Men produce 100s of millions of the little guys at a go. We don't keep track of them all - most will die uselessly. If one makes it, good, we don't care which. Take your pick.

On the serious side, I wonder if anyone has studied the genetic variation of sperm from a single source ? All good, all bad or 60/40 mix ?
