Am I missing something here?? Isn’t Cliven Bundy in jail right now?? When was he murdered??
And where did Lance support Cliven Bundy’s killer??
I pulled into a Motel in Waterton Lakes, Alberta once. I had Sask. plates on my F-150. A guy like you came up to me and told me, ”This park is in Alberta, you guys don’t belong here.”
Trust me when I tell you that went back to his room a lot faster than he came out.
Bill Clark, who served for a time as Reagan’s Interior Secretary, used to ride his horse around Washington.
It’s the original autonomous vehicle.
I had a great-uncle who was a little eccentric (he raised beefalo). His thing was to drive the mule team into town, get hammered at the bar, pass out in the wagon, and let the mules take him home. They knew the way.
Srad, the *FIRST* thing he did was overrule Captain Zero’s lead bullet ban in national parks and on federal lands.
Don’t compete with 666 for the biggest knee-jerk Trump critic here.
Hey paul, are you broke and can’t afford your meds, need a little $$$$$help, or is your dog gone now and you have no one to beat and frustration is setting in
Rerun – If the federal government owning public land is such a good idea, why is it only applied to the 12 westernmost states. Washington bureaucrats are continually at war with loggers and ranchers. Sure parks are nice but most of 12 states worth?
Exactly scar.

Is suppose for the same reason the western provinces formed in Canada from the then Northwest Territory didn’t get control of their own resources, and the Canadian Wheat Board didn’t have authority over Ontario farmers:
The national capital is in the east, and they could get away with it.
Of course, he wants to be free to hunt, unimpeded, for free, on ‘free’ land. Like a bunch of other parasites. And then they complain about obama phones…
I guess depends who’s getting the free stuff…
The Bundy rights will reach beyond the Corrupt Ninth Circuit. The lands in California/Nevada are subject to the OLD Spanish land grants & BLM grazing rights in exchange for providing Water and improving Federal lands..
The BLM are the gangsters who fraudulently seized lands for the Harry Reed & Son development. The Grazing of federal lands have a complete history of agreements & treaties that can’t be overturned by Courts, or modified by Environmental activists… Serious damage to multiple ranchers demand justice
A understanding of Ancient Spanish title is that it’s similar to the recent Canadian Indian Title (Not fee simple)
Ninth circuit must be eliminated FIRST
As a person who cannot afford their own game ranch (as I am not Ted Turner), and whose family depends upon the meat we get from hunting, I’m actually rather happy to see federal lands left open for me and mine to hunt on (I have to pay for the license and permits, but it isn’t out of the family budget, unlike membership to one of the private places that have cropped up). Not everyone who hunts is wealthy, or going out west to bag bighorn, etc. — and the non-wealthy ones are most likely to depend on trying to get a deer or two, rabbits, squirrel, etc. as a meat source. I guess this makes folks like that, as well as my family “parasites”.
I’m also happy to see the lead bullet ban overturned, as it was absolutely stupid and prohibitive. Mostly against “parasites” like the above mentioned.
By the way, it isn’t just in the west that there is an issue with public lands: east of the Mississippi there are sizable areas of public lands (not as much as out west but still, a fair amount of acreage) that is open to hunting during the season. I often go out to the local state parks for example. Many of the privately owned tracts that were of no use for farming have been bought up by private entities that restrict hunting on them to members (ok, but some areas need to be left open to people who are not Ted Turner, imhao).
I’d also like to note that many of the privately owned places have begun to bring in exotic wildlife, some of which have gotten loose (the worst has been boars; some Texans brought some up a few years back so they could hunt year round; they got loose…terrible creatures as far as destruction of native wildlife and habitat…dangerous as heck too, and hard to catch). It’s this sort of thing which is the downside of selling public lands to private holders.
So far, I’m rather happy with this administration’s apparent philosophy of trying to create a system whereby federal lands can be kept, private companies can go in and harvest resources in a responsible fashion, and the public gets use of it as well (along with keeping wilderness, which is a valuable thing, imhao, to keep) — seems like they are trying to craft something by which everybody wins at least a little bit; good for them.
And I love the idea of riding a horse to work, as I like horses — even if it is in an English saddle…omg! the horror!

Yes you can use it 🙂

I still have a Borax ”20 Mule Team” kit, in the box. Never been opened.
They go for $20.00.
