her.
