Saying it was ultimately a small price to pay in exchange for the splendid spectacle that has followed, millions of Americans admitted Thursday that they didn't really mind having their Facebook data stolen if it meant getting to watch that little f*cker squirm.

About Kate
Why this blog?
Until this moment
I have been forced
to listen while media
and politicians alike
have told me
"what Canadians think".
In all that time they
never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio - "You don't speak for me."

Its beginning to look as though the police and the town hall, generally speaking, are now completely indoctrinated in "social justice". Its oozing out with every stupid thing they say.
It saves them from actually doing anything. They got enough courses how to completely avoid responsibility for anything what so ever.
Sorry, the above post is in the wrong post.
I uderstood you were referring to the muslim rape gangs in the UK.
As for the subject, I've never understood why anyone one would use facebook or have a bezos bot in their home.
Remember, the internet is a public space.
The elephant in the room since Facebook saw the light of day.
You do know how Facebook makes a profit right?
I've never had any desire to join Facebook. Not for a millisecond. And that weirdo punchable-faced prog Zuckerberg is annoying af which is another reason why I would never join.
I am with those who say this data thing is being blown all out of proportion. It is simply targeted marketing which had been done forever. As has been pointed out, when Obama did this, he was a genius. Trump team does it and it is some sort of federal crime -- except it's not.
Last month I tried to post on the Toronto Sun website when I found out that they now require a Facebook id to comment. Incredible. I quickly sent off a nasty email about the lack of privacy etc. Of course I received no response.
I can't even comment on their articles concerned about the use of personal information by Facebook because I don't have a Facebook account because I an concerned about the use of personal information by Facebook.
What idiots.
In a related story ... Jeff Zuckerberg has canceled his pre-Presidential-candidacy ... “get to know America” ... listening tour.
No kidding! You have NO IDEA how much I would like to go all ... Joe Biden ... on that smarmy little punk. I was in the computer club in HS, and the only kids who said things like Zuckerberg were the really fat, ugly, kids who wore t-shirts that didn’t quite cover their giant innie-navels.
2 yrs ago I attempted to delete my gf's facebook acct.
the insolent little thing kept asking the p/w, which I entered, and claimed a mismatch.
go ahead, try and find the 'account delete' button.
the prospect of LAWSUITS esp the ginormous class action type is very exciting.
I wonder how the wall street boyz feel about their 'hot tip' the day before to 'buy fakebook'.
follow the moneyyyyyyyy !!!!!!
If you think that's bad, try getting access to a deceased family member's e-mail account and you don't happen to know the password.
That happened to me shortly after my father died last year. I called MicroSlop and was given the runaround because I wasn't running Windoze. Then I was told to install something which, as it turned out, probably wasn't compatible with the operating system I was using. Then there was the aspect that, even if it had been successfully installed, it might be filching personal information.
After a frustrating half-hour, I hung up and I'm now no further ahead than I was when I started on it about a year ago.
