Either the administration has the power to control the borders or it doesn’t. When the final decision eventually comes, allowing 95% of Muslims to enter while banning only those from a few countries lacking effective governments and in states of violence will hardly be determined to be religious bias. Trump called for a Muslim ban to get elected but he certainly didn’t implement it.
I wonder if recent events on a British bridge had anything to do with the decision.

My understanding is this IS NOT a “ban from Muslim-majority countries”, this IS a ban from terrorist-sponsoring countries. There is a huge difference and that is why the MSM have and still misrepresent the fact there are Muslim-majority countries who are NOT banned. This is of course so that they can spin Trump as a racist, and yes, the MSM still regularly labels anti-Muslim comment as racism. The concept is incredibly bigoted in it’s own right, but that’s leftards for you.

It’s a bit vague if you ask me. What is “bona fide”? What is an “entity”? What do you mean “American individual”?
The way it is being interpreted by the press is that a citizen (or does this include green card holders as well) of the U.S. can claim hardship if their relative (third or fourth cousin?) is excluded.

The Ninth Circuit Court is nothing more than a cohort of progressive robed legislators. Most of their rulings are eventually overturned. The travel ban will do little to address the issue of the inherent incompatibility of fundamental Islam and western civilization.

You are correct; the Libs on the court didn’t have the integrity to say outright that the Admin was well within the law. But there are tons and tons of people who will be stopped by this, and the court did not define strictly the exceptions.
I have to come to realize the many who called for Harper to drain our swamp were advocating the required, therefore correct course of action.
Trump is proving that. Harper didn’t de-institutionalize statism, indeed he let it recover, and he allowed a false narrative about himself and the Tories to flourish (Trudeau: because you’re not Liberal, you’re deplorable, er “appealing to your worst instincts”).
