  1. He’s only concerned about global warming cause he’s been skating on thin ice.

  2. I don’t like Donald Trump the person, however I think he made a calculated move by pulling out of the Paris Accord. We’re in June, and tonight on various news sites, the fake news footage showed factory stacks in sub zero weather, and spewing white plumes of what is essentially water vapor into the atmosphere. Even our breath looks like smoke at -20°C. If the grifters in the media (that include CTV and CBC) have to use false info and fake footage to drive a message to the public, let them go to Europe and hopefully they’ll follow the Pied Piper to the river.

  3. Ontario’s Premier Wynne has come out scolding Trump for not signing onto the farce called the Pris Accord. She hasn’t got enough on her plate, she needs to spread her wings. She’s getting ready to call an election before too much shit hits the fan on all her scandals.

  4. AGW RIP.
    MAGA.

“Science Wins! Trump stomps on climate religion, withdraws from UN pact – Round Up”
“Listen: BBC radio features Morano in two separate shows: ‘We don’t want to give up our sovereignty so that UN bureaucrats do nothing for the climate’”
“Morano: ‘This is very close to a religious issue. This is a theological issue. People take climate change that seriously.’ ‘We are proud of a president who is staring at the UN and saying we don’t want to give up our sovereignty so that UN bureaucrats can redistribute our wealth and do nothing for the climate. This is a great day for science.’
‘The UN has admitted they will redistribute wealth by climate policy. This is all politics, it is not about saving the planet and Trump is calling them on it.’”

  5. Thank you “climate scientists” … for putting ALL science into disrepute. For behaving like religious cultists. All shall bow-down and get fkcued by you … or will be shunned and banished … or given the Kool-aid

  6. Like the magic electric car/bus/tractor/locomotive
Yeah I can put solar panels on the roof, collect rainwater, compost food scraps, ride a bike, walk to work, but I ain’t waving a “green flag” about it. It’s for my health and pocketbook.

  7. Ken,Jonathan Toews is one of the best players in hockey right now,has through his great leadership led his team to THREE Stanley Cups in the last ten years! That and two bucks will get him a coffee, but actually most coffee shop owners would give the multimillionaire hockey star a freebie for a “selfie”,so even that cliche doesn’t work.
But if I want an opinion on climate change,I’ll go to one of the many websites NOT started by lunatic alarmists and get my advice there. Judith Curry, Anthony Watts, etc., probably don’t know much about hockey, but at least they have to good sense to stick with what they DO know.
Jon Toews on climate change carries only the questionable weight of his celebrity, unfortunately there are a lot of credulous people out there who WILL give weight to his comments, like National Newswatch did.
I remember when liberal PM Brian Mulroney was trying to pass the Meech Lake accord, and trotted out Guy “the great thinker” Lafleur to support PMBM’s position. As a lifetime Montreal Canadiens fan,I just had to laugh and try not to cry.
Tomorrow, Sid Crosby on climate change, unless he’s too busy winning another Stanley Cup.

  8. “Populism, X: The imperative of freedom
    by Roger Kimball
On the struggle to keep government in the hands of a free people.”
“It was soon discovered, that the forms of a free, and the ends of an arbitrary Government, were things not altogether incompatible.
—Edmund Burke, Thoughts on the Cause of the Present Discontents
It is curious how certain words accumulate a nimbus of positive associations while others, semantically just as innocuous, wind up shouldering a portfolio of bad feelings.
Consider the different careers of the terms “democracy” and “populism.””

  9. Van runs over pedestrians on a London Bridge tonight. 6/3 at 2300 GMT.
Is it a driver’s medical event or Ramadan Celebrations?

  10. “Thank you “climate scientists” … for putting ALL science into disrepute. For behaving like religious cultists. All shall bow-down and get fkcued by you … or will be shunned and banished … or given the Kool-aid”
The last few years have really opened my eyes to the idiocy and vacuousness of the supposed professionals and experts in every field.
Science is in disrepute, and Scientists sounds more like Junior High Mean Girls than dispassionate fact finders.
My Politicians are lying to me. Trump is dumbfounding the supposed professional politicians by,
    Get This!,
actually fulfilling his campaign promises. The Principled Conservative Republicans I voted for based on their professed beliefs told me to vote for Felonia von Pantsuit Clinton because that boorish Donald Trump was boorish and “just not one of us, my dears.” Almost like the Washington DC gravy train is more important than their constituents and much more important than their own “cherished principles.”
And of course the terror experts keep telling me that Islam is the Religion of Peace.
All this as London suffers three separate terrorist attacks.
(I guess it wasn’t a driver with a medical event.)

  11. Nah. It’s just a regular day in Londonistan, according to its mayor.
BTW, it appears that the Yahoo sign-in is on the blink.

  12. Meanwhile in London yet another terrorist attack and we worry about the climate change destroying our world in the next one to two hundred years. The damned terrorists are winning a war that our political leaders can’t seem to identify and the terrorists already have the upper hand. But… but… Islam is the religion of peace and if you doubt that or worst still deny it then you are an Islamaphobe. We are well on the road to self annihilation and we are constantly being spoon-fed by our political superiors that we must accept multiculturalism because it is good for us and our diversity makes us stronger. How much longer are we going to put up with this, or is it already too late. Candles, cards, balloons and teddy bears on London Bridge Monday morning as we once again celebrate our diversity and brotherhood, meanwhile the terrorists are chalking up another victory.

  13. Not unlike ex-Maple Leaf goaltender Jonathon Bernier a couple years back opining on where Nelson Mandela would rank in NHL goaltending greats!
A lowdown ambush, but pretty funny at the time.

  14. That is why I referred to him as a Bobby Clobber, he may be a good player but kind of dumb.

  15. “Candles, cards, balloons and teddy bears on London Bridge Monday morning as we once again celebrate our diversity and brotherhood, meanwhile the terrorists are chalking up another victory.”
No doubt the candle and flower shops will do a brisk business again, and if anyone says anything deemed phobic of some sort the arrests will follow.
