Even though they have pictures of the perp, they didn't mention 'black' in the written description. Since the race of the kid wasn't mentioned either, we are left to wonder. Was this motivated by race or does he simply believe that Black Toddler's Lives Don't Matter?

I'm surprised that the CBC actually identified the race of the suspects. There seems to be a thug problem in Surrey: The three suspects in the beating of the autistic man at the bus terminal in Ontario last week were also from Surrey.
