I think this represents the gist of what is called at the CTH as cold anger.
The City of San Francisco and all the elected politicians who virtuously tout their “sanctuary city” status should be sued by the Steinle family for wrongful death. Surely there’s a lawyer willing to take this on.
As with all good humor … there is a TRUTH to be revealed. And the TRUTH here is that the Federal Government needs to file charges against this ILLEGAL POS … and … against the city of SanFranFreako for civil rights violations (of Kate Steinle) and breach of federal statutes governing the treatment of ILLEGAL ALIENS.
No, not undocumented … because this POS was papered-over with Documents. Most of his documents having been of the Felonious Level.
Charges? Sure. But what the federal government needs to do is make Mexico pay. Every time and illegal who came from or through Mexico takes an American life a cruise missile strike at a random Mexican government building needs to be launched. Level a couple and they will seal the border themselves. You will not even have to pay for the wall.

Yep. I believe it long past time that America starts behaving like Israel. Do you know what happened after Israel built a wall? All … ALL … bus bombings, pizza parlor bombings, Discoteche bombings … STOPPED. IMMEDIATELY. All that has transpired since the wall were a few stabbings … and now that has been successfully stopped. So, yeah, maybe we need to send Mexico a message. Maybe take out some of the railroad tracks that are used to FEED Central American emigration into America.
I cannot imagine that ANY decent prosecutor could have run this case out for anything less than a hung jury on negligent homicide. The verdict of “not guilty” tells me that it’s likely the prosecution was sandbagging the case.

If illegal immigrants traditionally voted Republican, the Dems themselves would have built a 100′ high wall along the entire border decades ago.

i think the army needs to be sent in and martial law declared and federal law upheld. Those who think the law should not be upheld should be arrested and placed in labour camps, at least they would be productive as opposed to destructive.

their much trotted out ‘solution’ to violent repeat offenders included, wait for it, 20 years for shoplifting. even Polly Klass’ family declared it was NOT their intention or wishes such a profoundly flawed law be made.
it gutted everything, education, infrastructure maintenance, social services, on and on, all to feed and finance the great PRIVATELY run prisons.
