I have never eaten Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Would someone here who has had the experience rate their product,as compared to the absolutely lovely Ping-Pong gellato from the Venables St. factory in Vancouver,(which is my idea of Heaven,especially if they served Scotch).

"Milk with dignity"? ... seriously ? What does that mean ? Do the farmers have to take the milk cows out to a candlelight dinner before grabbing her breasts ! All milking by hand ... no machines ? What a world we've created ... free from any REAL problems. We need a famine.

Ben & Jerry's was bought by Unilever in 2000. Neither Ben nor Jerry have had any role in the company since then. They took the money and ran, like good little capitalists.

For the whole of the 21st century the whole hippie, leftist schtick has just been marketing by a global (Dutch based) corporation.

wtf does ben and jerry's taste like? a variation on the $50 a litre uber niche market stuff?

I buy mostly Chapmans. since the rebuild after that fire their product line improved greatly.
