A few weeks ago, we asked our readers this question;
"So, how do you suppose the civil service will handle [the Canadian Standards Association's (CSA's)] violation of public review law? Will the Standards Council actually uphold the law in respect of the Court Ruling? Will they really rescind CSA's accreditation? Or are calls being made"?
Their choice was pretty clear, as between compliance with law and violation of law. Would CSA comply with law? Would the civil service enforce the law? Or were the civil servants calling each other, rigging the rules and the Ruling to exempt themselves from law?

About Kate
Why this blog?
Until this moment
I have been forced
to listen while media
and politicians alike
have told me
"what Canadians think".
In all that time they
never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio - "You don't speak for me."

OT with today's topic but an interesting story about 'government gone wild'
http://www.restorecsa.com/news/article/burned-by-bureaucrats
Pretty obvious; ANYONE, WHO WANTS TO BE INVOLVED WITH GOVERNMENT, WANTS RULE OF MAN; not rule of law. People who start out with "good intentions", very quickly end up growing government like everyone else.
Going forward, just assume anyone who has been collecting a government paycheck for more than 12 minutes, wants bigger government and more power for themselves over you. You will only be wrong 1 time out of 50,000,000.
This, my friends, is exactly what we have brown envelopes for! You simply can't have a good bribe if you don't have a nice supply of brown envelopes.
Are supposed free copies really being handed out? Call the Barhead MPs office and request one. See what happens!
One must no forget that each of these lovely parasites, is paid an abusively large check to compensate for their responsibilities.
Except they do not accept any responsibility.
Each has also sworn an oath.
That oath is quite specific.
How does one define treason, when a kleptocracy rules?
