If you are a fan of Landslide ... you’ll love it. I don’t know if you can find that sort of thing on i-music and whatnot ... I am such a Luddite that I don’t do that stuff ... Yes, Fleetwood Mac is still great music. The song " Sara" is a favourite, even after 41 years. The song " Don't Stop" is a sad one, since HER husband used it as HIS campaign theme song and now has ruined it for all that like this rock band. When I now hear that song I STOP It! THANKS KENJI for music leads. " Rumours" is the greatest album, can dance to it all, like greatest hits!

I lived for eight years on Salt Spring Island, and I recall being at the Fulford Ferry terminal when a bunch of 'protesters' (saving the rain forests, the environment, etc), were preparing to catch the ferry for a gathering in Victoria.

ALL of them were carrying cardboard signs with wooden handles, and almost without exception were in driver only, smoke emitting, beaters.

Hmmmm,a very good comparison if that is what you are implying. The French lost what would be Canada to England in 1759 at the Plains of Abraham, in Quebec City. That is a big deal, as the Saint Lawrence River is a strategic location, being the gateway to North America, for trade purposes.

American T.V. recently showed photos of Justin and Sophie's youngest son Hadrian who is about 3 or 4 ish having attention seeking tantrums while on that famous trip to India recently. He was either lying on the ground when the rest of the family was doing whatever, with some official, or he was hamming it up for the camera... squinting and just wanting to be anywhere else but there. His body language spoke volumes.

Of course The Canadian Press probably didn't report it. Did anyone see it in our press or T.V.? I didn't. The American T.V. people were certainly amused. Too bad, if they didn't report it, they don't deserve their jobs. I think it is a funny thing. Sure says a lot about the parents and their parenting style, they completely ignored the child. Where are those expensive nannies when you need them? Is this what child psychologists recommend?
